<![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of the knowledge management process seen from knowledge protection on the performance of PT. Mitra Kerinci. This research is a causative study with quantitative methods. This study uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, the criteria used are permanent employees (Permanent / PKWTT) with a working period of more than 5 years. The results of the study show that the knowledge management process seen from knowledge protection has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Kerinci. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh proses manajemen pengetahuan yang dilihat dari knowledge protection terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mitra Kerinci. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze how the effect of Work Place Support (WPS) on Personal Life Interference Work (PLIW) at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Branch office. This type of research is descriptive exploratory using quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method descriptive analysis in this study was divided into two, namely, univariate descriptive analysis and bivariate descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that Work Place Support (WPS) has a negative and significant effect on work interference with personal life or Work Life Interference Personal Life (WIPL) at PT. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) TBK KANTOR CABANG PADANG.. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Bagaimanakah pengaruh Work Place Support (WPS) terhadap Personal Life Interference Work (PLIW) di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. <![CDATA[This study shows a research about employee performance. This study was designed to observe the correlation between of emotional inteligence, organizational commitment and reward toward employee (muthawwif) performance in al Azhar Islamic Tour in West Sumatra and Riau province. Population of this study was all employees in those regions. There were 65 employees. The data was design as a questionnaire based and analyzed by using SPSS 17.0. The result of the study was the emotional inteligence had significant positive correlation, the organizational commitment had not significant negative correlation and the reward had not significant positive correlation. The implication toward the company was it needs to give attention their employees (muthawwif) because if we see it from the emotional inteligence side, they have been good due to their islamic education background. But, there were some problems in organisational commitment and reward which is generally came from the company management system. It affects the performance. Abstrak Tulisan ini menyajikan studi terkait tentang kinerja. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasional dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan (muthawwif) pada biro perjalanan Al Azhar Islamic tour wilayah Sumatera Barat dan Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan biro perjalanan Al Azhar Islamic Tour yang berjumlah 65 (Enam Puluh Lima) orang. Untuk pengolahan data yang diperoleh dari kuisioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical for Social Science) Version 17.0 for Windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dan reward terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Implikasi untuk perusahaan yaitu perlu adanya perhatian khusus dari manajemen kepada Muthawwif karena untuk kecerdasan emosional Muthawwif sudah sangat baik karena latar belakang Muthawwif yang berasal dari pendidikan agama Islam. Namun bermasalah terhadap komitmen organisasional dan reward yang pada umumnya adalah bersumber dari sistem manajemen perusahaan yang belum sesuai dengan harapan Muthawwif, sehingga berdampak terhadap kinerja. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) separately and simultaneously on stock returns of Telecommunication Companies. This research was analyzed by quantitative analysis. The method used to analyze the data was panel data method using eviews 9 as a data processing tool. Of the three independent variables examined in this study, based on the t test (partially) the Return On Equity, Earning per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio have no significant effect on stock returns of telecommunications companies listed on the IDX in 2009 - 2016. Simultaneously ( test F) the five independent variables studied together did not have a significant effect on the stock returns of telecommunications companies listed on the IDX from 2009-2016. The independent variables studied were only able to explain the stock return variability of 1.2%. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Menganalisis Pengaruh Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) secara sendiri-sendiri dan simultan terhadap return saham Perusahaan Telekomunikasi. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisa kuantitatif metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah metode data panel dengan menggunakan eviews 9 sebagai tools pengolahan data. Dari tiga variabel bebas yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini, berdasarkan uji t (secara parsial) maka Return On Equity, Earning per Share dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2009 – 2016. Secara simultan (uji F) kelima variabel bebas yang diteliti bersama-sama tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2009-2016. Variabel-variabel bebas yang diteliti hanya mampu menjelaskan variabilitas return saham sebesar 1,2%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of exchange rate and interest rates on the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index using the causality method and pattern approach. The pattern approach method predicts the movement of the stock price index through the movement pattern itself like the ARIMA method while the causality method predicts the movement of the stock price index through the variables that influence it such as the ARCH and GARCH methods. This study was conducted using monthly IHSG data, exchange rates and interest rates as of January 2014 to November 2018. