Abstract

Difficult access to sources of capital is still a major problem in business development for Micro and Small Enterprises (UMK). This has attracted the attention of various parties, including the government. Different support and efforts of the government and the private sector in developing MSEs have been carried out, ranging from coaching to financing. One of the government's efforts is to establish a sharia pawnloyers as a non-bank financial institution that functions as a distributor of sharia-based funds. The purpose of this study was to determine the perspective of Islamic law on the procedures for distributing funds to MSEs in sharia pawnloyers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which is considered suitable to provide perspectives from various data sources. The results of the analysis explain that the procedure for distributing funds at Islamic pawnloyers is easy to do, and the process is fast so that it can ease the burden on customers. However, some obstacles are still encountered in the distribution process. According to the perspective of Islamic law, sharia pawnloyers are following sharia principles in channeling funds to MSEs.

Abstract

The Role of Zakat, Infak, and Sadaqah in the Development of Small Businesses in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Operations. The rise of small businesses that support the community's economy is central to poverty alleviation. What plays a role when small businesses are the main issue of community-based economic solutions related to the Islamic religion through baitul mal wat tamwil. The method used to build this research is a literature review by collecting several reliable sources. As well as combining with various phenomena that occur in society. The phenomenon in society is that Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil is an economic institution that promotes saving activities and provides financing to small entrepreneurs. In addition, BMT is also equipped with Baitul Maal activities which are more social in nature. The joining of these two activities is very much needed in empowering the poor. In its operations, BMT implements the sharia system. Meanwhile, in theory Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil, which is abbreviated as BMT, is a supporting institution to improve the quality of small business entrepreneurs based on the sharia system. BMT can and should be used as a business partner for various small entrepreneurs in developing their business, because the partnership pattern is a practical form of a congregational way of carrying out all muamalah matters.

Abstract

In everyday life people tend to equate needs with wants. Sometimes people mention something as a need that must be met immediately, even though something is a wish that could have been postponed. A lifestyle that is oriented towards economic needs alone is not justified in Islam because this attitude is the same as placing economic activity as the goal of life. On the other hand, reducing the desire to maximize life activities in the economic sector is also not justified because it lowers the degree and prestige of Muslims among other people. For this reason, this research will try to unravel how the human concept is in Islamic economics. In solving the existing problems, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with secondary data sources. The results of this study state that fulfilling human needs in Islam does not only meet worldly needs such as eating, drinking, clothing, housing, and transportation vehicles, but humans must also meet spiritual needs or spiritual needs so that humans become human beings who have good morals, are useful, and beneficial to fellow human beings both in this world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

Marketing activities are actually very noble activities because these activities always bring up ideas and creativity to approach, innovate, change and update in many ways. However, when these activities experience disorientation and tend to pursue instant profits, then sometimes these noble and ethical marketing activities turn into stupidity, fraud and rottenness. This phenomenon is what we often see in the world of business and enterprise. We should be able to position the marketing function with ethical and moral values (akhlaqul karimah) so that there are no more deviations that undermine the values and blessings of marketing itself. The concept of prophethood (Nubuwwah) is very relevant as a reference in overcoming current business problems, namely by using a sharia marketing strategy that is carried out by paying attention to consumer needs, good product quality, always available when needed (available) and according to consumer expectations (expectations), promotions are carried out directly and continuously (sustainable), and innovate according to consumer needs.
