Nizam Sri Deli: Jurnal Penelitian & Ilmu-ilmu Keislaman merupakan sebuah Jurnal Nasional  dalam bidang ilmu Kependidikan dengan frekuensi terbit 3x  setahun, yaitu pada bulan Agustus, Desember dan April Tujuan penerbitan Jurnal adalah untuk menampung hasil tulisan karya ilmiah bagi Dosen, Mahasiswa serta Civitas Akademika Kota Tebing Tinggi, dengan harapan dapat menjadi sarana pengembangan ilmu-ilmu keislaman di Kota Tebing Tinggi. Nizam Sri Deli mempublikasikan karya ilmiah terbaik berdasarkan proses seleksi di bidang Kependidikan yang berfokus pada penerbitan Penelitian & Ilmu-ilmu Keislaman berkualitas. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus berupa laporan asli atau hasil  kegiatan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, eksperimental atau teoritis. Artikel yang dikirim ke jurnal Nizam Sri Deli tidak boleh dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Naskah harus mengikuti pedoman penulis yang disediakan oleh Nizam Sri Deli dan harus ditinjau dan disunting. Nizam Sri Deli diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat STAI Tebingtinggi Deli Kota Tebing Tinggi Sumatera Utara, Indonesia.

Abstract

The issue of renewal will always be associated with the advancement of scienceand technology as well as the changing demands of the times. Modernization orrenewal can be an attempt to improve the situation both in terms of ways,concepts, and a set of methods commonly applied in order to deliver bettercircumstances. In the context of renewal education is the absolute thing to bedone because part of maintaining the existence of education itself. Islamiceducation is uniquely different from other types of educational theory andpractice largely because of the all-encompassing influence of the Qur’an. Therenewal of Islamic education is an attempt to actualize the great values ofreligion in the form of an empirical and historical life. Nurcholis Madjid andKuntowijoyo are two great Islamic thinkers of Indonesia who seek to actualizeIslamic values in everyday life. Although not specific in the world of education,but what is done in Islamic renewal can be used in renewal in education. Thevalues of religion that are still normative and subjective must be transformedinto theories that can be translated in the empirical world and becomeobjective. This paper aims to explore the thinking of Islamic renewal of thesetwo figures and find its relevance to the development of Islamic education

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini akan mengkaji tiga permasalahan pokok, yaitu tentang hakikatmanusia, keharusan pendidikan dan kemungkinan pendidikan. Kajian dalam pokokpermasalahan pertama meliputi asal-usul manusia, wujud dan potensinya, serta berbagaidimensi kehidupannya. Kajian dalam pokok permasalahan kedua berkenaan denganprinsip-prinsip antropologis sebagai asumsi bahwa manusia perlu dididik dan mendidikdiri. Adapun kajian dalam pokok permasalahan ketiga berkenaan dengan prinsip-prinsipantropologis sebagai asumsi bahwa manusia mungkin (dapat) dididik. Dengan demikiansetelah mempelajari kegiatan pembelajaran ini Anda akan dapat menjelaskan hakikatmanusia, serta dapat mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip antropologis sebagai asumsikeharusan dan kemungkinan pendidikan.

Abstract

Many legal provisions are determined by using the theory of qiyas or the basis ofits 'illat equation. The principle of qiyas is that the legal provisions that have beendescribed in the texts (principles) can be applied to other matters not mentionedin the texts, if there is a similarity of 'illat between the two.It cannot be denied that the reality of Islamic law is dynamic and developsaccording to the developmental guidance of time and place. In other words, thedevelopment of Islamic law, in addition to the demands of society, also cannot beseparated from the role of 'illat as the basis behind tasyri' or legal law. In thehistory of the development of Islamic law, from the beginning until now, it is seenthat 'illat plays a very important role in the development of Islamic law.Reasoning `by using 'illat qiyas is widely used among ushul scholars until now.Many new problems that are not explained in the texts of the Qur'an and al-Sunnah, the legal provisions can be determined textually by using this 'illat qiyas.For this reason, examples of cases related to the application of 'illat qiyas arepresented

