Abstract

In today's digital age, the role of social media in education has become a subject of increasing attention. Social media, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, have changed students' social interaction patterns, influenced perceptions of self and others, and have significant psychological impacts. This research discusses the role of social media in shaping students' perceptions and social interactions and its implications in learning and education. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that social media has brought about changes in the way students interact. They not only communicate in person but also through online platforms, creating new dynamics in social relationships. Students' exposure to social media content can affect their self-image and social norms. In addition, social media use can also result in social pressure and psychological impact on students. The implication of the role of social media is the need for social media literacy education, wise use of social media in learning, and necessary psychological support for students. Parents also need to be involved in their children's social media literacy education. With cooperation between educational institutions, social-media platforms, and parents, a safe educational environment that supports students' social, intellectual, and emotional development can be created.

Abstract

Blockchain technology has become one of the most promising technological innovations in recent years. The main advantages of blockchain technology are high transparency, security, and data integrity. Therefore, this technology has attracted attention in various sectors, including the economy. This research aims to examine the role of blockchain technology in enhancing economic transparency and public trust. This study is a literature review that adopts a qualitative method, which means it will analyse and interpret data by utilising information and texts derived from various sources. The results of the study show that blockchain technology has proven itself to be a highly effective tool for achieving this goal. In an increasingly connected and data-dependent society, economic transparency and public trust are key factors in sustainable economic growth and social stability.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, marketing through social media has become one of the most effective tools to promote products and services. One of the latest marketing trends that is emerging is the use of influencers in marketing strategies. This study aims to investigate the effect of influencer marketing on increasing brand awareness and sales for SMEs. The technique applied is a qualitative literature analysis with an emphasis on in-depth understanding of the subject over the period from 2012 to 2023. The results of this study indicate that influencer marketing has great potential to provide significant benefits to SMEs in their endeavours to reach their target market, expand brand awareness, and increase sales. In an ever-changing digital world, influencers hold unique appeal as a source of influence that can connect brands with relevant and engaged audiences.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a dominant trend in the business world in recent years. The rapid development of information and communication technology has enabled organisations to change the way they operate, interact with customers, and compete in the market. This research aims to analyse the impact of digital transformation on business models and competitive advantage. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative approach, which implies that data will be analysed and interpreted using information and text obtained from various sources. The study results show that in the ongoing era of digital transformation, its impact on business models and competitive advantage is an aspect that cannot be ignored. This digital transformation has changed the fundamentals of how organisations operate and interact with customers, and how they can win the competition in an increasingly fierce market. Digital transformation has brought about a significant business paradigm shift. Today, more organisations are integrating digital technology as an integral part of their business model. It is no longer an option, but a necessity to maintain relevance and competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

In this modern era, the role of technology in marketing has undergone significant development along with advances in information and communication technology. Technological innovation has dramatically influenced companies' marketing strategies and has had a great impact on consumer behaviour. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between technological innovation in marketing and how it affects consumer behaviour, with the aim of providing valuable insights for marketing practitioners and business researchers. The method used is a qualitative literature review that focuses on an in-depth understanding of the topic in the time span from 2001 to 2023. The main objective of this method is to identify, analyse, and synthesise relevant scientific literature that has been published in various journals, conference papers, and other academic sources accessible through Google Scholar. The results of this study have highlighted the important role of technology in changing the marketing landscape and consumer behaviour. In the ever-evolving digital age, such changes have a significant impact on the way companies interact with consumers, create value, and maintain their competitiveness.
