Abstract

Various studies show that the development and performance of the collection of Amil Zakat Institutions at the national level in an area is faster than local LAZ, even local LAZ or many regions have decreased collection. This is due to several factors, especially branding and human resources factors. LAZ in National level has a much broader branding and it is known to the public through several media and human resorces factors. National amil zakat on average has better human resources than local LAZ. However, in Jombang district of East Java there is an interesting phenomenon, namely the performance of local LAZ collection in Jombang is not inferior to the gathering of national LAZ representatives (LAZNAS). This research uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative method is used to analyze the collection and development factors of the Zakat Management Organization in three institutions, two representatives of national LAZ namely NU Care LAZISNU and LAZ Yatim Mandiri, and one LAZ in district level, namely LAZ Ummul Quro (LAZUQ). The results of this study are: 1) The collection of the Amil Zakat Institution in Jombang in 2018 based on the report is as follows. The NU Care LAZISNU Association was the largest, followed by LAZ Ummul Quro and followed by LAZ Yatim Mandiri; 2). The collection of Amil Zakat Institutions in Jombang district is strongly influenced by the level of community trust, the extent of the network, partners and amil's motivation. NU Care LAZISNU Jombang is the most trusted by the community because it is based on NU organizations, it has the widest structure and network. LAZ Ummul Quro, although it is only Local LAZ, it has a district scale, but because it has been established for a long time and it has managed to maintain its existence, so in terms of network and partnership it is also relatively broader than Yatim Mandiri. While LAZ Yatim Mandiri is from one side more popular than LAZ Ummul Quro, but from the side of the collection is below it. LAZ Yatim Mandiri's popularity is supported by national media, while in local issues, Yatim Mandiri is still inferior to LAZISNU and LAZ Ummul Quro due to network and partner factors.

Abstract

The rise of promotions and buying-selling through internet where social media has become one of the media, it has many positive impacts, such as buying-selling transactions have become easier. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of social media in supporting the marketing of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) product “Kirana”in Tales Village, Ngadiluwih, Kediri. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive exploratory approach, meaning that the data obtained from both the researcher, key informants and existing data are then analyzed. The sharia marketing strategy implemented by MSME “Kirana” which prioritizes sharia elements brings a lot of blessings, this has a big impact on the increase in consumer response and blessed profit. From the results of the study, it was found that the role of social media is very helpful in marketing products produced by MSME “Kirana” and increase sales figures. The results of this study indicate that the use of social media as a promotion of MSME “Kirana” market using several social media such as: WA (Whatsapp), Instagram, FB (Facebook). Those social media WA ( Whatsapp) used as a means for ordering, Facebook and Instagram used for uploading photos of the items they sell. Those social media give a positive impact, namely their sales have increased which is in accordance with the function of social media in trading, which can increase sales.

Abstract

The industry is required not only to conduct business activities to obtain new customers, but also to increase the loyalty of old customers or customer loyalty. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer loyalty. In addition, it is also to find out the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the influence of customer trust on customer loyalty, and the influence of customer satisfaction and customer trust on customer loyalty on students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri City simultaneously on Fair & Lovely facial moisturizing cream products. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this research is 107 students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri City, East Java. While the number of samples in this study were 65 students. The results showed that the customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer loyalty of each student included in the category of "Enough". From the results of correlation calculations it is known that partially customer satisfaction and customer trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of students of Islamic Boarding School ar-Roudloh Kediri on Fair & Lovely facial moisturizing cream products. The F test results show that Customer Satisfaction (X1) and Customer Trust (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Customer Loyalty (Y) variable with a value of 81.2%. While the remaining 18.8% is influenced by other variables such as choice reduction and habits, emotional bonding, and history with company.

Abstract

Research on the Effect of Product Knowledge, Orientations and Capabilities on Islamic Economics on the Behavior of Economic Transactions aims to find out how much influence between these variables in lecturer transaction behavior. The method used in this research is associative quantitative. The number of respondents used was 57 lecturers. The sampling method of this study used a purposive sampling technique. Stages of data testing through validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and partial T tests. The results of the partial t-statistic test showed that the product knowledge and orientation variables did not significantly influence. It can be seen by using the 0.05 significance level, the significance value of product knowledge is 0.509 with a t value of 0.665 and a significance value of orientation is t arithmetic 0.170 with a significance of 0.866. While the capabilities variable with a calculated value of t = 5.755 with a significance level of 0.000 using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is smaller than the 5% level and is categorized as a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, (1) whether leadership style, work culture and work discipline in a simultaneous persial significantly influence employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Nganjuk Branch. (2) Does the work culture significantly influence employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Nganjuk Branch (3) Does work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Nganjuk Branch. This research includes the type of quantitative research. The population in this study are all employees in the company at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Nganjuk Branch which numbered 112 employees. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires used to reveal data on leadership research variables, work culture and work discipline. Data analysis techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test and Classic Assumption Test. The results of this study are, (1) The leadership style in a significantly significant way affects the performance of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Nganjuk Branch (2) The work culture in a significant way has an effect on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Branch Nganjuk (3) Work discipline in a significant manner influences employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Nganjuk Branch.

