Abstract

In the trade of the product to the consumer, there are some factors that influence inselling proccess of the product. There are some factor that influence it. That factorsshould be pay attention the following criteria for example the consumer has somecriteria to buy a product. So, the the company should be create the innovation productform their competitor, the product have to special characteristic from another product.It makes the product will be interested for the consumer, and the promotion also makesthe product will be best seller. The purpose of this research is to know that the factorinfluence the volume of selling of the motorcycle merk yamaha Jupiter Z on PT. AlfaScorpii Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative and using Purposive Sampling for theconsumer and the sampel was taken by company that direct relationship with the writerwas 10 person, and for the consumer on PT. Alfa Scorpii used the Insidental Sampling.The sample define by the people who was the people that writer meet in that time. OnPT. Alfa Scorpii Pekanbaru, and the sum of the population is not defined but themaximal sum of the population is 30 People. The resulf of the research shows that thefactors that influence the volume selling of motorcycle merk Jupiter Z on PT. AlfaScorpii Pekanbaru is excelent it is indicate from the responden and the other side is notsignificant.

Abstract

This study aims to look at how the implementation of Providing Compensation forpermanent and temporary employees at PT. Teso Indah the District of Indragiri Hulu.Assessment indicators, namely salaries, incentives, wages, working facilities, benefitsand retirement security, disaster relief and compensation, employee insurance, otherfacilities. This type of research located in PT. Teso Indah Indragiri Hulu is descriptive,which is to prioritize the list of the questionnaire as a data collector and data collectedby the tool is then used as the main raw material for evaluating the condition ofempirical and objective research purposes at locations where carefully. There are twogroups of the population and sample in this research is the employee fixed and variablenumbering 50 people and 43 people. The sampling technique used in determining theindividual sample is census techniques. Types and data collection techniques usedconsisted of primary data collected by using a list of questionnaires and interviews andsecondary data was collected using observation or direct observation of the place ofstudy sites. Data analysis technique that classification data in the form of a type andmake descriptive of the findings in the study were analyzed quantitatively as well as thequality that comes with the percentage data. Once the data is analyzed then proceed tomake conclusions and suggestions of research results. The conclusions andrecommendations of the research concerning the granting of compensation to PT.TesoIndah Indragiri Hulu categorized not good with advice further enhance thecompensation granted to employees and non-permanent and shall be in accordancewith the compensation they received with their level of quality. Then facilities providedmore attention and more cared for.

Abstract

Employee training and development programs implemented in order to reduce oreliminate the gap between the ability of employees to the desired organization, that is byincreasing knowledge and skills and change attitudes. But" How Implementation ofEmployee Training and Development in Hotel Front Office FurayaPekanbaru ?" Fromthis study the authors hope to be an alternative as well as considerations in employeetraining and development programs . The purpose of this study is to identify andanalyze the implementation of employee training and development programsparticularly Front Office employee at Hotel FurayaPekanbaru. To determine the factorsthat affect the implementation of employee training and development programs in HotelFront Office FurayaPekanbaru. The number of samples in the Front Office employeesas many as 17 samples . In sampling the authors use the census the total population ofthe sampled population is small and because the amount of easily accessible byresearchers, the primary data is a source of data that was obtained directly fromrespondents through interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires) and observations, suchas the identity of respondents and respondents about how the Implementation ofEmployee Training and Development in Hotel Front Office FurayaPekanbaru, whilesecondary data is a source of data and information as well as information from theparties relating to this study. To obtain the data and information that is more valid, datacollection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Thisresearch survey form explanation is research that takes a sample of the population andthe use of questionnaires as the main data collection tool, so that the data is expected toanswer the research desired. From these results it can be concluded that the ProgramImplementation Training and Employee Development Front Office at HotelPekanbaruFuraya works quite well. However it is suggested to be increased in thefuture in order for the company nor the employee in order to carry out the training anddevelopment of more effective.

Abstract

Financial report is an overview of a company's financial condition at a specific momentwhich includes balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in capital andcash analysis reports. The research object is the entire financial report on thecooperative financial services Syariah Mandiri Sejahtera 02 Apit River of SiakRegency. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Methodof data collection is done by observation that the direct field observation and directinterviews with the authorities. The results of this study came to the conclusion that thefinancial statements are viewed from the aspect of liquidity, profitability and solvencycriteria belonging to the solvency or leverage ratios. It shows that the financialstatements going well, because aspects of liquidity, profitability, solvency effect on thefinancial statements.

