Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee organizational culture on employee performance, to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance and to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera. This study used a quantitative approach, while the population in this study were all employees of PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera as many as 32 employees while the sample was saturated so that the sample was taken entirely from the total population with a sample of 32 employees of PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera. The results of this study obtained results in hypothesis 1 t count > t table (2.433 > 2.037) with a significance level <0.05 so that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance, in hypothesis 2 t count > t table (4.572 > 2.037) with a level significance <0.05 so that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance and in hypothesis 3 the results F count > F table (11.833 > 3.305) with a significance level <0.05 so that there is an influence between organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera. The conclusion of this study is that both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The background of this research is related to the lack of attention from the leadership to their employees. Currently, the problem in the company is that the leadership is not good enough in carrying out supervision, as well as the lack of clarity of the leadership in giving work assignments to employees, and the lack of communication between the leadership and employees in conveying information and work assignments decisions so that miscommunication occurs which results in problems that have an impact on employees performance. This study aims to find out how much influence leadership style and work communication have on employee performance PT Mitra Karya Aluminium. The population in this study were all employees of PT Mitra Karya Aluminium Bandar Lampung as many as 35 employees and determining the number of samples using saturated samples so that the number of samples was 35 respondents. The method used in this research is the casual associative method with quantitative approach. The results showed that the leadership style variable (X1) and effect on employee performance (Y) partial KD of 33,3% and work communication variable (X2) had an effect on employee performance (Y) partial KD of 20,3%. So the result of the total percentage of the influence of variable (X1) and variable (X2) on the variable (Y) is KD R-square of 54%. As of the remaining 46% influenced by other variable not involved in this study.

Abstract

In the current conditions, technology, politics, economy are very influential in facing competition, especially in the banking world. Generally, companies that can avoid competition will have low performance and product quality. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of the physical work environment and work motivation in increasing employee job satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with a causality approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has as many as 107 respondents who also used the entire population as a sample. The data collection method is by questionnaire, which is directly distributed to respondents. The analytical tool used is the help of SPSS. The results of this study show that the hypothesis is rejected, namely that the physical work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction. In contrast, work motivation significantly impacts job satisfaction. On the other hand, simultaneously, the variables of the physical work environment and work motivation significantly affect overall employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture in improving employee performance at the Serang City Social Service. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, a descriptive method used to describe the nature or characteristics of a particular phenomenon, and a verification method used to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In comparison, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The population used is 34 respondents. Furthermore, the data was processed using descriptive and statistical analysis of values which was carried out using SPSS software version 26. From these calculations, the correlation coefficient value is R = .859, which indicates a relationship between leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. If leadership and organizational culture are carried out well, it will affect positive employee performance. All hypotheses are accepted, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction at PT Supermall Karawaci. The sample in this study was 30 employees at PT Supermall Karawaci. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from the company. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that partially the compensation variable (X1) had a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). T count indicates this> t table, i.e., 3.348 > 2.04841, Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). T count indicates this> t table which is 2.262 > 2.04841; the significant regression value is 0.002, and 0.032 is smaller than 0.050. And simultaneously, variable compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) have a positive effect on job satisfaction (Y), namely F count > F table of 26.590 > 3.354. With multiple linear regression equation value Y = 5.246 + 0.543 X1 +0.303 X2. With a coefficient of determination of 66.3%. At the same time, 33.7% were from other variables that were not studied.