Abstract

The role of human resources in a company is very important and is one of the determining factors for a company's success. Therefore it must be empowered as best as possible to be able to provide optimal output. It is as if the symbiosis of mutualism between the company and the workers because basically, everyone will work to get rewards for the efforts they have made to achieve the company's targets. There are 2 types of compensation, financial compensation and non- financial compensation. Financial compensation has been determined according to the regional minimum wage where the company is located and it is very possible that the standard salary / financial compensation between one company and another is the same. But the kind and type of non-financial compensation for each company can be different because it depends on the policies and capabilities of the company also and it can be a special competitiveness for companies to increase employee motivation, then if employee motivation is high then automatically employee performance and loyalty will also increase. it means that non-financial compensation indirectly affects employee performance and loyalty.

Abstract

The culture of organization is a system of values and belief which is shared by The member of organization. It makes differences among the organization to other organizations. The culture of organization is also a distinguishing identity between one organization and another. In addition, Culture of organization also has an important role in employee performance. From this understanding, researchers are interested in discussing the organizational culture in LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri and how the role of organizational culture in employee performance at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri. Since 2014 LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri has experienced an increase in company performance, which includes increasing muzakki, and other awards. This certainly cannot be separated from the organizational culture applied to LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri which adheres to a strong organizational culture. The research, entitled the role of organizational culture in improving the performance of the case study employees at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri uses a qualitative approach with the aim of obtaining a clear and objective picture. This study uses several methods in the data collection process including: observation, interviews, documentation. While the type of research used is field research, which is research that focuses on the results of data collection from predetermined informants. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture applied to LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri is more concerned with how to achieve the goals of the institution and also to realize the motto of the institution. The organizational culture applied in LAZNAS Nurul Hayat is a strong organizational culture, it will have an impact on the sincerity of employees in doing their duties and developing the institution. By implementing this strong organizational culture, employee performance will increase. This increase can be seen from the increase in the number of muzakki from 2016 to 2019, as well as other awards received by LAZNAS Nurul Hayat. With the increase in muzakki and also several awards, it shows that organizational culture has an important role in improving employee performance at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri.

Abstract

Islam does not forbid its servants from doing business in the world. The difference between Islamic business and others is its motivation. In addition to worldly, but the business of Islam is also for the benefit of ukhrowi. And the main goal is not just profit, but zakat and blessing of the results of his efforts. However, business is not always lucky continuously, sometimes experiencing losses due to various factors. Especially at this time, the non-technical factor that is faced now is the impact of the 2019 (covid-19) coronavirus disease pandemic greatly affecting the economies of all Countries in the World. It is interesting to study how the marketing strategy of the company or also business people in order to survive in the midst of this pandemic. Generally affected, the Charitable Institution namely Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Kediri has increased incomes. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting a study of Islamic business ethics review on BMH Kediri's marketing strategy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the object of this research is field research, so qualitative research aims to explain phenomena profusely through data collection. The data in this study use primary data through in-depth interviews.

Abstract

To satisfy customer needs and desires, there is one thing that every company must pay attention to when it comes to competing in the market. When choosing a product, customers usually make a critical assessment of the product to be purchased. Customers certainly want to get quality products according to the price paid. When deciding to purchase a product, it means that the customer has already decided what to buy, decided to buy or not, decide when and where they will buy, and decide how they will buy it. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for skin care for consumers of Larissa aesthetic center Kediri branch. This study uses quantitative methods, the instrument in this study is a questionnaire given to respondents in the study. As for the population in this study are Muslim Consumers Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. Probability sampling is the sampling technique used in this study, especially the simple random sampling technique. By using the Slovin formula, the researchers took a sample of 336 customers of Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. The data were processed using descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression equation formed was Y = 14.971 + 0.695X. According to the results of the t test it is known that the significance value of t (0.000 <0.05) with the results of t count 10.010 ≥ t table 1.6525 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that product quality (X) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the R square significance test that has been carried out, the results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 0.530 or 53%. While the remaining 47% of purchase decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study, namely price, promotion and location.

Abstract

Profitability is a certain condition that has been achieved by a sharia bank as a reflection of public trust in commercial banks that have undergone a process of activity for several years. This study aims to analyze the effect of murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks. Profitability is the dependent variable in this study, while murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing are independent variables.The type of data used is secondary data which is obtained from quarterly financial reports taken from the official website or website www.bi.go.id/www.ojk.go.id and the official website of each Islamic Commercial Bank. The study population consisted of 12 Islamic commercial banks, and obtained 72 samples by purposive sampling method. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that partially murabahah financing and ijarah financing have a significant effect on profitability. Based on the results of the F test, the variables of murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability.