Abstract

The rapid development period followed by increased globalization in the field ofinformation technology, whe information can be identified quickly, so those who want toevolve constantly follow the development of these technologies because oftheirknowledge and use of technology is a demand of the times.One of the technologies ofinformation is the Internet. Therefore, to satisfy customers PT. Telkom Riau Pekanbaruissued aproduct named Speedy. The purpose of this study is to know and explain aboutthe factor which influence the brand image speedy. The population in this study is thecustomer that use the speedy product from PT. Telkom Riau Daratan Pekanbaru. Thesample of this study are 50 costumers of speedy’s product taken by using insidentalsampling that determination techniques sample based on the coincidence. The authorgives a questionnaire to customers who happen to pay a speedy betwen 1 to 15 duringhours working. The data collection is done by using quistionaire and interview. Dataprocessed using quantitative methods. The results of data processing show that of thethree factors studied was a faktor excellence become the dominant brand associationdetermine the use speedy. Because there are two factors that are not yet using speedythat determining the strength of brand association and uniqueness of brand association,thus the authors suggest that PT. Telkom Riau Daratan Pekanbaru further enhance thestrength and uniqueness of brand association speedy such as promotion is furtherenchanced, made attractive brand design and brand colors brightened too make it lookmore clerly.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. PT Telkomsel is a companyengaged in the field of telecommunications. This company legalized on 26 May 1995 bydecision of the Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications, as well as theFinance Minister as one of the GSM operators in Indonesia. In its development until2014 PT Telkomsel Being Users Most in Indonesia. Sence PT Telkomsel DoingSegmentation At consumers to be able to create products that comply with the wishesand needs of different customers. Factors Segmentation consists of Geographic,Demographic, Psychographic, and Behavior. The research goal is to analyze anddetermine the factors that influence consumer segmentation using Telkomsel card. Inthis study the authors used the data types and sources of primary data and secondarydata. Primary data is data obtained directly from the object of study which includesdata on the number's population, questionnaire data, data from interviews and otherdata deemed necessary. Secondary data is data obtained directly from the companywhere the research is PT Telkomsel Pekanbaru that his nature to support the analysis inthis study as a general overview of the company, as well as the number of usersTelkomsel card. And using two sampling techniques are accidental sampling for thewithdrawal of 50 consumers and purposive sampling to 10 Customer Service. Theresults of the four indicators is Good Enough, All this indicates that TelkomselProviders Card must be improved for the future.

Abstract

Human resource is one company that has a value of initiative and have a role as well in theuse of other resources that exist within the company. The concern is how the company'senterprise utilizing human resources in order to work effectively and efficiently inachieving corporate goals. Discipline as a dynamic condition in which individuals arefaced with opportunities, constraints and desires and the results obtained are veryimportant but it can not be ascertained. And one of the problems the company is applyingthe rules to improve the discipline of employees that affect the employee's job performance.According to Sutrisno Discipline is respect for the rules and regulations of the company,which is inside of employees, which causes it to be able to adjust to the provisions of thecompany voluntarily. The formulation of this problem is how the discipline of employeework in the field of PT. Bangaumas Perkasa Siak Sri Indrapura. The purpose of this studywas to determine and explain the discipline of employees at PT. Bangaumas Perkasa SiakSri Indrapura and knowing the obstacles in enforcing discipline in the company working onthe PT. Bangaumas Perkasa Siak Sri Indrapura. This type of research is quantitative type,the research emphasizes on the analysis of numerical data (numbers) are processed withstatistical methods, so as to obtain the significance of the relationship between variables.Methods of data collection was done by a list of questions (quisioner), interviews,observation, and documentation. The operational variables of this research is the disciplineof working hours, discipline dressed and behaved, disciplined task and cooperation withother units, and disciplined about what not to do at work. The results of this research to thediscipline of working hours is good enough, while discipline well dressed and well behavedthe result is not good, disciplined task and cooperation with other units is good enough,and discipline about what not to do when working the results is good enough. Theconclusion of the study showed that the implementation of employees work discipline in thePT. Bangaumas Perkasa is good enough.

Fashion is a primary need of every human being. object of this study is that consumerswho buy fashion products online. The four online stores such as Jenawi T-shirts, RiauFashion, Pekanbaru store, and Aisyah Muslim Station is one of the online stores thatexist in Pekanbaru. As for the sale is fashion products such as clothes, bags, shoes, andother fashion accessories. In marketing online store using online marketing. Onlinemarketing can increase sales and build long term relationships with consumers. Onlinemarketing is what is considered by the online store is the most effective marketing. Therefore, the provision of credit required in the process of analyzing themaximum credit to avoid a credit crunch. The purpose of this research is to determinethe theloan processing services on a regional Companies Rokan Hilir Rural BankBranch of Kubu RokanHilir Districk. Lending procedures in Local Companies RokanHilir Rural Bank Branch of Kubu RokanHilir Districk starting from the loanapplication by the customer and then Accounts Officer analyze the application and thecompleteness of the existing terms and then conducted a survey of businesses, creditguarantees and credit manager will determine whether or not credit is given. Abstract

This study aimed to determine an overview of the application of modern taxadministration system in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan.Indicator pf the implementation of modern tax administration system used in cludesorganizational structure, improvement of business process through the usecommunication and information technologies, improvement of human resourcemanagement, and implementation of good governance. The type of research that islocated in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan this is adescriptive survey, which prioritize the list of the questionnaire as a data collectiontool. Data collected with this tool used as raw material for analyzing the condition ofthe objectivity of the existence of empirical research purposes at the location of thestudied. Population and samples in this one leaders (section chief of service) and thetaxpayers whose number is infinite. Taxpayers who in this case are those who are doingthe tax administration in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan.Large set of samples in this study were one leader and fifty taxpayers. The samplingtechnique used in determining the individual sample is census techniques for leadershipand sampling incidental techniques to the taxpayers. Type and data collectiontechniques used consisted of primary data were collected by using observation andinterview, as well as secondary data were collected using the techniques ofquestionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is to by using the tools frequencytable. This data analysis technique based researchers assed and conclude that theapplication of modern tax administration system in the Kantor Pelayanan PajakPratama Pekanbaru Senapelan the interval agreed assessment. The application ofmodern tax administration system in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama PekanbaruSenapelan already well on the indicator in question.
