Abstract

Technology is always growing rapidly from year to year, one of which is the internet. This increasingly advanced technology makes it easier for humans to help their activities such as in the field of sales. Celcius is a shop that sells mens products and accessories. Celcius must make online sales via Instagram and Whatsapp. However, purchases via Instagram experience several problems, namely that buyers have to type manually via Instagram and WhatsApp, making it difficult for buyers when buying at Celsius stores. This research aims to create a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design that makes it easy for buyers to make purchases and find out information about products clearly by using the Design Thinking method which includes the Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing stages. The Design Thinking method used is to create solutions based on problems in order to create designs that are easy to use and understand by users. The design was tested using Usability testing to 10 respondents by presenting a single ease question (SEQ) which obtained a result of 6.85 out of 7 and the System Usability Scale (SUS) which obtained a result of 95 out of 100. Thus, it is concluded that the UI / UX design of mobile-based men's fashion product applications at Celcius stores in Manado City can be used easily by users and have a positive experience based on SEQ results and get good satisfaction from users based on SUS results.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based school information system for Permata Hati Autistic Special School in Manado, North Sulawesi. This information system will be an effective means to convey information about school achievements, school activities, and student creativity to parents/guardians, as well as to provide an introduction to the wider community about children who are categorized as autistic. From this information system, the school will be able to easily provide information related to school achievements, activities, and student creativities to parents/guardians through a website that can be accessed via the internet. In addition, this system will also help schools in explaining to the wider community about the introduction of children who fall into the category of autism through the website provided. This research will limit the design of information systems to the education process of autistic children and school activities carried out at the Permata Hati Special Autistic School in Manado.

Abstract

This research aims to create a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design so that people become easier to buy food at Culinary UMKMs using the Design Thinking method which has several stages, namely the Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing stages. The Design Thinking method is used to create solutions to solve problems felt by users. In conducting testing, the study used Usability Testing and tested 10 respondents who would provide an assessment through testing using the Single Ease Question which has a test result of 6.7 out of 7, and testing using the System Usability Scale which has a test result of 93 out of 100, which can be concluded that the UI / UX design of mobile-based food sales applications for MSMEs in the city of Manado can be used properly by respondents, and can provide solutions to existing problems.

Abstract

Since covid 19, many barbershops have opened home call services to increase consumer convenience as well as competitiveness, so reservations are provided via telephone or whatsapp calls. While serving call services, there are several problems that make consumers feel disappointed, such as the difficulty of knowing the status of the captain, consumers have to confirm repeatedly to find out whether the barber is available or not for home calls. To anticipate these problems, a marketplace system for barbershop service providers was created to help estimate capster work time to be more efficient using extreme programming methodology and web-based Mern Stack technology which can later be used by barbershop service providers to manage their barbershop or barbershop, as well as manage the work status of the capster, so that consumers can find out the work status of their subscription capster. The calculation results from testing the marketplace system for barber service providers using ISO 25010 resulted in a percentage of 99% for the functionality and usability aspects resulting in a percentage of 85.6%, in this case indicating that the developed system runs as expected and there are no bugs in it.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based tour and travel service system for the JC Tour and Travel company. The development method used is Extreme Programming. The development of this system involves the use of several tools such as XAMPP, Visual Studio Code, and Mozilla Firefox. The programming languages used are PHP, HTML, and CSS, with MySQL as the database. Testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method. This system aims to provide efficient and easy-to-use solutions for customers in planning and ordering travel services, as well as assisting companies in managing and managing their operations. Some of the features developed in this system include searching for destinations and packages, ordering and paying online, and updating order status in real-time. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a better experience for customers by implementing an effective Extreme Programming method and proper testing.
