<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to know the effect of financial literacy, use of information technology, and use of accounting information on the performance of MSMEs. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Teras District, Boyolali Regency. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques used literature studies, questionnaires and observation. The population of this study is MSMEs in Teras District, Boyolali Regency are 145 MSMEs engaged in the food and beverage sector and are already used social media to sell their wares. The sampling technique used slovin with a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that financial literacy has an effect on the performance of MSMEs, the use of information technology has an effect on the performance of MSMEs and the use of Accounting Information Systems has an effect on the performance of MSMEs. Financial literacy, use of information technology and accounting information systems affect the performance of MSMEs simultaneously.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan modal kerja PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan analisis rasio modal kerja yang meliputu rasio likuiditasdan analisis rasio aktivitas serta analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis tingkat likuiditas perusahaan, yaitu periode tahun 2018 s/d 2022, dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat likuiditas perusahaan secara keseluruhan efektif. Hal itu dapat dilihat pada presentase tingkat likuiditas yang terus mengalami penurunan atau fluktuasi terutama pada Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio karena masih berada diatas 100%. Ini berarti aktiva lancar pada perusahaan masih mampu menutupi utang lancarnya. Hasil analisis untuk Cash Ratio perusahaan juga mengalami fluktuasi sehingga Kas dan setara Kas perusahaan tidak mampu menutupi utang lancarnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat aktivitas perusahaan selama lima tahun, dapat dikatakan bahwa perusahaan juga mengalami fluktuasi dapat dilihat pada perputaran total aktiva dan perputaran modal kerja Netto juga mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun 2018-2020, dan kembali mengalami peningakatan dari tahun 2021-2022. Keputusan pembelian adalah suatu alasan yang mendorong bagaimana konsumen untuk melakukan pilihan terhadap pembelian suatu produk sesuai yang dibutuhkan Keputusan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi oleh harga,promosi dan kualitas pelayanan.Harga adalah jumlah nilai yang diberikan oleh perusahaan kepada pelanggan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari memiliki atau menggunakan suatu produk maupun jasa. Promosi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan unutk merayu atau membujuk konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian pada produk yang telah dipasarkannya. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan sebuah aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan guna memenuhi sehingga dapat menciptakan sebuah kepercayaan pelanggan dan keunggulan kompetitif untuk kembali membeli atau berpelanggan Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh harga,promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV.Satria Mobil Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian di CV.Satria Mobil Mojokerto sebanyak 73 populasi, kemudian diambil sampel berjumlah 40 sampel dengan teknik sampling incidental. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: 1) Harga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV.Satria Mobil Mojokerto, 2) Promosi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV.Satria Mobil Mojokerto, 3) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV.Satria Mobil Mojokerto, 4) Harga,Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifika terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV.Satria Mobil Mojokerto Kata kunci: Harga, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Keputusan Pembelian]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of the perceived enjoyment dimension on behavioral intention. This research takes the object in the UNHASY Esport Community. The results of this study used Sampling Roscue because this study used correlation or multiple regression analysis, so the number of samples was at least 10 times the number of variables to be studied, therefore this study took 40 samples from 4 variables. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine customer experience and customer value on revisit intention at Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Orange Picking Agrotourism. All data used in analyzing is data obtained from observation, interviews, documentation, distribution of questionnaires and various literature concerning customer experience and customer value on revisit intention at Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Orange Picking Agrotourism. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is consumers who have visited as many as 100 populations, then 80 samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis. <![CDATA[This study discusses the 2) fire 1) emergency response system at PT X, a sub-contractor in the Gresik area. Most of the sub-contractor's work is carried out in 3) open areas, especially in the NPK fertilizer area. One of the jobs done is hot work. An important aspect of hot work is handling any 2) fire hazards that can arise. The potential for 2) fire and explosion hazards caused by incorrect operating procedures is a serious threat that must be taken seriously in the work environment. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini mengambil objek di Ahass Honda Motor PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Ceweng Diwek Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang telah melakukan servis di Ahass Honda Motor PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Ceweng Diwek Jombang sebanyak 120 populasi, kemudian diambil sampel berjumlah 30 sampel dengan teknik sampling incidental. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Ahass Honda Motor PT. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan dan kepemilikan NPWP terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen di STIE Triguna Bogor yang aktif pada tahun akademik 2021/2022. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang telah lulus atau sedang menempuh mata kuliah perpajakan serta telah bekerja dan memiliki NPWP. Sehingga sampel yang diperoleh adalah 45 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan data kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Sedangkan kepemilikan NPWP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan dan kepemilikan NPWP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja di STIE Triguna Bogor. Hasil penghitungan R2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,555. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel terikat yaitu kepatuhan wajib pajak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas sebesar 55,5%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explains about film representation which is a part of mass communication media. This research adopts a family film with elements of custom and culture, which is entitled the film “Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap”. This study aims to draw a message contained in a film in the form of mental health in the family and public sphere. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Charles Sanders Pierce analysis method which has three parts and is referred to as the triangle theory, namely sign, object, and interpretant. The primary data source in this study is the result of video recordings and secondary data sources derived from theoretical studies of journals and books. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation methods through image capture. The results of this study show that mental health provides an educational message related to a person's psychological condition within the scope of the family or community.
