" The Effect of Storytelling on Listening Ability of Children Aged 5-6 Years Old in Bina Creative Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, Academic Year 2022/2023 " Thesis : PK-AUD Prodi Tarutung State Christian Institute The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storytelling on listening skills in children aged 5-6 years at Bina Creative Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, Academic Year 2022/2023 . The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics . The population is all children aged 5 – 6 years in the Bina Creative Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, Academic Year 2022/2023 totaling 17 people. Data is collected by items closed questionnaire with 20 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is an effect of storytelling on listening skills in children aged 5-6 years at Bina Kreatif Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, Academic Year 2022/2023 : 1) Test requirements analysis: a) positive relationship test obtained r xy = 0, 696 > r table ( a =17 0.05, n = ) = 0.482 , thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) A significant relationship test obtained t value = 3.750 > t table ( a =0.05,dk=n-2= 15 ) = 2, 131 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2). a) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained regression equation . b) Test the hypothesis by using the F test to obtain F table = ( a = 0.05, dk quantifier k = 5 , dk denominator = n-2 = 17 -2 = 15 ) = 2.90 then F count > F table i.e. 14.04 > 2.90 . Thus Ha is accepted and H 0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of the author in conducting this research was to be able to understand the influence of the use of audiovisuals on the beginning reading abilities of children aged 4 to 6 years in group B at the Siborong-borong State Kindergarten. The quantitative method is the method used by the author. The author's sample was children aged 4 to 6 years with a total of 44 people. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of audiovisual media on the beginning reading abilities of children aged 4-6 years in Group B at the Pembina Siborongborong State Kindergarten: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.538 > rtable(a=0.05,n=44) = 0.297, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Test the relationship The significant value obtained is tcount= 4.134 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=42)=2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable . Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Christian movements and songs on the happy expressions of children aged 5-6 years at the GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with experimental research methods and the type of research design is one group pretest post-test design. The population in this study was all children aged 5-6 years at GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten, totaling 110 people, and the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, was 18 children from class B4. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation sheets and documentation. Based on the recapitulation of data on children's happy expressions before being given treatment (pretest) using movements and Christian songs, there were 16.7% in the quite happy (CB) category, 22.2% in the Happy (B) category, and 61.1% in the very happy (SB) category. And after being given treatment (post-test) using movement and Christian songs, there were 5.6% in the quite happy (CB) category, none in the Happy (B) category and 94.4% in the very happy (SB) category. Furthermore, based on the results of the t test, the value of tcount≥ttable was obtained (3.610 > 1.740). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of movements and Christian songs on the happy expressions of children aged 5-6 years at the GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten.

