Abstract

Garbage is a big enough problem in maintaining environmental quality and there are still many people in Indonesia who do not understand waste management properly and independently and with an environmental perspective. Referring to this, the Tegeh Sari Lestari Garbage Bank located in Banjar Tegeh Sari, Tonja Village, North Denpasar District, Denpasar City is a successful pilot model because the Tegeh Sari Lestari Garbage Bank is able to educate the community and is consistent in collecting waste regularly every month. However, in its implementation there are various obstacles, so this study aims to find out how the implementation of the Tegeh Sari Lestari Garbage Bank Program in Waste Management in Tonja Village, North Denpasar District, Denpasar City. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The analysis uses theoretical indicators of the Policy Implementation model from George C. Edward III. The findings from the study indicate that the implementation of the Tegeh Sari Lestari Garbage Bank program has been going quite well, but there are several problems such as socialization that is still not effective, facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate and the lack of participation of the surrounding community to take part in the Garbage Bank program. Recommendations that can be given are from the manager and the community who are members of the customer as a party involved in implementing the Tegeh Sari Lestari Garbage Bank program so that it can have a more positive impact on the environment.

Abstract

The SIAP QRIS program is a Bank Indonesia program to standardize a QR code-based payment system, which originally came from different QR codes. The SIAP QRIS program aims to encourage transaction efficiency, accelerate digital financial inclusion, advance MSMEs which can ultimately drive economic growth for developed Indonesia. The researcher limited this research to Pasar Badung, Denpasar City. In its implementation, there are still problems originating from program subjects, namely Bank Indonesia, the government, Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Pasar Badung Unit, and BPD. As well as program objects, namely market traders who have not and have used QRIS and the public (consumers). The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of the SIAP QRIS program so as to be able to improve or enhance strategies and programs in deploying QRIS. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of related research were analyzed using five aspects according to Sutrisno, namely program understanding, right on target, on time, goal achievement, and real changes which show that the SIAP QRIS program in Pasar Badung is not optimal because its application is not in accordance with the original purpose, there is no courage to oblige traders using QRIS, merchants who are not aware of the existence of the program, the public (consumers) continue to use cash payments, not all merchants use QRIS, many perceived obstacles/obstacles, no merchant achievement targets, no blueprints, and no program to increase interest or motivation

Abstract

The increasing development of the fashion industry in Indonesia has a major impact on improving the economy as well as environmental and social issues because it threatens global sustainability. This has encouraged fashion industry players to shift their marketing concept to a more sustainable one to create a positive brand image as well as encourage purchase decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of sustainable marketing and brand image on purchase decisions for the brand Sejauh Mata Memandang. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and explanatory research design with a sample of 142 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The test instrument used is the validity test and reliability test. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, with hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that (1) sustainable marketing has no significant effect on purchase decision (2) brand image has no significant effect on purchase decision (3) sustainable marketing and brand image have no significant effect on purchase decision. There are several factors that cause the hypothesis in this study to be rejected including the lack of awareness of respondents on sustainable issues, the gap between intentions and actions, product quality, personal style, and the influence of well-known figures. This research is limited because it is only done on fashion brands Sejauh Mata Memandang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green process innovation on company performance through green competitive advantage at The Body Shop company. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and associative research design with a total sample of 73 respondents. The research instrument used by the author is using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was path analysis, while for testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression methods with the help of IBM SPSS 22. The results showed that (1) Green process innovation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green process innovation terhadap company performance melalui green competitive advantage pada perusahaan The Body Shop. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis path (path analysis), sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode linier regresi berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 22. Abstract

Employee satisfaction is one of the good aspects of a company, with the welfare of employees while working the work process will be better. Because in addition to the place or office that is given when working, living allowances and bonuses, where to live is also an aspect of someone choosing to work in an agency. These employee welfare services are intended to provide a balance in obtaining physical and psychological security for employees and their families as well as creating calm, morale, dedication, discipline, and employee loyalty to the company, so that labor turnover is relatively low. Experts in human resource management have defined the notion of employee welfare in various human resource management literature and books. Employee welfare is complementary remuneration (material and non-material) provided based on policy, aimed at maintaining the physical and mental condition of employees, so that employee work productivity increases. Abstrak Kepuasan karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek dilihatnya baiknya suatu perusahaan, dengan kesejahteraan hidup karyawan selama bekerja proses pekerjaan akan lebih baik. Karena selain tempat atau kantor yang diberikan saat bekerja, tunjangan hidup baik bonus, tempat tinggal juga menjadi aspek seseorang memilih untuk bekerja disebuah instansi tersebut. Pelayanan kesejahteraan karyawan tersebut dimaksudkan untuk memberikan keseimbangan dalam memperoleh keamanan dari segi fisik dan psikis bagi karyawan beserta keluarganya serta menciptakan ketenangan, semangat kerja,dedikasi,disiplin,dan sikap loyal karyawan teerhadap perusahaan, sehingga labour turnover relatif rendah. Pakar ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia telah mendefinisikan pengertian kesejahteraan karyawan didalam berbagai literatur dan buku-buku manajemen sumberdaya manusia. Kesejahteraan karyawan adalah balas jasa pelengkap (material dan non material) yang diberikan berdasarkan kebijaksanaan,bertujuan mempertahankan kondisi fisik dan mental karyawan, agar produktivitas kerja karyawan meningkat. Abstract