Abstract

Education is not synonymous with just the process of transferring knowledge,because the target of students is not just cleverness, but also targets broaderdimensions in humans such as attitudes, character, behavior and skills.Nevertheless, science becomes a means for a person to achieve the capacitytowards the formation of these aspects. Therefore, a serious study of science,both conceptually, its functions, values, variety and types, as well as sourcesthat are developed into science are fundamental aspects in formulating thecontent of Islamic education. In this case, Islam offers its own distinctiveconception of science in line with its teleological education and its basicassumptions about the potential aspects of humanity, as objects of educationthat must be developed. The most basic of all is that in Islam knowledge is seenas belonging to Allah. Some of them are given to humans directly through theProphets and some are given the material to be studied and developed byhumans themselves based on reason and experience. Abstract

Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang Pendidikan Islam dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional.Pendidikan Islam merupakan proses pembentukan manusia ke arah yang dicita-citakan Islam,termasuk Indonesia yang merupakan mayoritas penduduknya penganut agama Islam.Indonesia dengan berbagai keragaman yang dimiliki serta berbagai potensi bisa meningkatkankualitas pendidikan, namun tak bisa dipungkiri juga bisa hanyut dalam suasana dengankeragaman tersebut, tak jarang hal tersebut menjadi sumber konflik antara sesama. Melihatrealita pada saat sekarang, yakni semakin kendurnya nilai-nilai keIslaman dan adat ketimuranyang sebenarnya menjadi jati diri dari Negara kita ini, merupakan sebuah bukti konkritgagalnya Pendidikan Islam sebagai sistem pendidikan nasional. Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses transformasi pengetahuan guna mendewasakan manusiamenjadi insan paripurna. Namun, pengetahuan yang dilepaskan dari nilai-nilai religius malahmembawa dampak buruk, dimana kemanusiaan manusia diruntuhkan. Abstract

This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative descriptive is focused on answering research questions related to the questions of who, what, where and how an event or experience occurs until finally it is examined in depth to find patterns that emerge in these events.The result of this study is the lack of communication between the Master of Ceremony Manten Javanese and the Javanese community in Tanjung Marulak Hilir Village, which can be seen from the low level of public understanding of Javanese traditional marriages which is characterized by the lack of human resources who can carry out the task of guiding wedding processions, especially as Pranata Adicara.

Abstract

Community leaders are people who have been trusted by the community because of their good abilities and background. In this case the role of community leaders is closely related to the problem of fostering the religious activities of mosque youth. Because it is used as a coach for religious activities in the community, so here the researcher wants to know what roles are played by community leaders, especially Islamic religious leaders in fostering the religious activities of mosque youth. Adolescence is part of the phase in the process experienced by every human being. Adolescence is also a decisive period because at this time children experience many changes in their psychology and physique. The occurrence of psychological changes causes confusion among adolescents. The reason is because they experience emotional turmoil and mental pressure so that they easily deviate from the rules and social norms that apply in society. Thus, Islamic religious leaders as leaders in society must be able to provide good examples and interactions to direct and provide guidance to adolescents. Social interaction is regulated based on goodness, justice and the common good, not just for a particular person or group. Especially youth in mosques, because the presence of Islamic youth groups in this mosque will greatly assist activities held by religious leaders, to unite youth with the environment.

Abstract

The results of the study found that children's education in the family from the perspective of the interpretation of Al Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab in the Qur'an Surah Luqman verses 13-15 is to provide an important role for families, especially parents, in educating children (starting at an early age) both in terms of ethics, the environment, especially in terms of monotheism (not associating partners with Allah), do good to both parents, do good to parents unless they command things that lead to polytheism, do not do lies, never lie, are not arrogant and behave politely (noble character). This also encourages the creation of human resources who instill the education of children in families in Indonesia. The concept of children's education in Surah Luqman verses 12-15 according to the thought of M. Quraish Shihab includes three concepts, namely monotheism education or creed, moral education and worship education. Children's education according to Ahmad Mustafa al-Maraghi in Tafsir al-Maraghi, namely parents must be able to provide good education to their children, especially in praying, where prayer is a pillar of Islam that must be done and can be a sin if left behind, and do what ma'ruf and prevent evil that occurs on this earth, then must be patient in dealing with problems and difficulties. To children, parents should advise not to give up easily in the face of all kinds of difficulties, but must always pray to Allah for a good way out. In this way, parents can expand their children's hearts so that their minds are not stuck, as well as educate them to look for good alternatives in solving problems with clear minds and open hearts.
