Abstract

This research analyzed the independence and job experience of auditors toward the audit quality; the audit quality moderated by professional etiquette, and job experience toward audit quality moderated by professional etiquette. This quantitative descriptive research used multiple regression analysis. The data sources consisted of primary and secondary data sources. The population and sample of the research were 36 respondents, the employees of tax investigators in the tax directorate general, Central Java I. The researchers used the total sampling technique to select the sample. The results showed that independence and job experience could improve audit quality. On the other hand, professional etiquette could empower the correlation between independence and the job experience toward audit quality. Therefore, the roles of independence and the job service could encourage the auditors with professional etiquette.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the Investment Opportunity Set on the Extend Of Voluntary Shari'a Disclosure. This research is a field research using a quantitative descriptive approach using a purposive sampling method from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. There are 22 companies that meet the criteria as research samples. The results showed that the Investment Opportunity Set had no effect on the Extend of Voluntary Shari'a Disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, store atmosphere and service quality on purchasing decisions. The population of this research is consumers who make purchases at Superindo supermarkets, Semarang, Indonesia, the number of which is not known with certainty. The sample in this study was 100 consumers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The type of data used is primary. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Promotion has an effect on Purchase Decisions. (2) Store Atmosphere has an effect on Purchase Decision. (3) Service quality has an effect on purchasing decisions. Superindo should increase promotions by making advertisements in electronic media such as television and internet media as well as distributing brochures to consumers' homes, providing wider distances between displays and queuing distances at cashiers and providing delivery shopping services during the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Covid-19 vaccination is the government's way to fight and deal with COVID-19 in Indonesia. There are still many groups of people who refuse the Covid-19 vaccine for various reasons. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination in the elderly in the working area of ​​the Satellite Inpatient Health Center in Bandar Lampung City in 2021. Design This research is analytic with cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study were 81 respondents, the sampling technique was Cluster Random Sampling, bivariate analysis using Chi Square. The results of the univariate study showed that respondents with good knowledge were 31 (38.27%), respondents with positive attitudes 47 (58.03%), respondents with positive family support 55 (67.91%), respondents with positive staff support 46 (56 ,80%). The results of the bivariate test showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge, attitude, family support, and support from health workers with the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination in the Work Area of ​​the Bandar Lampung Satellite Inpatient Health Center in 2021.

Abstract

This reaserch aims to find out how much service quality is to the loyalty of BMT BIF Jeroni 62 Bugisan Yogyakarta members. This research is quantitative research, using questionnaire data collection methods, with simple regression analysis that tests the research hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis of data in this study shows that the quality of service has a positive effect on member loyalty has a value of 0.605 and significantly has a value of 0.000 or <0.05. Value Fcounts 14,927 > 2.32, hypothesis test F quality of service has a positive effect and is accepted or there is an influence of service satisfaction on the loyalty of financing members at BMT BIF Jeroni 62 Bugisan Yogyakarta. The value of the coefficient of determination R which indicates the degree of relationship between free variables and bound variables is 0.558 means that there is a strong relationship. R2 determination shows a large contribution of 0.311 or 31.1% of the quality of service to member loyalty.
