Journal Khafi : Journal of Islamic Studies is a multi-disciplinary publication dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with history, geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, environmental and developmental issues, as well as ethical questions related to scientific research. The Journal seeks to place Islam and the Islamic tradition as its central focus of academic inquiry and to encourage comprehensive consideration of its many facets; to provide a forum for the study of Islam and Muslim societies in their global context; to encourage interdisciplinary studies of the Islamic world that are crossnational and comparative; to promote the diffusion, exchange and discussion of research findings; and to encourage interaction among academics from various traditions of learning. Journal Khafi : Journal Of Islamic Studies Services is a journal managed by Pandu Institute and published in the open journal system (OJS) at March, July and November.

Abstract

The study of the transformation of the Prophet's traditions from the classical, modern to contemporary periods is an important research area in the science of hadith. This study aims to investigate changes and developments in the understanding and application of the Prophet's traditions from time to time. In this context, classic refers to the early period of Islam, modern refers to the following centuries, and contemporary includes the present. The research method used is a comprehensive analysis of a collection of hadith literature from various periods. The data collected includes hadith texts, works of well-known hadith scholars, and academic works that discuss the transformation of hadith. The results of the study show that there have been significant changes in the understanding and use of the Prophet's traditions from time to time

Abstract

Laduni knowledge is an inner science received directly through intuition or inspiration from God. Laduni knowledge is divided into knowledge obtained without learning stages (wahbiy) and knowledge obtained through learning efforts (kasbiy). This type of research includes library research, namely examining literature sources related to the subject matter of the investigation. Laduni science is also part of the psychology discipline that studies psychiatric problems in education. In psychology, laduni is known as intuition. Intuitive knowledge is different from the concept of inner and outer. Intuition is the ability to understand something without rational and scientific thinking; this understanding arises suddenly from consciousness

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang konsep-konsep pendidikan yang membebaskan yang digagas oleh tokoh pendidikan terkenal, yakni A.S Neill. Kebebasan dalam pendidikan atau yang dalam istilah free will ini seakan semu dan susah sekali untuk diwujudkan. Entah faktor apa yang melatar belakangi hal ini atau karena memang benar kata Paulo Freire bahwa pendidikan dijadikan untuk mencapai kepentingan pribadi tertentu, sehingga siswa atau pelajar yang terlibat dalam dunia pendidikan dibungkam dan dilarang untuk memilih apa yang dia sukai untuk dipelajari, seperti kuda yang dipakaikan kacamata hitam di kedua matanya sehingga tidak bisa bergerak sesuai kehendaknya. Karena jika tidak demikian, maka dia akan menjadi segerombolan pemberontak yang akan mengancam kedudukannya di kemudian hari. Kurikulum merdeka telah dicetuskan sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing siswa, namun sejauh ini pengimpelementasian kurikulum merdeka tidak jauh berbeda dengan kurikulum-kurikulum sebelumnya, yakni memaksa, tidak menghargai, dan membunuh kodrat alamiah siswa, lantas bagaimanakah esensi dari pendidikan merdeka itu?. Hal inilah yang melandasi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian tentang konsep pendidikan yang membebaskan yang digagas oleh A.S Neill sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menjelaskan esensi dari pendidikan yang membebaskan atau merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian library research dengan rujukan utama, yakni tulisan dari A.S Neill yang dikutip dalam buku berjudul Menggugat Pendidikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa esensi pendidikan merdeka menurut A.S Neill adalah membebaskan siswa untuk belajar sesuai dengan minatnya dan menghargai kodrat alamiah siswa.

