<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the conditions and performance effectiveness of MSMEs in Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City. By using factors that can affect performance in the scope of MSMEs in Kawalu District through a descriptive quantitative research method on 15 MSME companies that have 231 employees. The results showed that 50% of the performance factors could not be fulfilled by the company, while 50% of the performance factors could be fulfilled perfectly by MSME companies in Kawalu District.]]>

<![CDATA[Maraknya sampah plastik semakin memprihatinkan, karena penumpukannya terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Sementara upaya untuk mendaur ulang plastik belum dilakukan oleh banyak orang. Biasanya, kemasan makanan plastik digunakan untuk membuat produk yang memiliki daya tarik visual yang menonjol, seperti pengisi ecobrick. Proses pengisian ecobrick mengharuskan penggunaan banyak bungkus plastik. sehingga, alat pemotong plastik telah dikembangkan dengan tujuan memfasilitasi tenaga kerja manusia dan meningkatkan efisiensi secara keseluruhan. Proses pembuatan mesin pemotong plastik diawali dengan pembuatan rangka menggunakan hollow 35 mm × 35 mm, pembuatan roll menggunakan pipa stainless berdiameter 50 mm dan poros berdiameter 12 mm. Kemudian fabrikasi komponen pemotongan menggunakan kawat nikel. Langkah selanjutnya perakitan komponen termasuk motor AC, gulungan, dan konversi kawat nikel menjadi energi listrik. Mesin tersebut berdimensi tinggi 88 cm, panjang 50 cm, dan lebar 35 cm. Penggerak roll yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motor Moshwell, yang beroperasi pada catu daya AC satu fasa 220 volt. Motor tersebut memiliki kecepatan putar 2800 rpm dan dihubungkan dengan roll melalui sistem transmisi dengan rasio roda gigi 1:12. Kawat nikel ukuran 0,7 dapat menghasilkan output 1140 watt. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa alat ini mampu memotong 10 lembar sampah plastik kemasan makanan dengan durasi 1.133 menit.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan modal kerja PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan analisis rasio modal kerja yang meliputu rasio likuiditasdan analisis rasio aktivitas serta analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis tingkat likuiditas perusahaan, yaitu periode tahun 2018 s/d 2022, dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat likuiditas perusahaan secara keseluruhan efektif. Hal itu dapat dilihat pada presentase tingkat likuiditas yang terus mengalami penurunan atau fluktuasi terutama pada Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio karena masih berada diatas 100%. Ini berarti aktiva lancar pada perusahaan masih mampu menutupi utang lancarnya. Hasil analisis untuk Cash Ratio perusahaan juga mengalami fluktuasi sehingga Kas dan setara Kas perusahaan tidak mampu menutupi utang lancarnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat aktivitas perusahaan selama lima tahun, dapat dikatakan bahwa perusahaan juga mengalami fluktuasi dapat dilihat pada perputaran total aktiva dan perputaran modal kerja Netto juga mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun 2018-2020, dan kembali mengalami peningakatan dari tahun 2021-2022. <![CDATA[This study discusses the 2) fire 1) emergency response system at PT X, a sub-contractor in the Gresik area. Most of the sub-contractor's work is carried out in 3) open areas, especially in the NPK fertilizer area. One of the jobs done is hot work. An important aspect of hot work is handling any 2) fire hazards that can arise. The potential for 2) fire and explosion hazards caused by incorrect operating procedures is a serious threat that must be taken seriously in the work environment. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan dan kepemilikan NPWP terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen di STIE Triguna Bogor yang aktif pada tahun akademik 2021/2022. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang telah lulus atau sedang menempuh mata kuliah perpajakan serta telah bekerja dan memiliki NPWP. Sehingga sampel yang diperoleh adalah 45 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan data kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Sedangkan kepemilikan NPWP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan dan kepemilikan NPWP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja di STIE Triguna Bogor. Hasil penghitungan R2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,555. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel terikat yaitu kepatuhan wajib pajak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas sebesar 55,5%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explains about film representation which is a part of mass communication media. This research adopts a family film with elements of custom and culture, which is entitled the film “Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap”. This study aims to draw a message contained in a film in the form of mental health in the family and public sphere. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Charles Sanders Pierce analysis method which has three parts and is referred to as the triangle theory, namely sign, object, and interpretant. The primary data source in this study is the result of video recordings and secondary data sources derived from theoretical studies of journals and books. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation methods through image capture. The results of this study show that mental health provides an educational message related to a person's psychological condition within the scope of the family or community. <![CDATA[In the era of globalization, where changes and complexities occur within societies, the multicultural values found within the hadiths become increasingly important in fostering social harmony and maintaining religious tolerance among different communities. Therefore, the understanding and implementation of these multicultural values within the hadiths need to be continuously enhanced and disseminated to the entire society. This study aims to analyze the comprehension and implementation of multicultural values within the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), serving as a foundation for building social harmony in the era of globalization. The research method employed is a descriptive-analytical approach. Primary data were collected from hadith collections that pertain to multiculturalism, while secondary data were obtained from relevant journals and books on the discussed theme. The results of this study reveal that the analyzed multicultural values encompass three aspects: the equality of all humans, tolerance, and fair treatment within the framework of human rights. Furthermore, efforts are being made to enhance the comprehension and implementation of these multicultural values, including: 1)Religious education and understanding, achieved through integrating multicultural values into ethics and interpersonal interactions curriculum. 2) Interfaith dialogue, facilitated through grassroots initiatives such as the Interfaith Harmony Forum (FKUB). 3) Dissemination of positive information, accomplished through character education and ethical training. 4) Cross-cultural understanding. These endeavors collectively contribute to fostering a harmonious and inclusive society amidst the challenges and complexities brought about by globalization.]]>
