Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai pengaruh prinsip kehati-hatian dalam pengelolaan emisi karbon melalui pajak karbon di Indonesia. Prinsip kehati-hatian diartikan sebagai upaya pencegahan yang dilakukan pemerintah pada kebijakannya, dikarenakan pemahaman yang secara mendalam mengenai pentingnya pengaturan emisi karbon pada peratuan lingkungan hidup dan berbagai kombinasi kebijakan lainya berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap lingkungan hidup, metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis normatif dan sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah sumber data sekunder, prinsip kehati-hatian diatur pada Undang-Undang No. 32 Tahun 2009 Tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, sedangkan dalam praktik penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian pada sektor emisi karbon diatur pada Undang-Undang No. 7 Tahun 2021 Tentang Harmonisasi Perpajakan, pada saat ini pajak karbon pada saat ini menunjukan kinerja yang posif dalam menjaga lingkungan yang pada saat ini hanya mengatur pajak emisi karbon pada PLTU batu bara saja.

Abstract

This article discusses efforts to prevent and handle criminal acts of drug abuse by minors. Drug abuse is no stranger to society, but it has also become a culture in this country. This is due to the belief that consuming drugs will reduce the problem so that the spread of drugs is increasingly rapid at this time. So here we need to discuss what efforts can be made to deal with drug abuse and efforts to prevent drug abuse. The method used in this writing uses research methods using library materials or secondary data. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. Descriptive research is intended to describe the policies that apply to efforts to prevent and handle drugs by minors.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court is one of the institutions of judicial power Based on the constitution, the judiciary has the function of upholding law and justice. Law Number 24 of 2003 explains the duties and functions of the Constitutional Court is to handle constitutional matters regarding certain constitutional matters within the framework safeguard the constitution so that it is implemented responsibly in accordance with the will of the people and democratic ideals. In guarding the constitution, of course constitutional judges are needed have knowledge and expertise in state administration as well as a commitment to carry out and monitor state life in accordance with the corridors of the constitution, so that Every decision issued by the Constitutional Court is a legal product which does not go outside the corridors of the constitution, so that the constitution itself is maintained its constitutional. This research is motivated by the important role of the Court The Constitution in handing down decisions because it is in accordance with Article 10 of Law no. 24 2003 concerning the Constitutional Court, the decision of the Constitutional Court is final and has binding legal force. The general public, state officials, and all components of the nation have hopes that the judges of the Constitutional Court truly carry out the functions, duties and mandates in accordance with the Constitution, so that through Constitutional Judges who have a statesmanlike spirit the Constitutional Court can produce decisions that can provide a sense of justice in society.

Abstract

This research is entitled " Analysis of the Role of Legal Norms in Defending State Stability" This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the actual role of legal norms in maintaining state stability. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach literature study research method. This research is useful for developing scientific insight into norms as a means of assessing the operation of law in society and the role of legal norms in maintaining state stability.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a multicultural country, faces challenges in managing religious, tribal, cultural, racial and ethnic diversity. Social conflict can arise as a result of these differences. Therefore, PKN has an important role in forming the character of citizens who respect diversity. This research aims to understand how multiculturalism can trigger social conflict and the role of PKN in forming awareness of social pluralism. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach literature study, which is carried out by conducting a study of theories related to the research topic. The results of the research show that the increase in the number of students with various ethnic, ethnic and religious backgrounds in higher education creates an environment that is full of diversity. It is hoped that PKN can help overcome this conflict by teaching the values ​​of multiculturalism and respecting diversity in everyd (estari, 2015)ay life. This study provides important insights for readers regarding the role of PKN in forming awareness of social pluralism amidst multiculturalism, as well as providing recommendations for strengthening social integration in Indonesia.

Abstract

General elections are a means for the people to show that they have sovereignty. This concept implies that the people are the highest power holders in the country and they themselves determine the form and way the government is run. The implementation of regional head elections also reflects this understanding. In general, general elections aim to ensure that the transfer of government power occurs peacefully, regularly, and in accordance with the mechanisms guaranteed and regulated by the constitution. Political culture is a system of values ​​and beliefs held by a society. However, each element of society has a different political culture, for example between society and its elites. It is necessary to develop a political-cultural character where "political" activities are no longer the arena of the ruling elite, but as a means of fulfilling the basic needs of the people in producing mutual benefits (public goods). The method used is library research, collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. The result is that qualitative research is carried out with a research design where the findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or in the form of calculations, but rather aims to reveal phenomena holistically-contextually by collecting data from natural settings and using researchers as key instruments. To understand political culture, you must first understand the meaning of culture and politics.