Licensing is one of the most important components for running a business in each region.  The licensing process itself has been carried out online since the enactment of PP No. 24 of 2018 concerning electronically integrated business licensing or Online Single Submission (OSS).  The establishment of the OSS system aims to make it easier for the business community to apply for permits.  Indicators of effectiveness based on Cambell J P's theory are: Program Success, Target Success, Program Satisfaction, Input and Output Levels, Overall Goal Achievement.  The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach.  Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation of the selection of informants deliberately chosen by researchers in order to obtain data, information and facts in the field accurately.  Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.  Based on the research results from interviews and observation data for each indicator, it can be said that the effectiveness of the OSS system at DPMPTSP Badung Regency is still not optimal due to several obstacles.  This is because the website still has frequent errors, there are still many business people who still don't understand technology, the community is still not very familiar with the OSS program, and there is still no online consultation service.  Recommendations that can be given are conducting socialization regularly and consistently, providing online consulting services to people who need assistance, and also improving public service technology so that people are more accustomed to using technology.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of reputation on customer loyalty at BPRS Puduarta Insani. To find out the effect of murabahah financing on customer loyalty BPRS Puduarta Insani. To find out the effect of reputation and murabahah financing on customer loyalty at BPRS Puduarta Insani. The research design used was quantitative associative research. The population in this study was 678 customers of BPRS Puduarta Insani’s murabahah financing. The sample of this research is 87 respondents of murabahah financing customers of BPRS Puduarta Insani. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis. From the results of this study, there is a significant effect of SBIS on net asset value. From the results of this study, partially, the reputation variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially, the results of this study show that the murabahah financing variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the results of the F test, there is a significant effect of reputation and murabahah financing has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh reputasi terhadap loyalitas nasabah BPRS Puduarta Insani. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah terhadap loyalitas nasabah BPRS Puduarta Insani. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh reputasi dan pembiayaan murabahah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada BPRS Puduarta Insani. Rancangan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 678 nasabah pembiayaan murabahah BPRS Puduarta Insani. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 87 responden nsabah pembiayaan murabahah BPRS Puduarta Insani. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan SBIS terhadap nilai aktiva bersih. Dari hasil penelitian ini secara parsial bahwa variabel reputasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah.. Dari hasil penelitian ini secara parsial bahwa variabel pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah.. Berdasarkan hasil uji F terdapat ada pengaruh siginfikan reputasi dan pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Kata Kunci: Reputasi, Pembiayaan Murabahah, Loyalitas

Abstract

Development is a continuous government effort with the aim of improving people's welfare. In a development, community participation is one of the important factors that encourage the success of a development. In recent years, the government has sought development by establishing Special Economic Zones in each region that has industrial potential, one of which is the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Kuta Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. This research looks at how the participation of the people of Kuta village, Pujut sub-district, Central Lombok district, is in the development of the Mandalika special economic zone. This research uses a descriptive research type with a case study approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The informant fraud technique uses a purposive sampling method. Based on a research study using the participation theory of Cohen and Uphoff (1977), the results of this study indicate that the participation of the people of Kuta Village in the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone has been carried out quite well, but there are several problems such as socialization which is still not effective even though several have been implemented. times and the quality of human resources who are still not ready to support the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. In its development, the people of Kuta village actively participate in making development decisions, implementing development, evaluating development and utilizing development results. In making decisions and evaluating development, the participation of the Kuta village community is carried out by participating in deliberations and meetings, while in the implementation and utilization of development results, the Kuta village community participates by providing the workforce they have.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing and brand awareness on purchase decisions at The Body Shop, one of the beauty companies in Indonesia that has implemented the concept of green marketing in its marketing process. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a total sample of 195 respondents. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Instrument testing includes validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, while testing the hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis along with the t test, f test, and R2 test. The results of the study show that (1) green marketing influences purchase decisions; (2) brand awareness influences purchase decisions; and (3) green marketing and brand awareness simultaneously influence purchase decisions. This research was only conducted on The Body Shop consumers who had made purchases through the Tokopedia marketplace. Abstract

To carry out its role and function as a Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP), the Payakumbuh City Inspectorate requires a management strategy that will become a reference in achieving performance. The strategy is determined through a SWOT analysis. Where in the SWOT analysis process is carried out through research using qualitative research methods with a grounded theory approach as a model in research. Researchers collected data using semi-structured interviews, field observations, document analysis and literature studies. The analysis performed included open-coding of the data to identify categories and themes; axial-coding to link categories and themes; and selective-coding to identify core themes. Based on the research, there are 4 (four) themes, namely the theme of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Where Weakness (weakness) is an internal factor that has the greatest influence on the performance of the Payakumbuh City Inspectorate with a score of 16 points. Followed by the theme of threats (threats) 12 points, then strengths (strength) 8 points, and finally opportunity (strength) 5 points. The strategic policy that can be carried out by the Payakumbuh City Inspectorate when viewed from the results of the SWOT analysis is to overcome the weaknesses that are owned because the score is the highest, and is an internal factor that can still be interpreted by the Inspectorate. Things that can be done include budgeting for the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure and assigning APIP to attend training and technical training for 120 hours per year.
