Abstract

Emergencies happen suddenly and cannot be predicted when they will happen. Life-threatening emergency problems can be carried out first aid measures through primary survey. Nurses are at the forefront of providing first aid and need to equip themselves with knowledge about primary surveys that affect the success of efforts to help patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of nurse knowledge and the implementation of the primary survey. This research method is Literature Review. Searching database research journals using certain keywords in the period 2011-2019. In the search, 10 journals were obtained that met the inclusion criteria and then reviewed. Several main results from the literature review were obtained, one of which was the results of research (Massa, 2018) showing a positive correlation value obtained a significance value of 0.000 or p <0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.743. This shows that there is a relationship between nurse knowledge and the implementation of primary surveys in emergency patients. Thus it can be concluded that to support a person's actions, knowledge or cognitive is needed for the smooth running of primary survey actions in emergency patients. The solution that can be obtained is to plan a programme to increase the knowledge and skills of nurses by holding a training, so that the application of primary survey actions can be done quickly, precisely and carefully.

Abstract

Teachers realize that mathematics is often considered a subject that is less desirable, feared, and avoided by most students. Various alternatives are used by teachers in learning mathematics, both the mathematical approach and the methods used so that students can master mathematical concepts and can solve problem solving problems. The purpose of this article is to describe the importance of mastering mathematical concepts in solving elementary math problems. Mastery of mathematical concepts is the basis for being able to solve mathematical problems with higher order thinking. In basic education students are directed to have cognitive abilities, namely analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5) and even creating (C6). These abilities are closely related to many of the questions that lead to solving mathematical problems. So that the teacher trains students to be able to solve mathematical problems, where students must have the ability to master mathematical concepts.

Abstract

The model for creating a religious atmosphere is strongly influenced by certain situations and conditions and the application of the underlying values, namely: the structural model, the formal model, the mechanical model, and the organic model. First, the structural model, namely the creation of a religious atmosphere that is encouraged by the existence of regulations, impression building, and policies of an institution or organization and is more of a top-down nature. Second, the formal model, namely the creation of a religious atmosphere based on the understanding that religious education is a human effort to work only on the problems of the afterlife / spiritual life. Third, the mechanical model is the creation of a religious atmosphere based on the understanding that education is seen as the inculcation and development of a set of life values that work according to their function, which emphasizes moral and spiritual functions or the affective dimension rather than cognitive and psychomotor. Fourth, the organic model, namely the creation of a religious atmosphere that is encouraged by the view that religious education is a unit that develops religious views and enthusiasm for life which is manifested in religious attitudes and life skills.

Abstract

Abstract

Introduction: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible decline in kidney function and a decreased Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR). Decreased kidney function contributes to decreased water excretion and fluid overload caused by decreased GFR. A progressive decrease in GFR in renal disease leads to hypertension, sodium retention, and fluid overload. Discussion: CKD is kidney damage or also defined as a decrease in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of less than 60 ml/minute/1.73m2 that occurs for 3 months or more. CKD is most caused by Diabetes Mellitus 64.1% and Hypertension 80.7%. One clinical manifestation in patients with CKD is an increase in fluid volume (hypervolemia). Hypervolemia is one of the nursing problems in the nursing care process. Based on the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standard Book, hypervolemia is an increase in intravascular, interstitial, and/or intracellular fluid volume. The etiology of hypervolemia in CKD patients is a regulatory mechanism disorder associated with decreased GFR. Signs and symptoms both major and minor in hypervolemia nursing problems show that most patients have peripheral oedema of 53.8%, the prevalence of anemia is 52.3%, the prevalence of Haemoglobin 7-10 mg/dl is 68.3%, and the prevalence of oliguria is 16.3%. One of the actual nursing diagnosis in patients with CKD is hypervolemia related to the disturbance of regulatory mechanisms (a decrease in GFR). A progressive decrease in GFR can lead to sodium and fluid retention which causes fluid balance disturbances.