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the exchange rate does not significantly influence the IDX value while the interest rate has a significant effect on the IDX, but the exchange rates and interest rates together the same has a significant negative effect on the value of the IDX. And after the two methods were compared the results were obtained that the ARIMA method gave more accurate predictive results in predicting the IHSG movement. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kurs dan suku bunga terhadap pergerakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan dengan menggunakan metode kausalitas dan pendekatan pola. Metode pendekatan pola memprediksi pergerakan indeks harga saham melalui pola pergerakan itu sendiri seperti metode ARIMA sedangkan metode kausalitas memprediksipergerakan indeks harga saham melalui variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya seperti metode ARCH dan GARCH. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data bulanan IHSG, kurs dan suku bunga per januari 2014 hingga November 2018. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kurs tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai IHSG sedangkan suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai IHSG, tetapi kurs dan suku bunga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap nilai IHSG. Dan setelah kedua metode dibandingkan diperoleh hasil bahwa metode ARIMA memberikan hasil prediksi yang lebih akurat dalam memprediksi pergerakan IHSG.]]>

<![CDATA[The increase in population accompanied by the weak competence of university graduates has caused the unemployment rate in Indonesia to increase quite significantly. This of course requires students as the nation's next generation to have superior competence to contribute to bringing about a change, therefore it is necessary to increase the capacity of students in order to prepare themselves as the hope for the nation in the future. Student organizations are a place that is able to develop students' capacity to be better, through participation in organizations, students can develop the competencies that exist in themselves. This study aims to analyze the capacity building that students have when they participate in an organization. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. This research was conducted at the Islamic Education Management Student Association as one of the intra-campus student organizations. The results of the study show that students who are actively involved in organizations have superior competence compared to students who are only active in the academic field. In the process students can develop some of the competencies they have within the organization including: (1) practicing Critical Thinking skills (2) Building student Character (3) Increasing Solidarity and (4) Practicing Leadership skills]]>

This research method uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Jabalnur Paloh Lada Private Madrasah Aliyah, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. This article uses by collecting data related to data collection in madrasas. The sources of informants in this study were the school principal and teaching staff at the madrasah. The results of this study indicate that a management information system or SIM can make it easier for teacher staff, students or student guardians to find out the information in the madrasah.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh beberapa mekanisme corporate governance, rasio kecukupan modal dan indikator fungsi intermediasi (Loan to deposits Ratio) terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian terdahulu, mekanisme ini diyakini memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penulis menggunakan sampel perusahaan perbankan yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018 dan mekanisme Corporate Governance yang teliti adalah jumlah anggota komite audit, komposisi dewan komisaris, dan kepemilikan publik. <![CDATA[One of the determinants of purchasing decisions is the quality of service. The problem in this study is whether service quality influences purchasing decisions at Indomaret Bukit Sukasari Karawang partially and simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at Indomaret Bukit Sukasari Karawang partially and simultaneously. The variables in this study are service quality (X) and purchasing decisions (Y). data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. The results obtained are multiple linear equations KP = 0.589 + 0.794KPEL + ei. Partial test (t test) shows that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneous test (f test) shows that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of simultaneous determination (R2) is 0.503, this means that 50.3% of purchasing decisions at Indomaret Bukit Sukasari Karawang are influenced by service quality while the rest are influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of promotions on purchase intention (2) the effect of product price discounts on purchase intention (3) the effect of promotions and price discounts on consumer buying interest at Cafe Kenalin's Karawang Coffee. The subjects of this research consisted of 100 customers of Caffe Kenalin's Coffee. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument items using Product Moment correlation and reliability testing using Alpha Cronbach. Analysis prerequisite test consists of normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. Data analysis in order to answer research questions consisted of simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh promosi terhadap minat beli (2) pengaruh potongan harga produk terhadap minat beli (3) pengaruh promosi dan potongan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen Cafe Kenalin ini Kopi karawang. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 customer Caffe Kenalin ini Kopi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas butir instrumen menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Uji prasyarat analisis terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Analisis data dalam rangka menjawab pertanyaan penelitian terdiri atas analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda.]]>
