Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kepuasan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) KAB. WAJO. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,221 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,026 > 0,005. Secara parsial kepuasan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ditinjau dari nilai t hitung sebesar 2,352 > t tabel 2,045. Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,647 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,005. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ditinjau dari nilai t hitung sebesar 5,368 > t tabel 2,045. Kepuasan dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dilihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 15,537 > F tabel 3,32.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Sertifikat Hak Atas Tanah di Kabupaten Barru, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Proses dan Tahapan Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pertanahan Sertifikat di Kabupaten Barru. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah khususnya Badan Agraria dan Tata Ruang Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Barru dalam mewujudkan peraturan perundang-undangan untuk mendukung tertib administrasi pertanahan. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi intelektual pada pesantren di Mamuju, (2) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kecerdasan emosional pada pesantren di Mamuju, (3) menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi Kecerdasan Spiritual Pesantren Mamuju, (4) Menganalisis Pengaruh Karakter di Pondok Pesantren Mamuju, (5) Menganalisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosi Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter di Pesantren Mamuju, (6) Menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap pembentukan karakter di Pesantren Mamuju, (7) Menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan terhadap pembentukan karakter melalui kompetensi di Pondok Pesantren Mamuju, (8) Menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap pembentukan karakter melalui kompetensi di Pesantren Mamuju, (9) Menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap pembentukan karakter melalui kompetensi di Pesantren Mamuju, (10) Menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap pembentukan karakter pada pondok pesantren di Mamuju. Selanjutnya data primer melalui survey sebanyak 332 orang santri pondok pesantren di Mamuju sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Intelektual berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pondok pesantren di Mamuju, (2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pondok pesantren di Mamuju, (3) kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pondok pesantren. di Mamuju, (4) berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter kecerdasan intelektual pada pesantren di Mamuju, (5) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter pada pesantren di Mamuju, (6) pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap pembentukan karakter pada pesantren di Mamuju, (7) pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual terhadap pembentukan karakter melalui kompetensi di Pondok Pesantren Mamuju, (8) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap pembentukan karakter melalui kompetensi di Pondok Pesantren Mamuju, (9) pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap pembentukan karakter melalui kompetensi di pondok pesantren Mamuju , (10) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter pada pesantren di Mamuju.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Motivasi, Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Parepare. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan skala Likert sebagai alat ukur. Data Penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 26.0 . Untuk Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi (X1), Disiplin (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3). Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja (Y). Hasil analisis data yang didapatkan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu kota Parepare thitung 3.407 > ttabel 2.009 dengan signifikan (0.001 < 0.05). Disiplin (X2) berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu kota Parepare thitung 2.255 > ttabel 2.009 dengan signifikan (0.029 < 0.05). Lingkungan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu kota Parepare thitung 2.535 > ttabel 2.009 dengan signifikan (0.014 < 0.05).

