Abstract

Teknologi saat ini telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan manusia, banyak teknologi diciptakan untuk menjadi kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya, teknologi peralatan telekomunikasi atau yang biasa kita sebut smartphone. Smartphone tidak hanya sebagai alat telekomunikasi saja tetapi banyak fitur yang sangat membantu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti media pembelajaran, baik itu media pembelajaran berupa tulisan maupun gambar. Tata surya adalah ilmu dasar yang bisa kita dapatkan di sekolah. Tidak adanya laboratorium IPA dapat diuji di sekolah-sekolah yang digunakan sebagai ruang praktis dan mendukung tata surya, sehingga siswa akan kehilangan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan, melakukan pengamatan dan mengurangi rasa ingin tahu siswa. Dengan demikian buku menjadi satu-satunya media untuk mempelajari tata surya. Augmented reality adalah teknologi yang mengubah dunia nyata dan dunia dua dimensi yang diproyeksikan dalam ruang nyata. Augmented reality telah berkembang sebagai media pembelajaran di banyak bidang ilmiah. Dengan memanfaatkan buku sebagai satu-satunya media maka penulis menggunakan buku teks sebagai marker untuk Augmented reality dengan metode marker tracking yang dapat digunakan di android.

Abstract

Website dapat menyajikan berbagai informasi mengenai profil perusahaan, profil lembaga pendidikan dan lainlain. Selain itu website juga biasa dijadikan sebagai media promosi yang hemat sekaligus menampilkanprofesionalitas. Sehingga dibutuhkan profesi webdesain dan Help Desk untuk membangun website yanginteraktif dan menarik, serta seorang ahli Help Desk dalam menangani kesalahan yang terjadi pada halaman. Iniartinya bahwa terdapat sebuah peluang pekerjaan. Namun banyak sekolah yang belum menyiapkan bekalsiswa/i-nya ilmu tentang web desain dan Help Desk. Oleh karena itu, pada pengabdian kali ini siswa/I akandiajarkan cara mengenalkan cara menjadi seorang webdesain dan Help Desk yang handal dalam mengahdapiperkembangan teknologi saat ini. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pelatihan ini dengan memberikanlangsung materi ke pada siswa/I SMK YPUI Parung dengan menggunakan perangkat komputer/laptop danjaringan internet. Untuk pencapain tujuan tersebut maka kegiatan pengabdian akan dilakukan secara langsungdalam ruangan yang diikuti oleh 32 orang siswa. Adapun untuk membuat Web Desain yang harus dilakukanadalah membuat white frame dan desain UI dan UX dengan software AdobeXD dan dasar pengenalan AdobePhotoshop. Selanjutnya untuk menjadi seorang Help Desk, yang harus dikuasai adalah problem solving,memahami bisnis proses sebuah perusahaan. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, siswa/I SMK YPUI mendapatpengetahuan tentang cara membuat web desain dan dapat menjadi seorang heldesk yang profesional. Sehinggasetelah lulus dari sekolah dan ingin langsung bekerja, siswa/i dapat bersaing dengan yang lain.

Abstract

Employee attendance is an important activity because it is related to employee productivity and is usually used as part of paying employee salaries. Therefore, recording employee attendance must be thorough, fast and accurate. Now, various types of employee attendance systems have developed, one of which uses fingerprints. The employee attendance system currently used by the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta is attendance using fingerprints placed in every building or faculty. This system has drawbacks, namely the limited availability of fingerprint scanners, placement of presence tools far from the work location, and dependence on presence tools. So with these weaknesses, a mobile apps-based attendance system was built that uses GPS to make it easier for employees to make attendance while in the presence area or where they work. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development. With this system, the attendance process and attendance data processing is easier and more efficient, helping to maximize the attendance data collection and processing process.

Abstract

PAUD Nurussyifa is one of the educational institutions, where this institution educates children at an early age in building their character and personality to become better human beings. Every year there are approximately 80 prospective students who register so to process all the existing data takes approximately one week. In the management of new student registration, it is still the conventional way where prospective registrants come to take the registration form to the registration counter which then the data is inputted by the staff into Microsoft Excel which is felt to also hinder the registration process so that data redundancy often occurs. and delays in reporting. To reduce these problems, it is necessary to have a system that is competitive, which can make it easier for prospective registrants to register easily, quickly, and efficiently. The method used in making this information system application uses the agile method, this method can be used to design and analyze the implementation of the agile method on a web-based new student registration information system application with whatsapp notifications (case study: PAUD Nurussyifa). The results of this study indicate that the use of a web-based new student registration information system application with WhatsApp notifications has accommodated the staff in charge of making reports that do not take too long and can also minimize the occurrence of data redundancy in managing registrant data more quickly, accurately and efficiently.

Abstract

Sales is an integrated effort to develop a strategic plan that is directed at satisfying the needs and desires of buyers to get sales that generate profits (Marwan A, 1986). Sale is a transfer of rights to objects. From this explanation, working in transferring or transferring goods and services requires people who are in the field of sales such as trade operations, agents, service representatives, and marketing representatives. From the above understanding that the lifeblood of a merchant's business, especially the "Ningnong Ciputat" store, is sales. The "Ningnong Ciputat" shop is a trading unit that provides all human needs ranging from basic needs, basic necessities, etc. With many products needed, a ledger is needed that is used to record product names and prices, as well as a transaction ledger that is used to record all sales transactions that occur. With this method of recording, employees have to put a price tag on each product, besides that, making at the end of the month has difficulty because they have to recap all sales transactions recorded in the general ledger. This does not rule out the possibility of recording errors and the time used to make reports less effective and efficient.

Abstract

The development of information technology that is developing creates not only to complement, but now it has become a necessity, one of which is in the world of animal husbandry, technology that has developed rapidly provides a wide variety of automatic device options that are created for personal and group convenience because they are assisted in launching professional activities or breeders' hobbies more efficient in managing their livestock. One of them is a fish feed system based on the Internet of Things. Challenges arise when the farm has to be left because the owner is busy and there is no time to feed the fish farm. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of overcoming problems with aquaculture managers who cannot provide feed directly to the cultivation site or provide feed at the right time due to having busy things to do. NodeMCU can be used as a device that accepts the input and output of a sensor and as a device to connect to the internet because NodeMCU is equipped with an ESP8266 chip, by adding a servo motor it can connect to the internet, feeding can be done remotely. Users can monitor using telegram bots with available features. With this system, it can overcome if the owner of the cultivation is busy outside and there is no time to provide feed directly, by utilizing the Internet of Things, the cultivation manager can feed remotely without having to visit the place of cultivation directly.

Abstract

Point of Sale (POS) is a system designed to assist human activities in the sales operations of each transaction process. The coffee shop is one of the business sectors engaged in the food and beverage sector. As well as putting forward a concept, taste and service that has existed for more or less 2 years. The facilities used by the Mokara coffee shop still use a conventional system for recording each employee's absences, sales and purchase transactions as well as recapitulating financial reports so that it runs ineffectively. Therefore we need an application system to simplify and improve the current system. The purpose of this study was to examine the operational system that runs at the Mokara coffee shop, identify existing problems, and develop a system for processing sales transactions and creating financial summary reports. The method used is extreme programming method.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher used the waterfall method, the waterfall method or model, which is the most widely used model for the development stage. This waterfall model is also known as the traditional model or classical model. The waterfall model is often also called the linear sequential model or the classic cycle. This waterfall model provides a sequential software lifeflow approach starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing and support stages.
