<![CDATA[The number of businesses in the retail sector at this time makes entrepreneurs to implement better marketing strategies, not only preparing accurate marketing strategies but also need to provide brands that are suitable for the characteristics of consumers, such as the Al-Khaibar minimarket which uses Islamic branding as an identity. in providing or offering products that are in accordance with consumer needs. Seeing Indonesia as a Muslim country with the highest population level makes this a very good marketing strategy.In this study using a quantitative approach with primary data. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to consumers of the Al-Khaibar minimarket. The total sample in this study was 95 respondents and then processed using SPSS statistical software and then using multiple linear regression. The analysis used in this study included measurements of validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumptions.The findings in this study indicate that Islamic branding and religiosity have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and partially. So it can be concluded that the stronger the Islamic branding created and the higher the level of buyer religiosity, the purchasing decisions will also increase.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and renewable energy on environmental sustainability in Indonesia. By applying the VECM analysis technique and data from 1990-2018 it was found that in the long term economic growth, renewable energy and natural resource extraction have an effect on environmental sustainability. <![CDATA[The village is the axis of economic development in the welfare of the community, Sukalaksana Village is a village that was originally backward and entered into a poor village in Garut Regency. Poverty occurs because based on the geographical location of the remote Sukalaksana village, traditional farmers, and the mindset of the people who want instant, the potential of the village has not been explored. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, literature review, and direct interviews with the village government, tourism village managers and BUMDes Binalaksana, local communities, and the Garut Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The results of this study indicate that through a tourism village program based on ecology and education village, Sukalaksana Village becomes a pilot village because it can improve the economy by empowering the community in economic development. Local wisdom from typical products, rural architecture, and local culture that are used as village potentials can be developed to support the creative economy so that poverty in the village can be resolved properly as a solution in alleviating poverty in the village. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of competence, work ability and work from home carried out at Santo Yoseph Junior High School Denpasar. This research was conducted using a saturated sample of 49 people who are employees and teachers. Data was collected by interview method and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that competence has a significant positive effect on performance, work ability has a positive and significant effect on performance and work from home has a negative and significant effect on performance. The theoretical implications of this study provide evidence on the development of work results or work performance carried out by teachers, especially regarding competence, work ability and work from home which are able to prove empirically the theory used in this study refers to attribution theory which is a theory that assumes that the process by which determine the causes or motives of a person's behavior. This research can be used as a reference for all parties, both for students or universities in conducting research with similar variables and for agencies in improving performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is a conceptual of several components that are antecedents of repurchase intention to halal products, halal products which in this case focus on traditional food or typical food in Surabaya. Typical food in Surabaya is served in various and unique forms, apart from being served in a unique form, the shape of this special food is very interesting with a taste that is of course very suitable for the palate of consumers, in this case young generations. Respondents in this study are expected to number more than 100 from East Java because the test used is structural equation modeling, in this test of course there needs to be a validity and reliability that must be fulfilled before goodness of fit is carried out. This research is still in the conceptual stage, of course it is hoped that there will be further research, so that a supportive suggestion will be found in this research in the form of continuing to preserve traditional culture by one of them consuming typical food. <![CDATA[Public trust is important in order to achieve clean government and good governance. These goals are achieved through providing high-quality services that are enjoyed by the public and through innovation that leads to community satisfaction. We will to investigated the service quality and new service innovation affect public trust, with satisfaction as a possible intervention variable. We will to observe the people who work in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Banyuwangi Regency during March-June 2022. This study is a quantitative study focusing on civil registration in Banyuwangi. This study includes 1.351.168 people living in Banyuwangi, Indonesia, and a sample was chosen using a purposive sampling technique to include as many respondents as possible who have used population service innovations. A questionnaire will used to make a primary data, with respondents rating their agreement on a Likert scale. Path analysis is a data analysis technique that can be used to explore relationships between different variables. The results show that service quality make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, service innovation make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, community satisfaction make a positive and significant impact on trust, and repair quality contains a positive and significant impact on trust Significant impact, service innovation incorporates a positive and signnificant impact on trust, service quality features a positive and significant indirect impact on trust through community satisfaction Service innovation includes a positive and significant indirect impact on charitable trust through community satisfaction with service Significant indirect effects.]]>

This research was conducted in April – May 2022. The number of respondents was 100 people. The sampling technique used a questionnaire. <![CDATA[This study aims to empirically examine the effect of interpersonal communication, professionalism and competence on the monitoring system and paramedic performance. This research was conducted on nurses and midwives who work at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The research was conducted in April-May 2022. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire. The results showed a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on the monitoring system. <![CDATA[This study uses a quantitative research method with multiple regression analysis tools which aims to determine "The Effect of MSME Empowerment and Performance on the Welfare of MSME Actors in Jember Regency". Collecting data using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in Jember Regency using a sample of 97 female MSMEs in Jember Regency. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of empowerment and performance of SMEs on the welfare of female SMEs in Jember Regency. The results of the research on the empowerment variable (X1) partially have a positive and significant effect on the variable level of welfare of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency. The MSME performance variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the variable level of welfare of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency. The results of the study were to determine the effect of the empowerment variable (X1) and the MSME performance variable (X2) simultaneously (together) affecting the welfare level variable of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Human Resources is one of the important factors determining the success of the company. Employees have a dominant role in most operational activities such as planning, coordinating, organizing, executing and supervising work practices. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee welfare programs, work environment and workload on employee performance at LMATS CONSULTING. This research was conducted using the saturated sample method as many as 65 people who are employees at LMATS CONSULTING. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the employee welfare program has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and the workload has a negative and significant impact. The implication of this research is to provide empirical evidence that the theory used in the study refers to the attribution theory. This research can be used as a reference for all parties, both students and universities who want to conduct research with similar variables.]]>
