Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of classroom management in PAUD Al-Basyir, Tanjung Baru Village. Improper classroom management will affect the learning process. Inappropriate classroom management often occurs because no effort is made in creating and maintaining optimal classroom conditions in the learning process. The research conducted used a qualitative approach. In this study using several methods, namely interview, observation, and documentation methods. From the research conducted obtained the results that in PAUD Al-Basyir Tanjung Baru for the management of the class has been good in its management as well as the first laying of tools or learning media in accordance with the needs of its activities. Second, the arrangement of tables and chairs is appropriate which is given a distance to make it easier for students to interact with each other. Third, the position of toys is arranged in such a way as to adjust their function and toy storage is placed in a position that is easily accessible to children, making it easier for children to practice independently when returning toys that have been used. Fourth, children are given the freedom to imagine in the creativity that is placed on the classroom wall. Fifth, for the management of the class, more attention should be paid so that children are not bored during the learning process and finally it is hoped that in the classroom there is air ventilation so as toproduce air exchange in the classroom

Abstract

Pendekatan kelompok (Group Approach) merupakan pendekatan yang mengutamakan pengaturan dan pengoptimalan interaksi antar peserta didik dalam suatu kegiatan kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memotivasi dan menigkatkan minat belajar siswa bukan hanya dipelajaran Bahasa Inggris saja tetapi disetiap mata pelajaran. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengambilan data penelitian ini dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakn Teknik Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduction (reduksi data), display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing (penarikan kesimpulan). Menerapkan pendekatan kelompok pada proses pembelajaran memang memiliki dampak positif dan negatifnya. Dampak positif yang diperoleh yaitu, siswa lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, siswa lebih berminat dan bersemangat belajar dengan teman satu mejanya. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya yaitu, terkadang sebagian siswa menjadi sibuk sendiri dan justru bermain bersama teman satu mejanya.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure management is a part of school administration and is also an area of work for the principal as the school administrator. This research aims to determine the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools to support successful learning. With a problem formulation, what is the quality of school facilities and infrastructure at MI Yaqin Kaliwangkok, how is the management of school facilities and infrastructure in creating a comfortable learning environment, and finally what are the obstacles and challenges for facilities and infrastructure in supporting successful learning at MI Yaqin Kaliwangkok? This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the subjects of this research are the principal, deputy head of facilities, and several subject teachers, and the informants in this research are the research subjects themselves. The methods used in collecting data in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data with the credibility of the source and method is then analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research can conclude that the educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Yaqin Kaliwangkok can be managed well if the management of the facilities and infrastructure runs smoothly.

Abstract

Education is an effort or effort made by educators to develop and maintain students' potential, in the mentoring process which includes characters such as morals, morals, ethics, manners, and other knowledge. This research was conducted with the following objectives: 1) To find out the strategy of the madrasa head in implementing management of student character education at MI NW Tangar Lingsar, 2) To find out the internal and external environmental conditions of student character education at MI NW Tangar Lingsar, 3) To find out the factors obstacles to implementing student character education management at MI NW Tangar Lingsar and knowing the solution. The object of this research is in the classroom or outside the school and the subject of this research is aimed at madrasah heads, teachers, guidance and counseling teachers, students, parents/community, and all educators and educational staff within the scope of the school environment at MI NW Tangar Lingsar. The results of this research show that MI NW Tangar Lingsar has been able to carry out and implement character education management quite well, this can be seen when students and teachers are outside the school or inside the school. Where some students are used to implementing good character towards others, teachers always supervise and are responsible for forming the students' character.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure management in schools must be done well with good planning. Current educational facilities and infrastructure play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the educational process. Even though teaching and learning activities are good, if they are not endorsed by supporting educational facilities and infrastructure, the results achieved will not be optimal. This research aims to determine the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools to increase learning creativity. By formulating the problem of how to manage the management of facilities and infrastructure in increasing student creativity at MA NW Bungtiang, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for managing facilities and infrastructure in increasing student creativity? This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the subjects of this research are the school principal, deputy head of facilities, and students. The methods used in collecting data in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data by triangulating sources and methods is then analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this research can be concluded that the educational facilities and infrastructure at MA NW Bungtiang can be managed and the management of the facilities and infrastructure runs smoothly.

Abstract

Learning media is one component in education that determines the success of the learning process. So that educators need to understand the use of learning media by adjusting the material to be taught. The purpose of the study was to determine the use of image media as a medium to foster students' interest in reading. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis was data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study prove that in order to increase students' interest in reading, using image media gets better results compared to learning that only relies on one-sided conversations. Students generally aged between 8-10 years are very happy with image media, especially if the images used as media are full of attractive colors. Image media can clarify a problem, in any field and for any age level, so that it can prevent misunderstandings. Image media is easy to get and use without the need for special equipment. The hypothesis that can be formulated in this study is that the use of image media as a learning medium has a positive effect on children's interest in reading at MI Raudlatul Wathoni. Looking at the results of the research conducted by researchers on grade 5 students at MI Raudlatul Wathoni, through picture story books media is very suitable to be used as a medium to increase students' interest in reading. Of the 20 samples used in the study, around 35% felt happy reading using picture story books. while those who were very happy were around 55%, less happy 15%, not happy around 0% and those who were very unhappy as much as 0%.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha di kalangan muda. Pendidikan kewirausahaan di Indonesia diatur oleh beberapa regulasi, termasuk UU No 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional dan PERMENDIKBUD No 69 Tahun 2013 yang mewajibkan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di tingkat SMK, SMA, dan MA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode naratif dengan analisis data kualitatif, mengumpulkan data dari berbagai artikel ilmiah, jurnal, buku, dan sumber referensi lainnya yang relevan. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan minat berwirausaha di kalangan muda. Selain itu, kalangan muda yang berpendidikan kewirausahaan cenderung memiliki kreativitas tinggi, adaptabilitas, ketahanan mental, dan kemampuan memanfaatkan teknologi. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan alat penting untuk mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dengan mendorong generasi muda untuk menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses. Pendidikan kewirausahaan harus terus dikembangkan dan diterapkan di berbagai jenjang pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global yang dinamis.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are an important part of education. Educational facilities are all directly used in the teaching and learning process so that the education objectives can run smoothly and achieve their goals. This study was conducted to determine 1) the role of parents and teachers in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MI NW Keruak and 2) the management of facilities and infrastructure to support the improvement of the quality of education at MI NW Keruak. This type of research is qualitative descriptive while the method used in this study to analyze the problem is descriptive with a case study. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation methods, then processed with descriptive analysis to describe each data obtained. In this study the author uses data analysis based on the data received and then develops and concludes, the steps are data reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. Based on the data analysis, it can be explained that overall even though MI NW Keruak still has inadequate facilities such as classes and supporting media for the learning process such as infocus, in general, it has supported the teaching and learning process. In looking at the role of parents or guardians and teachers in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MI NW Keruak, it can be seen from several processes, namely the planning process, procurement process, and maintenance process. The role of parents or guardians is more towards the planning process and procurement process. The role of teachers is in the three processes, namely the planning process, procurement, and maintenance. Management of facilities and infrastructure to support improving the quality of education at MI NW Keruak includes the following processes: planning, procurement, use and maintenance, inventory, and disposal in detail.
