Collected data Then analyzed with use technique analysis statistics, the formula used is Based t-test formula results data analysis obtained t- count of 64.67 and the t- table value is 1.708 at the level significant 5% with dk 25 of 1.708, p the shows t- count more big from t- table (64.67 > 1.708). Abstract

Moral education is certainly important for all levels of education, from elementary school to university. In general, moral education is actually needed from an early age to become a leader. This study aims, First, to find out the strategy of the head of the madrasa in managing the moral education of students at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot. Second, to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student morals and achievement at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used by researchers include: Observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that: First; a) reading the prayer reciting the yellow book together at the mosque, b) scholarship program, c) tahfis al qur'an, d) dhuha prayer in congregation before class, e) holding midday prayer in congregation at school, f) commemoration of holidays Islam, Second; The principal's strategic steps in building a religious culture at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot are: through programs, planning, providing examples, partnerships and contributing to activities, habituation and evaluation. Third; Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student morals and achievement in MA AL–Muhsinin Pijot, a) supporting factors, in increasing student morals and achievement are curriculum and learning, madrasa institutional organization, facilities and infrastructure, manpower (teachers and staff), financing, and community roles. b) the inhibiting factor in improving student morals and achievement at MA Al–Muhsinin Pijot is the number of skilled teachers, the background of students is less supportive. Efforts to improve morals and student achievement must be addressed together so that there are changes that occur in madrasas so as to create superior madrasas.

Abstract

The study aims to identify learners errors in translating the noun phrase Indonesia into English and describe learners' difficulties in translating the noun phrase Indonesia into English. The writer used a qualitative approach. To collect the data, the writer took the data from observation, interview, and documentation. To analyze the data, the writer used Miles and Huberman’s theory are three stages namely reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of the study consisted of types of learners translating errors in translating noun phrases Indonesia into English. Those demonstrated in the types of learners errors in which Missselection of words. It occurred twenty six times errors. Wrong spelling occurred six times errors. Misordering occurred thirty three times errors. The omission occurred forty eight times errors. Addition occurred seventy five times errors. The last, Misformation occurred twelve times errors. Meanwhile, the learners' difficulties found were such as lack of learners' vocabulary, the necessity of grammar, and lack of learners' understanding of word orders. The first result dominantly occurred in learners' translation error of the noun phrase Indonesia into English was an addition with a total number of errors seventy five. Besides, the second result could be identified as the lack of the learners' vocabulary as the highest difficulty in translating errors of noun phrases Indonesia into English.

The head school has a very important role in advancing the institution he leads. Quality something institution education depends on the head school as a leading institution. Then head the school's task to give guidance and supervision to every teacher on duty in the field of their respective studies. To operate his task as a builder and supervisor in developing teacher professionalism and improving quality effective learning, then a head school must own ability and understanding about competence of head school with Good. Study This aims: 1) Describe the role of head school in increasing teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru 2) Describe the level of teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru 3) Describe factors that just be supporting and inhibiting head school to increase teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru. Study This uses an approach qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Whereas technique researcher data analysis uses method descriptive qualitative. From the results analysis can be known that the role of the head school in increasing teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru is done through several matters among them the head school role as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, and motivator. Whereas condition teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru spelled out enough good. The teacher has fulfilled sufficient qualifications, as always following various training and workshops. As for factors that support head schools in increasing teacher professionalism with exists factor support from the background behind good teacher education and coaching cooperation between teachers. Whereas factor inhibitor head school lacks means prasana, as well as the level of parental concern for participants' educates.

Head school as a leader is accepted metaphor general, with the teacher as follower or teacher as worker. By general study aims to know how leaders head schools in developing culture and religion at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School. Study this nature of qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques use method observation, interviews, and documentation. The research purpose is to know the leadership head school and, the culture of religion at the school as the impact of the development culture of religion at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School findings study This is: Leadership at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School is supportive/democratic leadership that is oriented towards vision and mission, decides with method discussion as well as take policies that don't harm party anywhere. Culture religion applied at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School is uniform Islamic schools: 1) boys wear a shirt green, black pants, and a skullcap (piece) and 2) Women wear clothes brackets colored green, skirt black, and green hijab with the Jabal Hikmah logo on it.
