Abstract

The debate about religious differences seems to have become a deep-rooted problem, its roots have gone deep into the ground so that it is very difficult to uproot. Religious debates seem to have found no common ground and are actually getting heated up due to the emergence of judgments against different beliefs or religions, this condition seems to position one belief as right while another belief is wrong. With this condition, diverse awareness is needed with a moderate attitude in accordance with the discourse that has been conveyed quite often lately. As part of a recognized belief in Indonesia, Hinduism actually has various concepts in an effort to live in harmony in the midst of existing differences. The various concepts possessed by Hinduism are not only a discourse for moderate, peaceful and harmonious life, but this concept teaches Hindus to be able to grow the peak of divine awareness by realizing that all creatures that exist are manifestations of God. So that there is no reason for Hindus to judge other people let alone feel right and always blame other people's religion Keywords: Hinduism, Moderation, Divinity Awareness

Abstract

Most people at first from the courtship to the marriage level usually pay less attention to the causes and effects that will arise in the household, they consider it normal, only based on consensual feelings and sometimes only based on sexual desire. The function of marriage or wiwaha is an effort to realize the life goals of Grhasta Dormitory. A faithful relationship should last until death, in short it is made as the highest law by husband and wife. In the Manawa Dharmasastra literature, it is explained that marriage is a sacred act (sacrament, samskara), which is an engagement between two parties who fulfill God's commands and suggestions, so that family life and neighboring relatives run well in accordance with Hindu religious teachings. However, nowadays there are still many divorce cases and the cases are increasing every year between the text and the context being discontinuous. If it is handled wisely and wisely through serious and continuous application, especially referring to the values of loyalty, then husband and wife will succeed in improving the quality of their lives in building relationships for the creation of a harmonious family (Hita Graha)). Based on the background above, the writer is interested in raising the title of the research on Faithfulness of Husband and Wife in Manawa Dharmasastra.

Abstract

The common image of Goddess Kālī on the internet and Her worship in statues is that She is always depicted as stepping on Lord Śiva for some reason. The story of Goddess Kālī stepping on Lord Śiva's chest has a different narrative from what is shown in the Mahakali TV Series with Devī Māhātmyam (Mārkaṇḍeya Purāṇa), so it deserves to be studied under the title 'Reconstruction of the Story of Goddess Kālī Stepping on Śiva's Chest in Mahakali Series from Devī Māhātmyam's Perspective'. However, the description of the TV series about tattva behind Dewi Kālī stepping on Her husband is not supported by the stories of the Hindu Puranas and Tantras. The purpose of this study is to reintroduce the concept of the Godhead of Shaktism, especially the tattva of Goddess Kālī stepping on Her husband, Lord Śiva.

Abstract

Sulinggih in carrying out the Mudra sometimes has the same meaning but the form is different. The uniqueness of the mudra movement is strongly influenced by the aguron - guron line. This work descriptively describes Shiva's sulinggih mudra which is practiced during the implementation of Dewa Yadnya. The rhythmic movement of the mudra can carry Sulinggih's soul to Shiva at the time of the Dewa Yadnya ceremony. The stages and forms of mudra have a deep meaning and function, starting from the Akasa Mudra Movement to the Tangkep Hand Movement and the Hredaya Mudra. The energy of the mudra at the time of the dewa yadnya ceremony is able to synergize or synchronize the energies between planets. Spiritually the form and movement of each type of mudra will be related to the form and energy of one of the dewatas as a manifestation of God. Therefore, this mudra energy came to be known as manik secap asta gina, meaning that through the hands everything will be realized. The mudra of Sulinggih Shivat is closely related to Yantra (in the form of offerings), Mantra (puja), and Mudra in the process of purification of the Bhuana Agung.
