Data used in this study are primary data that the questionnaire answers of respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. Suzuki car service quality service (tangible, empathy, realibility, responsiveness and assurance) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in PT. Prosperous Megahputra Makassar. <![CDATA[The purpose of the study is 1) To determine whether there is influence of product innovation on competitive advantage 2) to determine whether the effect of price on competitive advantage 3) to determine whether the effect of product innovation and price simultaneously towards excellence bersaing. Pendekatan is quantitative , Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population is karawo craft businesses in the city of Gorontalo. The sampling method proportional random sampling method by means of sampling simple random sampling. Data analysis using SPSS 16:00. Multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that 1) the product innovation have a significant effect on competitive advantage. 2) Price significant effect on competitive advantage. 3) Innovation products and prices influence simultaneously on competitive advantage. This is an indication that the innovation of products and good prices can increase the competitive advantage of businesses karawo in Gorontalo.]]>

<![CDATA[The risk will always be there in any investment, whether real assets and financial assets (except deposits and other risk-free investment). One way that can be done to reduce the total risk of the portfolio in such a way, by dividing the funds into a collection of securities that have a rate of return and risk are different, or commonly referred to as a diversified portfolio without sacrificing expected returns. This study aims to: (1) to identify and analyze how the influence of the stock portfolio to the level of risk and return on investment in the capital market. (2) to identify and analyze the contribution of the portfolio effect significant effect on the rate of return and investment risk in several companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this research is simple regression testing the hypothesis with test data. The technique of collecting data through observation and documentation. The population in this study are publicly traded companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample is ten publicly traded company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely data on stock prices over a period of five years (2004-2008). This study examined the effect of the portfolio on the return and investment risk in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Where R2 (coefficient of determination) is used to measure the amount or proportion of the contribution of independent variables to fluctuations in the dependent variable. The greater the value of R2, the greater the variation of the dependent variable is determined by a variety of independent variables. <![CDATA[The results of this study are expected to expand the scientific study of human resource management, especially regarding work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee motivation PT. Semen Tonasa, so that the results of this study can provide insight and knowledge on how to improve employee motivation. Data used in this study are primary data that the questionnaire answers of respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS. Samples are 94 respondents employees of PT. Semen Tonasa. These results indicate the work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee motivation PT. Semen Tonasa. This suggests that the perceived better working environment of employees, and the stronger the culture of the organization, and the organization that exists optimalkomitmen the higher motivation of employees, the better. We recommend that the employees of PT. Semen Tonasa strive to continuously improve employee motivation at each task environment. This can be done by improving the work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment, so as to improve the quality of human resources in it.]]>

<![CDATA[Highlights of this study is to determine the calculation of the cost of production and selling price setting process at CV. Karya Dharma. Degan production cost price calculation using a full costing method and setting the selling price using a cost plus pricing. The method used is quantitative research methods. Based on the characteristics of the issues raised by the researchers, the study is classified as a quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with the company. And secondary data obtained from data on costs of From the analysis of the data, the results showed that the company's calculation of the cost of production is lower than the production cost price calculation using a full costing method. While using the cost plus pricing method with a mark-up, the selling price is lower than according to the company.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the restructuring of the company in an effort to improve the company's financial performance and to find out how the financial performance MNO (Persero) after restructuring. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis and financial statement analysis method to measure a company's financial performance over the last five years (2009-2014). Initially analyzed descriptively, it is intended to explain the phenomena that occur in PT MNO Makassar, further financial analysis is intended to measure capital structure and financial performance of companies, using financial ratios that are relevant, then do a comparative analysis, in it is being compared is between financial performance before restructuring and financial performance after the debt restructuring is done. The results showed that before the restructuring was held in the year 2009-2014, the company's financial performance looks very bad, which is marked by several indicators ratio experienced a sharp decline and even negative. But once held the restructuring, (2013-2014) began to increase slightly although the increase is not able to guarantee safe for creditors and owners of the company. Thus, it can be said that the restructuring undertaken by PT MNO to debt management company in 2013, has a positive influence on the financial performance of the company.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out that the capital structure can improve financial performance at PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep. The method of research is field research (field research) and library research (library research). The data used is derived from the financial statements. Semen Tonasa 2011-2015. The results showed that each year has increased its capital structure which in 2011 amounted to 13.87%, 2012 amounted to 19.75%, 2013 by 50.57%, 2014 to 110.56%, and in 2015 amounted to 137.16%. This gives a picture that the investor invested capital is returned in accordance with the time. Current ratio in 2011-2015 was in good condition because it is above the minimu standard, in 2014-2015 the condition is not good. Quick ratio PT. Semen Tonasa be in good shape for being above the common standard of 100%. Debt to Asset Ratio in 2011-2013 were in good condition, in 2012-2015 the condition is not good because it is above the general standard of 50%. Debt to Equity Ratio PT. Semen Tonasa the year 2011 in good condition because it is below the general standard of 50%, in 2012 to 2015 are in poor condition. Return On Investment PT. Cement 20011-2012 Tonasa year the situation is quite good because of increased However the years 2014-2015 decreased which indicates the situation is less good. Return On Equity Company in 2011-2013 are in a good state because of an increase but in 2014-2015 has decreased. Total Asset Turnover PT. Semen Tonasa good condition for the period 2011-2012 had more than 1 time turnover per year, but the year 2013 to 2015 are considered unfavorable. 2011-2013 Year Fixed Asset Turnover condition PT.
