Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach within the educational system that seeks to integrate all students, including those with special needs, into regular classrooms. The purpose of this study was to describe the obstacles experienced by special supervising teachers for children with special needs (ABK) at the inclusive school SDN Keleyan 1 Bangkalan. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with interview and observation data collection techniques. The subject of this study was one of the Special Needs Specialist teachers at SDN Keleyan 1 Bangkalan. The research results obtained were that there were 2 obstacles experienced by special supervising teachers. The first obstacle is related to inclusive school facilities and infrastructure, and the second obstacle is the distribution of material questions for children with special needs in each class. From these obstacles there are several factors that influence the occurrence of things like this, and there are also solutions that will be given.  In "Peer Tutoring: A Teacher's Resource Guide" by Keith Topping, the peer tutoring model is one of the learning approaches in inclusive schools that involves students without special needs or who are more capable (tutors) in helping students with special needs understand the lesson material

Abstract

Soil pollution due to detergent waste is an increasingly worrying environmental problem, especially in rural areas. Detergent waste that is disposed of carelessly contains chemicals such as phosphates, surfactants and bleaching agents which can damage the soil ecosystem, disturb microorganisms and reduce soil quality. This research aims to analyze the impact of soil pollution due to detergent waste on the living environment of communities in rural areas. This research method uses literature study, which is a research approach using written sources to collect data. This research includes analysis of books, scientific journals, articles and other documents in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the topics discussed. The results of the research show that soil in rural areas exposed to detergent waste experiences a significant decline in quality, characterized by reduced soil fertility and disturbance. plant health. In addition, a correlation was found between the level of soil pollution and an increase in health problems among the population, such as skin diseases and respiratory problems. Public awareness of the dangers of detergent waste is still low, so educational efforts and the implementation of better waste management strategies are needed. This research emphasizes the importance of intervention from the government and environmental organizations to mitigate pollution and improve the welfare of rural communities.

Abstract

Working in the mining sector has a fairly high occupational risk, especially for mechanics in carrying out heavy equipment maintenance. One of the maintenance carried out is the replacement of the excavator bucket. The excavator bucket is mounted on the end arm of the excavator which is connected using a locking pin. The pin installation process is carried out by hitting with a hammer, where this process has a number of occupational risks such as being hit, exposed to material, and fatigue which can result in work accidents. This study aims to minimize the occurrence of occupational risks by finding out the relationship between the use of special tools on safety and job duration for the locking pin installation process. The method used is experimental quantitative method and using fishbone diagram. By using a special tool, the installation of locking pins becomes safer because the factors that cause accidents when using palju can be eliminated and the manpower required becomes more efficient, but in terms of time it requires a longer duration due to the limitations of the tool that requires adjustment several times when used.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how optimal training is based on the community participatory proposed ceiling program (PUPM) for youth organizations that has been carried out in Sleman Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research concluded that the empowerment of youth organizations through the community participatory proposed ceiling training program (PUPM) could be said to be not optimal because there were still several things that had not been paid attention to, such as a lack of careful planning (target age, implementation time, no monitoring and evaluation, and opportunities for applying knowledge obtained) as well as the lack of awareness of youth organization members regarding the use of programs provided by the government.

Abstract

Education cannot be separated from evaluation because evaluation is one of the most important basic components in education which must be carried out in a planned and systematic manner, of course, to know and determine student learning outcomes. Evaluation is divided into two categories, namely test and non-test. The test form of evaluation is often used by teachers, but non-test evaluation is not much sought after by teachers because the instrument is quite complicated. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how non-test evaluation is used and its obstacles to learning. The approach used in the qualitative approach is the description method and data collection techniques through interviews. From the data we got, the school uses non-test evaluation techniques as stated in the assessment in the 2013 curriculum in accordance with the learning objectives. Apart from that, there are obstacles experienced by teachers in using non-test evaluation, such as teachers' lack of skill in preparing non-test instruments, students who do not understand the implementation of non-test evaluation, lack of time in making non-test instruments. To overcome existing obstacles, teachers must improve their skills in making non-test instruments, teachers must choose what form of test they want to use, and teachers must prepare evaluation instruments before carrying out learning.
