Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan kepada atasan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kepercayaan karyawan kepada organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi kuesioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Uji statistic dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasis PLS. Uji validitas menggunakan nilai factor loading, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach’s alpha, reliabilitas komposit dan Averange Variance Extracted (AVE). Semua hipotesis yang diajukan terdukung dan signifikan, ada juga yang tidak signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kepercayaan karyawan kepada atasan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kepercayaan karyawan kepada organisasi.Kata kunci: kepercayaan kepada atasan, kepuasan kerja, kepercayaan organisasi

Abstract

ABSTRAKEmployee productivity can be influenced by several factors including discipline, work experience, incentives and work environment. This study aims to analyze; (1) to find out whether work discipline, work environment, incentive, and work experience  partially affect the work productivity of  Employees of Regional Tax and Retribution Management of Bandar Lampung City, and (2) to find out whether work discipline, work environment, incentives, and  experience simulatan work affects the productivity of  Management Agency Employees Regional Taxes and Retributions  Bandar Lampung City. This research was conducted in April-July 2018. The location of the study in Bandar Lampung City in the City Tax and Retribution  Management of Bandar City The sample of 44 respondents was chosen in a simple random manner. Data were analyzed using the Linear Multiple Regression function approach with the Ordinasy Least Square (OLS) method.  The results of data analysis resulted in a multiple regression equation Y = 3.148 + 0.509X1 + 0.420X2 + 0.110X3 + 0.152X4 .. The coefficient of determination R2 was obtained at 0.569, meaning that 56.9% of the variation in the dependent variable of employee  productivity can be explained by changes in independent variables for Discipline, Work Experience, incentives and Work Environment, while the remaining 43.1% is influenced  by other factors. Based on the results of the F-Test, the results show that the independent variables consisting of Discipline (X1), Work Experience (X2), Incentives (X3) and Work Environment (X4) have a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity variables. Based on the t-test, each of the independent variables of Discipline (X1), Work Experience (X2), Incentives (X3) and Work Environment (X4) has a partial effect on employee work productivity variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowing the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Operational Expenditures on Operating Income (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Banks Sharia General in 2015-2018. This study uses quantitative data with secondary data sources in the form of financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 4 Islamic banks. Data taken from quarterly financial reports obtained from the official website of each bank is a research sample. The results of this study show that the results of the test simultaneously (Test F) obtained F count 73,367 f table 2,53 with a significant result of 0,000 0,05, which means that CAR, FDR, NPF and BOPO jointly influence and significant to ROA. While the test results t (1) CAR has a value of t count 2.195 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.032 0.05, which means that CAR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (2) FDR has a value of t count 2.333 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.023 0.05, which means that FDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (3) NPF has a value of t count 1.437 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.156 0.05, which means that NPF has no effect and is not significant towards ROA. (1) BOPO has a value of t count -14.915 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0,000 0.05 which means that BOPO has a negative effect and is significant for ROA.Keywords: CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO and ROA

Abstract

In connection with the development of the times, Indonesia is currently conducting international transactions and cooperation that aims to be able to prosper the community. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the government's role in international economic transactions and cooperation. The research was carried out in the form of descriptive qualitative by collecting data using literature and summarizing the results of theories or opinions that had been done previously. The results show that Indonesia has made progress in the economic sector which has made the country prosperous. In connection with the existence of bilateral transactions and cooperation, the government plays an active role in this cooperation, where the exports and imports that can be carried out by the government to establish this cooperation make all parties mutually beneficial. The government uses fiscal policy by imposing tariffs on every exported or imported goods. Keywords: role of government, transactions, international cooperation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-commerce shopee and ease of transaction on student consumptive behavior. The data used is primary data. Furthermore, the data collection technique used in this study was distributing questionnaires to respondents who used the Google form to collect data. In this study the researchers used the t test method and coefficient test with the help of the smart pls program version 3. Based on the results of the research the R² value lies at 0 R² 1, an R² value close to one which means the model is getting better. Meanwhile, the value of R² which is zero means that there is no relationship between the dependent variable and the explanatory variable. From the table with the location of R² 1 with a value of 0 0,270 1, this means that the variance of e-commerce shopee and ease of transaction can explain the variance of consumer behavior by 100%.Keywords: E-Commerce, Ease of Transaction, Consumptive Behaviour

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion, and service quality on customer satisfaction of GO-JEK online ojek transportation (study on customers at UIN RIL). The independent variables in this study are promotion, and service quality, while the dependent variables in this study are customer satisfaction. The population used in this study were students at UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG who used GO-JEK services. The samples used in this study were 51 samples. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposve sampling technique. The data of this study is in the form of primary data sourced from questionnaires and data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPLS 3 software. The results of this study show that the promotion variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, hence hypothesis 1 is accepted. The promotion variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so hypothesis 2 is accepted.  Keywords : Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyality

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Surya Supermarkets in Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung. Furthermore, the data collection technique used in this study was a sampling technique taken by a set number of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and hypothesis testing. In this study the researchers used the t test method and the Coefficient of Determination test with the help of the SmartPLS3 program. Based on the table of test results for the coefficient of determination test, the magnitude of R Square (R2) is 0.700. These results indicate that 70% indicates that the variable service quality and customer satisfaction, the customer loyalty variable is 70%. The results show that the variable Quality of Service with Customer Loyalty shows a path coefficient value of 0.247 with a t value of 2.804. This value is greater than t table (0.60). This result means that Service Quality has a positive and significant relationship to Customer Loyalty. And the results of the second test show that the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty variables shows a path coefficient value of 0.638 with a t value of 6.517. This value is greater than t table (0.60). This result means that Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty Performance.  Keywords : Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyality

The data used is primary data. Furthermore, the data collection technique used in this study was distributing questionnaires to respondents who used the Google form to collect data. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment, regional spending and local revenue directly on economic growth in Lampung province. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series data, namely from 2012-2021 which was obtained through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This study uses an empirical approach, namely research on social and natural phenomena. The type of research chosen is quantitative research, namely research that emphasizes testing theories through measuring research variables with numbers and the data is processed, and conducting data analysis with statistical procedures to analyze the relationship between variables and hypotheses. The results of the study show that the independent variables affect Economic Growth (PE) in Lampung Province. Meanwhile, partially, the variables Investment (INV), Regional Expenditures (BD) and Regional Original Income (PAD) have an effect on Economic Growth (PE) in Central Lampung Regency. For this reason, the government should not only pursue high economic growth rates, but more than that, economic growth must be of good quality and equity, namely growth that can be felt by all levels of society  Keywords: investment,regional spending, regional income and economic growth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of MSMEs in alleviating poverty in Indonesia. The data used in this study were secondary data. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used in this study were taken based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to collect data. In this research This method uses the classic assumption test method and hypothesis testing with the help of the eviews version 10 program. Based on the regression results, the regression coefficient for the MU variable shows a positive sign, which is equal to -23.72. Based on the partial significance test, the effect of the MU variable on reducing poverty in Indonesia shows an insignificant number. This is indicated by the tcount value of the MU variable of 0.501 which is smaller than the ttable value of 2.35336 with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Thus UM has a positive effect on poverty alleviation. This means that with an increase in the MW of 23.72 percent, it will result in reducing poverty by 0.501 percent assuming cateris paribus. Keywords :Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and Poverty