Abstract

The universe which has a very orderly and complex arrangement is a sign of the power of its creator. The universe in which there is earth as a place of life for humans and at the same time as a place of death for humans is created according to human needs. Some people think that the universe was created because of the role of the creator, namely God, but some think that the universe was not created by the creator. Among these thinkers was Isaac Newton of the 17th-18th centuries with the theory "that the universe is classical" which means that there was no creation from the creator. Then what about the material origin of the universe, the method and process of its creation by the creator, then many theories emerged including the "big bang" theory which stated that the universe originated from super dense matter andhot. The purpose of this study is to find out the opinion of Hamka and Quraish Shihab regarding the verses of the universe in refuting western theories and to find out the origins of the formation of the universe according to tafsir-Azhar and al-Mishbah. This type of research islibrary research with the method of thematic interpretation. Data collection refers to the bookTafsīr with adābī ijtimāʻī pattern, namely Tafsīr al-Azhar by Hamka and Tafsīr al-Mishbah by Quraish Shihab. Data analysis uses interpretation and analysis methodscomparative.

Abstract

Kehamilan didefinisikan sebagai fertilisasi atau penyatuan dari spermatozoa dan ovum dan dilanjutkan dengan nidasi atau implantasi. Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan metode deskriptif. Studi kepustakaan yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode dan pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Peranan studi kepustakaan sebelum penelitian sangat penting sebab dengan melakukan kegiatan ini hubungan antara masalah, penelitian-penelitian yang relevan dan teori menjadi lebih jelas. Pemahaman Syaikh Thanthawi al-Jauhari terhadap ayat–ayat proses kehamilan sama seperti proses kehamilan dalam prespektif kebidanan, namun hanya berbeda dalam masa maksimum kehamilan di dalam rahim. Adapun implikasi pemahaman Syaikh Thanthawi al-Jauhari dan Ilmu Kebidanan terhadap ayat–ayat proses kehamilan memiliki pendekatan yang cukup signifikan.

Abstract

Musyarakah as a product based on partnership, if it is to be successful, its implementation must rely on fair competition and prevent abuse of a dominant position in business partnerships, and the most important thing is to overcome any problems related to agreements based on musyarakah contracts based on the principle of justice. This is where the principle of justice plays an important role, especially in standard contracts made by the parties in it. This justice is the most important value that must be reflected in the contract, so as to create an ideal social order.Related to the problems above, the writer feels the need to examine the thoughts of a figure who comes from Turkey. His name was Said Nursi and the title Badi'uzzaman. He is a well-known figure with his zuhud attitude. A charismatic Sufi. Besides that, he is also a thinker of the XX century. The ideas or thoughts are quite brilliant. Such as regarding the order of harmonious relations between religions so as to create a dream-like situation. A situation where people can respect each other, interact well and harmoniously, regardless of the differences that eventually lead to the outbreak of conflict.

Abstract

Marriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and woman in order to create a happy and blessing full ever after family. In fact, some problems perhaps appear through family lifetime. The aim of this research: to analyze the role of Marriage Guidance and the obstacle of that in minimalizing the divorce cases amid Covid-19 in Magelang. The methodology in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis by field research model. Results: The highly dominant role of Marriage Guidance that is applied by the council on the Religious Affairs Office in minimalizing the divorce. They are the front troopers in helping pre-marriage couple to build strong family in the harmony then they can create sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah family. The obstacles which is faced by the Religious Affair Offices are still the same, such as; it is hard to invite the pre-marriage couple coming to the office to get the guidance because they have to work and difficult to get off days for the guidance. Contribution to the scientific world: The result of this research can be references for any researcher who has focus on the marriage field, especially pre-marriage couple that did not have enough time to join and get the Marriage Guidance.

Abstract

This study adopts a qualitative approach to explore the effectiveness of using digital literacy in learning English for students of the Nutrition study program at the Riau Ministry of Health Polytechnic. The purpose of this study is to gain an in-depth understanding of students' experiences in integrating digital literacy into learning English and its impact on their English proficiency and learning experiences. This research method uses a case study approach with data collection through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The research participants consisted of students from the Nutrition study program who had taken English lessons with digital literacy. Data from interviews and document analysis were analyzed using a thematic analysis approach to identify patterns, themes, and the meanings that emerge from student experiences. These findings provide a richer perspective on how digital literacy can be applied effectively in the context of health education. The implications of this research also contribute to the development of learning strategies that are more adaptive in dealing with the digital era and globalization.
