Abstract

The culture of organization is a system of values and belief which is shared by The member of organization. It makes differences among the organization to other organizations. The culture of organization is also a distinguishing identity between one organization and another. In addition, Culture of organization also has an important role in employee performance. From this understanding, researchers are interested in discussing the organizational culture in LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri and how the role of organizational culture in employee performance at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri. Since 2014 LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri has experienced an increase in company performance, which includes increasing muzakki, and other awards. This certainly cannot be separated from the organizational culture applied to LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri which adheres to a strong organizational culture. The research, entitled the role of organizational culture in improving the performance of the case study employees at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri uses a qualitative approach with the aim of obtaining a clear and objective picture. This study uses several methods in the data collection process including: observation, interviews, documentation. While the type of research used is field research, which is research that focuses on the results of data collection from predetermined informants. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture applied to LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri is more concerned with how to achieve the goals of the institution and also to realize the motto of the institution. The organizational culture applied in LAZNAS Nurul Hayat is a strong organizational culture, it will have an impact on the sincerity of employees in doing their duties and developing the institution. By implementing this strong organizational culture, employee performance will increase. This increase can be seen from the increase in the number of muzakki from 2016 to 2019, as well as other awards received by LAZNAS Nurul Hayat. With the increase in muzakki and also several awards, it shows that organizational culture has an important role in improving employee performance at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri.

Abstract

Islam does not forbid its servants from doing business in the world. The difference between Islamic business and others is its motivation. In addition to worldly, but the business of Islam is also for the benefit of ukhrowi. And the main goal is not just profit, but zakat and blessing of the results of his efforts. However, business is not always lucky continuously, sometimes experiencing losses due to various factors. Especially at this time, the non-technical factor that is faced now is the impact of the 2019 (covid-19) coronavirus disease pandemic greatly affecting the economies of all Countries in the World. It is interesting to study how the marketing strategy of the company or also business people in order to survive in the midst of this pandemic. Generally affected, the Charitable Institution namely Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Kediri has increased incomes. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting a study of Islamic business ethics review on BMH Kediri's marketing strategy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the object of this research is field research, so qualitative research aims to explain phenomena profusely through data collection. The data in this study use primary data through in-depth interviews.

Abstract

To satisfy customer needs and desires, there is one thing that every company must pay attention to when it comes to competing in the market. When choosing a product, customers usually make a critical assessment of the product to be purchased. Customers certainly want to get quality products according to the price paid. When deciding to purchase a product, it means that the customer has already decided what to buy, decided to buy or not, decide when and where they will buy, and decide how they will buy it. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for skin care for consumers of Larissa aesthetic center Kediri branch. This study uses quantitative methods, the instrument in this study is a questionnaire given to respondents in the study. As for the population in this study are Muslim Consumers Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. Probability sampling is the sampling technique used in this study, especially the simple random sampling technique. By using the Slovin formula, the researchers took a sample of 336 customers of Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. The data were processed using descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression equation formed was Y = 14.971 + 0.695X. According to the results of the t test it is known that the significance value of t (0.000 <0.05) with the results of t count 10.010 ≥ t table 1.6525 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that product quality (X) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the R square significance test that has been carried out, the results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 0.530 or 53%. While the remaining 47% of purchase decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study, namely price, promotion and location.

Abstract

Profitability is a certain condition that has been achieved by a sharia bank as a reflection of public trust in commercial banks that have undergone a process of activity for several years. This study aims to analyze the effect of murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks. Profitability is the dependent variable in this study, while murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing are independent variables.The type of data used is secondary data which is obtained from quarterly financial reports taken from the official website or website www.bi.go.id/www.ojk.go.id and the official website of each Islamic Commercial Bank. The study population consisted of 12 Islamic commercial banks, and obtained 72 samples by purposive sampling method. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that partially murabahah financing and ijarah financing have a significant effect on profitability. Based on the results of the F test, the variables of murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This research is conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2009-2019. This research is a quantitative study with secondary data based on time series data. The data were processed using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the FDR variable did not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the results of the tcount of 0.164 and ttable of 1.683 or tcount <ttable which means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The NPF variable has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the results of tcount of -4.841 and ttable of 1.683 or tcount> ttable which means that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. FDR and NPF variables have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the value of Fcount of 11.745 and Ftable of 3.23 or Fcount> Ftable which means that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the FDR and NPF have an effect of 36.4% on Return On Assets (ROA). While the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other factors outside of the research.

Abstract

This research is a library research. The method used in this research is Library Research or literature review, which collects data from literature and other sources that support and are related to the discussion of this study. The results of this study are: (1) There are 5 major roles of Start- up Financial Technology, namely, First financial transactions become more practical and safer. Second, it can advance the development of bitcoin. Third, it can improve people's lives. Fourth, it can build banking infrastructure as a solution to increase people's purchasing power. Fifth, can remove loan sharks. (2) The relevance of Financial Technology in today's development, it is very clear that its relationship in the daily life of the community, which provides convenience for the needs of the community in conducting financial transactions, such as payments, buying and selling of shares, borrowing and other transactions through technology. (3) Financial Technology is not contradictory to the Islamic economic system as long as it follows the legal principles of a contract, and meets the conditions and principles as well as the applicable law.
