Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the technologies that are currently developing. IoT allows it to be used to control and monitor the use of electricity consumption in a place remotely via a smartphone. One of the IoT supporting devices for monitoring electrical energy consumption is a Smart Socket. Because of its usefulness, the author tries to make a control system and monitor electricity consumption based on ESP12E using IoT. The method used to create an ESP-12E-based control and monitoring system for electrical energy consumption using IoT is an experimental method. The ESP-12E-based electrical energy consumption control and monitoring system using IoT consists of a smart socket prototype and an Android application. For communication needs, HTTP protocol and IoT Platform are used. The results showed that smart phones can be used to control the Smart Socket prototype and retrieve information about the total energy consumption of each socket. While the Smart Socket can calculate the total consumption of electrical energy and send it to the IoT Platform. Smart Socket has been successfully created and can function properly. Flood is a natural disaster event that occurs when excessive water flows submerge land. The European Union's flood directive defines a flood as a temporary submergence by water of land that is not normally submerged in water. This study aims to create a flood detection control application based on the Bylnk App using Android. This system can help the user to know the distance of the water level from a certain distance and to activate the alarm. Nodemcu is the main controller on the detection alarm device. This study uses android as a notification display. The Nodemcu receives commands sent from the Ultra Sonic Sensor device and is forwarded to the Nodemcu. And Nodemcu will turn on the Buzzer which is an alarm that informs the current water level and activates an alarm if flood water comes.

Abstract

As time goes on, the development of technology is also increasing. People's lives are now dependent on technology, including companies in Indonesia, including PT. London Sumatra, located in Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi. The company is a company that focuses on rubber plantations. Rubber sap or commonly called latex is a thick solution obtained from tapping rubber rods. Latex is very useful for human life because it can be processed into tires, buckets, medical gloves and others. In determining the quality of PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Bulukumba, in determining the quality of rubber sap, the company requires the use of information technology because in determining the quality of rubber the company only conducts research. It is less efficient because it takes a long time. There needs to be a system that can help workers to make time efficient. The application of the AHP method in determining the quality of rubber latex is very useful because it helps determine the priority of the many existing criteria.

Abstract

Chekeres is a type of board game, which in this type of game relies on strategy as its main element. This game of checkers is generally played by two people with the objective being to spend the opponent's pieces. A checkers game made using a certain AI (Artificial Intelligence) implements the minimax algorithm. This minimax algorithm is used to make choices in order to minimize the possibility of losing the maximum value, which will describe where if a player experiences income, other players will experience a loss of that income. To reduce the scope of the search on the minimax algorithm, an algorithm called alpha-betha was developed as a solution to reduce the number of nodes in the search tree. In the checkers game, this algorithm will determine the steps taken by AI to generate maximum income by considering the possible steps that can be taken next. The application of the minimax algorithm in the game of checkers is made based on the Minimax procedure with the aim of getting the best move from the existing position. The minimax algorithm is based on a zero-sum game, which means that if one player wins, the other player loses, if one player gets 1 point then the other player gets -1 point.

Abstract

PT. Practicalindo Media Cipta is a business engaged in services, sales of hardware, software, maintenance and maintenance of computers. At present the company's data processing has implemented a computerized payroll system using Ms.Excel but for attendance at the company it is still not computerized, namely by using a paper attendance form provided by the administration every day so that the data processing experiences problems and the occurrence of process errors such as salary calculations, payroll deductions and payroll reports. Things that often happen mistakes that can harm employees. The designed information system is expected to make it easier for companies to calculate employee salaries and reduce calculation errors and data validation. This information system design method uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method with the SDLC model which is able to create a system in stages so that it becomes an alternative method chosen in designing this application. The results of the research that has been done can facilitate the management of attendance data, record admin and payroll employees quickly and on time.

Abstract

Because the focus is indeed helping the user or human to solve their problems and achieve what they aspire to. This is what makes it very suitable to answer the problems and constraints that exist in the Motion Designer team at PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia so that it becomes easier to consider in visualizing, specifying, building, and documenting a software development system.

Abstract

PT. Angkasa Pura I is a subsidiary of Aviation Tourism Indonesia which is one of the Aviation companies engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of aircraft in Indonesia in the batam island, central and eastern Java and Bali, Lombok Island, West Timor, Southern and Eastern Kalimantan, Northern and Southern Sulawesi, Ambon Island and Papua. In its management, this company has financial and operational performance to predict financial and operational performance in the future, making it easier for companies to assess financial and operational performance to remain stable. This is useful for minimizing losses. In fact, there are many prediction errors in a manual way influenced, one of which is by human miscalculations. This will of course be fatal to the company. In addition, manual predictions will certainly drain time, mind, and energy resources when the calculated data is large in number. Therefore, based on the problems that occur, researchers will implement data mining to predict financial and operational performance in aviation companies using Simple Linear Regression. The result of this study is a system that can predict financial and operational information as a source to support strengthening in decision making, especially from the company's financial side.

Abstract

Distributed Denial of Services (DDOS) is one type of exploitation of weaknesses on a web. DDOS is an attack attempt against a server on the internet network by flooding a lot of data on the network traffic to disrupt normal traffic on the server. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is a system that can detect suspicious activity in a system or network. Simplewall is computer software that is used as a firewall to provide total protection against any unwanted access. Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Simplewall as a deterrent to intruders on computer network servers and even DDOS attacks at once.

Abstract

Puri Sehat pharmacy is a place of service for pharmaceutical products and services (medicines) to the community. The problem that often occurs is the incompatibility between the physical stock supply of drugs and what is written on the stock card is different in number, because it is caused by errors due to taking into account and recording is still done manually which is written in the ledger and stock cards and the ineffectiveness of cashiers in making customer refunds and reports on drugs sold or entered as well as reports on drug purchases to suppliers so that drug inventory reports are not clear and difficult to estimate every month because all processes are still done manually.This problem is caused because the business process flow that is carried out is still manual and out of sync between buying and selling drugs To solve the problem, pharmacies need business software or applications and information systems that are capable and have complete and integrated features is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Abstract

Point of Sale (POS) is a system designed to assist human activities in the sales operations of each transaction process. The coffee shop is one of the business sectors engaged in the food and beverage sector. As well as putting forward a concept, taste and service that has existed for more or less 2 years. The facilities used by the Mokara coffee shop still use a conventional system for recording each employee's absences, sales and purchase transactions as well as recapitulating financial reports so that it runs ineffectively. Therefore we need an application system to simplify and improve the current system. The purpose of this study was to examine the operational system that runs at the Mokara coffee shop, identify existing problems, and develop a system for processing sales transactions and creating financial summary reports. The method used is extreme programming method.

Abstract

Monitoring and assessment activities are the main activities in the world of education. However, these activities can’t be implemented optimally. Parents still have difficulty monitoring their children's learning activities at school. Notification of student achievement (grades) is only done at the time of the final report’s reception. Parents can only get the final result of their children’s learning activities without being able to monitor their children’s learning process. Notification of administrative issues (education donations, books, etc) is usually notified before the reception of report cards. In addition, assessment is still done manually, as a result, parents, and students still difficult to know the grades and results of the learning process at the time. Therefore, we need a system that facilitates the process of monitoring and assessment of students, both for teachers and parents to overcome this problem. The research aims to develop a student assessment and monitoring system. The methods to develop this system are data collection, hardware and software analysis, system design and analysis, and system implementation and testing. The result of this research is a system that can help teachers to manage student grades, and facilitate the parents to monitor and get information about their children’s learning activities.