Abstract

The aim of this research to determine the effect of finger painting activities on the fine motor skills of group B children at the HKBP Tarutung Pembina Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics. The population was all children aged 5-6 years, totaling 93 people an a sample of 17 people was determined. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of finger painting activities on the fine motor skills of children in group B at the Tarutung HKBP Pembina Kindergarten: 1) Test analysis requerements: a) positive relationship test obtained by rxy = 0.617 < rtabel (a=0,05,n=17) = 0,482. Thus is known that there is an influence between variable there is an influence between variable thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a finger painting poster learning media to enhance the creativity of 5-6-year-old children at TK Cerdas Ceria in the Sipoholon District. The research methodology used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) approach. The development process follows the Borg & Gall procedure, which consists of ten main stages; however, the researcher only focuses on seven stages in this research. Data collection involves the use of questionnaires given to media experts, language experts, and early childhood experts. To assess the quality of the finger painting poster learning media, a student response questionnaire is conducted. The collected data is qualitative and analyzed using assessment criteria guidelines to evaluate the developed finger painting poster learning media's quality. The result of this research is the finger painting poster learning media product designed to enhance children's creativity during play. After validation by experts, the final product is proven to meet the appropriate criteria, with an average score of 97% from media experts, 95% from language experts, 93% from early childhood experts, and 97% from the small test group. The finger painting poster media is considered suitable for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of fun cooking activities on the independence of children aged 5-6 years at the Pembina Siborongborong State Kindergarten. The type of research used in the research is quantitative research with experimental research methods and the type of research design is one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were all children aged 5-6 years at the Pembina Siborongborong State Kindergarten, totaling 66 people, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely 22 children from class B2. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation sheets and documentation. Based on the recapitulation of data on children's independence before being given treatment (pretest) using fun cooking activities, there were 9.10% in the BSB category, 50% in the BSH category, 36.30% in the MB category, and 4.50% in the BB category. After being given treatment (post-test) using fun cooking activities, there were 54.50% in the BSB category, 45.40% in the BSH category, none in the MB and BB categories. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, the value r2 = 0.287, from the value of determination (r2) it can be seen that the percentage of influence of paper cutting activities on the fine motor skills of group A in GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten is 28.7%. Furthermore, based on the results of the t test, the value of tcount ˃ ttable (6.638 ˃ 1.721) was obtained. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of fun cooking activities on the independence of children aged 5-6 years at the Pembina Siborongborong State Kindergarten.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Influence of Fishing Game on the Ability to Recognize Number Symbols in 5-6-Year-Old Children at Permata Hati Hutagalung Kindergarten. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive and inferential method. The population consists of 30 children aged 5-6 years at Permata Hati Hutagalung Kindergarten, and the entire population is used as respondents in the study. Data was collected using a closed positive questionnaire with 30 items, 15 for variable X and 15 for variable Y. The data analysis results indicate that there is an Influence of the Fishing Game on the Ability to Recognize Number Symbols in 5-6-Year-Old Children at Permata Hati Hutagalung Kindergarten: 1) Analysis of requirements: a) The test for a positive relationship obtained a value of rxy = 0.473, which is greater than the table value (α=0.05, n=30) = 0.361. b) The test for a significant relationship obtained a calculated t-value of 2.042, which is greater than the table value (α=0.05, df=n-2=28) = 2.048. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test resulted in the regression equation Y ̂="2" 0",22"+0,61X. b) The coefficient of determination (r^2) for the regression is 22.4%. 3) Hypothesis test using an F-test resulted in Fcalculation > Ftable (α=0.05, numerator df k=11, denominator df=n-2=30-2=28), which is 8.05 > 2.09. Therefore, Ha is accepted, and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the percentage of Role Playing Methods on Social Skills in Children Aged 4-6 Years at Beringin Permai Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics. The population is all children aged 4-6 years in Beringi Permai Kindergarten, totaling 15 people, and the sampling technique, namely saturated sampling, is that all members of the population are used as samples, namely 15 people. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation sheets and documentation. Based on the results of the recapitulation of Social Capability data, there were 6.7% in the MB category, 20.0% in the BSH category, and 73.3% in the BSB category. Furthermore, based on the t test, the value of tcount > ttable (29.588 > 1.761) was obtained. then it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely the Analysis of Role Playing Methods on Social Abilities in Children Aged 4-6 Years at Beringin Permai Kindergarten is >50% of what is expected to be accepted

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of ball throwing and catching activities on the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Anugerah GKPI Pearaja Tarutung. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a pre-experimental type of research in the form of "One Shot Case Study". The population is all group B students (aged 5-6 years) at PAUD Anugerah GKPI Pearaja Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 40 people and this research is population research. Data was collected using an observation instrument of 15 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of throwing and catching balls on the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Anugerah GKPI Pearaja Tarutung: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.556 > rtable(a=0.05,n=40) = 0.312, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.126 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=38)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) Test the regression coefficient of determination (r2) = 30.9%.2) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="14.87"+0.54X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing Christian Religious Education on the value of cultivating patience in children aged 4-6 years at Elfrida Harder Kindergarten HKBP Siborongborong. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive research method. The population is all group B students (aged 4-6 years) at Kindergarten Elfrida Harder HKBP Siborongborong totaling 35 people. Data collected using a positive closed questionnaire consisted of 10 items for variable Test analysis requirements: a) test the relationship that obtains a positive value rxy = 0,568 > rtabel(α=0,05,n=35) = 0,334. b) A significant relationship test is obtained thitung= 3,967 > ttabel(α =0,05,dk=n-2=33)= 2,042. 2) Influence test: a) Test the regression equation, obtain the regression equation . b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 32.3%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fhitung > Ftabel=( α =0,05,dk pembilang k=12,dk penyebut=n-2=35-2=33) namely 15.73 > 2.09. Thus Ha, that is, there is an influence of the application of Christian Religious Education on instilling the value of patience in children aged 4-6 years at TK Elfrida Harder HKBP Siborongborong is accepted and H0 is rejected.
