Abstract

Background. Product quality is a determining component in purchasing decisions. Apart from product quality, another variable that influences purchasing decisions is promotion. Promotion is one of the determining factors in event purchasing decisions. Whatever the nature of an item, assuming the buyer never knows or does not know whether the item will be of value to the buyer, the customer will not be interested in getting it, meaning that purchasing decisions also pay attention to this. Research Purpose. To frame the buyer's disposition in the face of all the data and take reactions as to what goods to buy. Research Method. This is an illustrative form with a quantitative methodology. This research strategy can be interpreted as an exploitation technique from  a positivism perspective, which is used to look at populations or tests which can later be used for research text components, describing them quantitatively or measurably. information with the intention of testing the speculations made. Findings. Product quality to a certain extent influences purchasing decisions, while promotions to a certain extent greatly influence decisions and product quality and promotions also influence purchasing decisions. Conclusion. The idea of Larissa Babymart scientists is to further improve advertising through timely virtual entertainment according to product quality to improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Background. There are still many teachers who have learning barriers during the pandemic. Teachers from Elementary School 2 Beringin Raya and teachers from Elementary School 2 Sumberejo who had learning obstacles with students such as network constraints, learning applications, parental conditions, limited student learning devices because mobile phones were brought by working parents and lack of supervision. Research Purpose. To find out the comparison of online learning barriers for elementary school teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic at Elementary School 2 Beringin Raya and Elementary School 2 Sumberejo in Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City. Research Method. Quantitative research with Cross-Sectional approach. The study was conducted on 73 respondents using total sampling technique.  Sampling technique using online learning barriers questionnaire during the Covid-19 pandemic. Findings. The hampered at Elementary School 2 Sumberejo is that the average score of 76.86 is higher (bad) than the average score at Elementary School 2 Beringin Raya is 71.16 lower (good). When compared using the statistical test Mann-Whitney test, there is also a difference in Mean Rank between Elementary School 2 Sumberejo 42.49 and Elementary School 2 Beringin Raya 31.66. There is a significant difference in value between Elementary School 2 Sumberejo and Elementary School 2 Beringin Raya with a p-value of 0.001. Conclusion. There is a difference in online learning barriers between the two elementary schools in Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City in 2023. The teacher who was most hampered by learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was Elementary School 2 Sumberejo.

Abstract

Background. The presence of social media has transformed human communication and interaction patterns. Communication typically occurred through face-to-face interactions. However, in the modern era, thanks to technological advancements, communication can take place without the need for physical meetings. Research Purpose. This research aims to analyze changes in consumer culture in the context of TikTok Shop, a social media-based video platform connecting users to virtual stores, particularly among millennial female students in the Blitar Raya area. Research Method. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is carried out through unstructured interviews using purposive sampling. This research was conducted on students in the Blitar Raya area using sample selection criteria. The data analysis in this research is conducted using scaling measurement. Findings. Consumption patterns on the TikTok Shop social media platform include the intensity of watching live streaming and short videos containing product reviews from buyers. Millennial students in Blitar tend to consider online shopping as an effective and efficient method. They trust the authenticity of products more because promotions on the TikTok Shop social media platform create the impression that they can see the products as if in a physical store. Conclusion. Through this research, it is hoped that society can become more aware of the influence of social media on consumer behavior, avoiding falling into false consciousness and resisting the allure of advertising. Furthermore, the role of capitalism in fostering consumer behavior by blurring the line between wants and needs should also be given attention.

Abstract

Background. For our country Indonesia, since the formation of the Creative Economy Agency (hereinafter referred to as BEKRAF), it turns out that the government has begun to see that the creative industry put together with the creative economy is an extraordinary potential for economic growth of the Indonesian state in the future. Research Purpose. This research aims to analyze the correlation between the creativity industry and the creativity economy. Research Method. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is carried out through unstructured interviews using purposive sampling. Findings. Related (1) correlates with the expansion of employment to overcome. Unemployment results in the demographic bonus of 2045, until the productive workforce is greater than the non-productive workforce (0-15 years + 65 years and over). Not to mention facing labor competition (outsourcing) between countries, both at the regional and international levels, and (2) equitable economic development for the community as well as overcoming various gaps in people's lives. Conclusion. The rise of the people's economy based on the creative industry and the creative economy in SMEs in Bali, opportunities and challenges in facing the global free market of the Asian Economic Community with the Asian Economic Community.

Abstract

Background. Leadership is the process by which a leader impacts the conduct of his subordinates in order for them to collaborate and work successfully in order for the organization's goals to be met. Research Purpose. This research aims to determine education leadership. Research Method. By gathering literature (material materials) from books, journals, and other sources pertaining to the field of educational administration, researchers employ the literature study approach. In order to create the article, more precise information on educational leadership resources will be gathered from these sources. The material will thereafter be arranged and modified to fit relevant conversations. Findings. The leadership style of a leader in inspiring personnel to carry out corporate operations will decide the firm's or organization's effectiveness. A number of employees expect to be treated by leaders who are open and flexible in their work, while others hope that the leadership corrects more bad work because this will make subordinates work less productive and less participative in decision making. Conclusion. Leadership is a branch of management that includes planning and organizing, but its primary job is to persuade others to achieve their goals.