Abstract

One of fun game to teach English is through guessing game. It can develop concept, add diversion to regular activities or just to break the ice. It will make students become more excited in studying English in the classroom, especially speaking skill. The purpose of this reasearch is to find out whether the use of guessing game is able to improve speaking ability of the tenth year students in MA Al-Munawwarah Parepare. This research applied a Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The result of the mean score in cycle 1 and cycle 2 showed that students’ speaking ability improved significantly. It is shown from the mean score in cycle 1 (58,47) increase in cycle 2 (77,5). Besides, the result of observation showed students’ participation increase in the classroom. It can be concluded that the use of guessing game is able to improve students’ speaking ability and students’ activeness in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of service on KM Ships. Dharma Rucitra 7 has a partial and simultaneous effect on passenger satisfaction at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Makassar branch on the KM Ship. Dharma Kencana 7. The analytical methods used in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and library research. Determination of the sample was determined by sampling saturation (census) and obtained as many as 60 respondents. The results showed that (1) Partially, Product Quality affects Purchasing Decisions at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Parepare Branch. This is evidenced by the results of testing the hypothesis t test where, t count > t table (2.283 > 2.004) and significant < 0.05 (0.026 > 0.05). Partially, the price affects the purchasing decision at the office of PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Parepare Branch. This is indicated by the results of testing the hypothesis t test where t count < t table (3.764 > 2.004) and is significant > 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). While partially, Trust has an effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Office of PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Parepare Branch. This is indicated by the results of testing the hypothesis t test where, t count < t table (2.586 > 2.004) and not significant > 0.05 (0.012 <0.05), (2) Simultaneously Product Quality, Price and Trust affect Decision Purchasing at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Parepare Branch. This is shown by the results of testing the hypothesis test f, where f count > f table (206.033 > 2.37) and significantly < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (3) The results of the coefficient of determination of 0.917 indicate Product Quality as an independent variable affect the dependent variable, namely 91.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes at PT. Nusantara Sakti City of Parepare. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination to find out the hypothesis in this study. The results of the analysis of the data obtained by the researchers indicate that Product Quality (Xı) does not partially influence the Purchase Decision of Honda Motorcycles at PT. Nusantara Sakti City of Parepare (1.572 <2.003) and a significant level (0.122 > 0.05). Price (X2) has a partial effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes at PT. Nusantara Sakti City of Parepare (2.581 > 2.003) and significant (0.012 <0.05). Digital Marketing (X3) has no significant effect partially on the purchasing decision of Honda Motor at PT. Nusantara Sakti City of Parepare (-0.154 <2.003) and significant (0.878 > 0.05). Product quality, price and digital marketing have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes at PT. Nusantara Sakti City of Parepare (2.892 > 2.77). The R Square or R Square value obtained is 0.134, meaning 13.4% influence product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes at PT. Nusantara Sakti, City of Parepare, while the remaining 86.6% is influenced by other variables not examined, such as promotion, location, purchase satisfaction and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine financial performance in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive by calculating the Current Ratio, Cash ratio, Debt To Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity. The results of this study Current ratio in 2018-2020 is 1.22 times, 1.28 times, 1.48 times not according to industry standards. Cash ratio in 2018-2020 is 20%, 16%, 16% not according to industry standards. The 2018-2019 DAR is 31%, 32%, 31%, according to industry standards. DER 2018-2020 is 46%, 48%, 45% according to industry standards. ROA for 2018-2020 is 11%, 11%, 14% not according to industry standards. ROE for 2018-2020 is 16% 17% 20% not yet according to industry standards.

Abstract

In an effort to provide a quality and sustainable education, each study program needs to evaluate the Multimedia-based learning is an alternative learning that can be done in the classroom. Through based learning. In multimedia, the teacher can help lead students to get a learning situation in such a way as to provide a concrete understanding of the material presented. In this study, the development of interactive learning media for video editing based on Adobe Flash was carried out. The results of the study show that interactive learning animation simulations will deepen their understanding and increase their interest in editing. The results of the analysis also show that video editing learning media using the Adobe Flash application can be used as a support for online and offline learning to help students learn and see phenomena online.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine receivables turnover and inventory turnover in measuring financial performance at Perum Bulog Sub Divisi Regional Parepare in accordance with industry standards. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study, the analytical method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. By using the ratio analysis of accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover. The object of research is to use financial statements from 2019-2021 in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss, the results of calculating accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and average days of inventory at Perum Bulog Sub-Division Regional Parepare for the 2019-2021 period show that this value is still below the industry standard average while the calculation of the average days of receivables collection is in accordance with the average industry average. Receivable turnover in 2019 (14 times), 2020 (12 times) and 2021 (15 times) is not good because it is below the industry average standard of ≥ 15 times in the 2019-2021 period. The average days for collection of accounts receivable in 2019 (26 days), 2020 (24 days) and 2021 (24 days) are good because they comply with the industry average standard of ≤ 60 days. Inventory turnover in 2019 (1 time), 2020 (1 time) and 2021 (2 times) is not good because it is below the industry average standard, which is ≥ 20 times. The average inventory days in 2019 (365 days), 2020 (365 days) and 2021 (183 days) were not good because they exceeded the industry standard limit of ≤ 19 days. It can be seen that the accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover in measuring financial performance are not in accordance with industry standards.
