Abstract

  Abstract The aims of this study were: To determine the effect of Promotion (X1), Price (X2) and Service (X3) both simultaneously and partially on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at the De Salfa Barokah Cake Shop in Marisa District, Pohuwato Regency. is multiple analysis techniques. The F test result is 8,589, so the effect of promotion, price, and service quality simultaneously or jointly has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion T-test results are 0.024, so the influence of Partial or Individual Promotion marketing strategies has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The result of the price T-test is 0.444, so the effect of Partial or Individual Price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the T-test of service quality are 0.260, so the influence of service quality in Partial or Individual has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis of the independent variables, namely promotion, price, and quality of service that affect customer satisfaction at the Kue De salfa Barokah shop, Marisa District, Pohuwato Regency using multiple regression analysis, it is proven that the promotion, price, and service quality variables together have a positive effect on satisfaction. Customer. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return On Assets at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is a secondary data source. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient (r), coefficient of determination (r2), F test and t test. The results showed the value of the regression equation Y= - 5.685+0.183X1+0.060X2, the correlation value (r) was 0.989, the determination value (r2) was 0.979, the t-test b1 was 9.389>2.91999, this shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets and the t b2 test is 5.981>2.91999, this shows that Loan to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets. The results of the F test are 46.522>9.55, this indicates that Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio together have a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of job satisfaction of the employees of STISIP Amal Scientific Yapis Wamena based on the job satisfaction scale. Job satisfaction is an essential foundation in managing the organization to achieve the desired goals. This research is expected to serve as consideration and input to Foundations and Universities, especially STISIP Amal Scientific Yapis Wamena, in managing employees according to existing characteristics. The total population in this study was 47 permanent employees of the foundation; the sampling method used was using the purposive sampling technique, which in measuring job satisfaction was based on specific considerations so the total population was 29 people. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale with the help of SPSS analysis. Based on the results of the calculation of job satisfaction scores in general, the job satisfaction of STISIP Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena employees is included in the category of high job satisfaction with a cumulative average value of 105.6 (72.9%) with the highest indicator description being satisfied with the job itself. With a cumulative average score of 110 (75.9%) in the category of increased job satisfaction, the supervisor indicator with a cumulative average score of 107.75 (74.3%) in the category of high job satisfaction, indicators for colleagues with an average score The cumulative average of 104.5 (72%) is in the category of high job satisfaction and the lowest is the salary indicator with a cumulative average value of 100.25 (69.1%) in the category of high job satisfaction. Abstract

The Effect of Capital Structure on Asset Growth and Firm Value in Property and Real Estate Sector Service Companies in 2014 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure on asset growth and firm value in the property and real estate sectors. The population of this study is the property and real estate sector service companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 totaling 42 companies. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling approach, namely saturated sample. Data analysis method using Warp –PLS 5.0. The results of the study found that the relationship between capital structure and company value was negative and significant. The relationship between capital structure and firm value mediated by asset growth is negative and significant. This study uses the trade off theory.   Keywords: Capital Structure, Asset Growth and Firm Value.

Abstract

This study aims to critically discuss the application of value for money in assessing performance in public sector hospitals. The public sector hospital is a hospital that serves the community by using the maximum possible service, and of course, the public sector hospital does not pursue profit. Performance appraisal is carried out using a value-for-money application to assess how economical, efficient and effective the performance of the public sector hospital is. The research method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review that examines the application of value for money in assessing the performance of public sector hospitals. The data analysis in this study collected several keywords and took ten selected journal articles from the last five years. This study implies the application of value for money in assessing the performance of public sector hospitals by measuring the economy, effectiveness, and efficiency. This study's findings can guide public sector hospitals to apply the value for money in assessing the performance of public sector organizations, including public sector hospitals.

Auliyah Nurwafiyyah. 2018. The Effect of Credit Provision and Credit Risk on Return On Equity (ROE) at Bank Sulselbar. Supervisor : Suriyanti and Munawir Nasir. This study aims to examine the effect of lending and credit risk having a significant impact on Return On Equity (ROE) in banking companies in South Sulawesi. The data in this study was obtained from the financial statements of banking companies in South Sulawesi. This study uses secondary data by making observations by visiting the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using a Likert scale with the help of SPSS analysis. The results showed that partially, the provision of credit has a positive and insignificant effect on Return On Equity (ROE). In contrast, credit risk has a negative and significant impact on Return On Equity (ROE). Simultaneously, credit and credit risk affect Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

The Influence of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Morale at PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. Mall Ratu Indah Makassar This study aims to determine whether motivation and compensation affect employee morale at PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. Ratu Indah Mall Makassar. Collecting data using primary data obtained from questionnaires using the Probability Sampling technique. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk Mall Ratu Indah Makassar, which amounted to 340 employees and the number of samples determined using the slovin formula was 77 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression techniques. The results show that simultaneously (F test) motivation and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee morale, and based on partial hypothesis testing (t-test), the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, while compensation positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price and Quality of Service Partially on Customer Satisfaction at the Aish Saad Arshiya Job Training Institute, Gowa Regency, and to determine the effect of Price and Quality of Service Simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction at the Aish Saad Arshiya Job Training Institute, Gowa Regency. The research method used in this study is the Quantitative Method, data collection techniques using questionnaires with Price and Service Quality variables as independent variables while Customer Satisfaction as the dependent variable; after conducting the Validity Test and Reliability Test, all data obtained from the questionnaires were declared Valid and Consistent. After testing the data using Multiple Linear Regression with 2 test instruments from the T-test, the results obtained are t count > t table (3,870 > 1.98472). Then H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis says price (X1) affects customer satisfaction at CV. Aish Saad Arshiya is partially accepted, and t count > t table (4,192 > 1.98472) then H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis that says there is an effect of Service Quality (X2) on customer satisfaction at CV. Aish Saad Arshiya was partially accepted. While the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 70,238 with the previously obtained F table value, which is 3.09, so it can be concluded that the calculated F value > F table or 70,238 > 3.09 and a significant level of 0.001 <0.05 then H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the variable Price (X1) and Service Quality (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at CV. Aish Saad Arshiya Simultaneously. The results of this study show that Price and Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at the Aish Saad Arshiya Job Training Institute, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of exchange rate and interest rate of the stock price index of Companies’ Property and Real Estate Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Secondary data concerning exchange rate and interest rate, and stock price index. The sample of this research was 16 companies Property and Real Estate Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014. Data analysis in this research uses multiple llinearinier regression analysis using SPSS 21 software. Based on data analysis, the partially known exchange rate does not significantly affect the company’s stock price index. The interest rate does not significantly affect the company’s stock price index.
