Abstract

The results of the study through the t-test for the marketing mix obtained a tcount is 4.041 > ttable 2,005 and the significance value for the marketing mix variable is 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so it can be concluded that the marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on the decision of purchasing treasury products at Bank BNI Medan Region. The t-test for marketing strategy obtained a value of tcount is 4.158 > ttable 2.005 and the significance value for the marketing mix variable of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 and then it can be concluded that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decisions of treasury products at Bank BNI Medan Region.The F-test results obtained Fcount 37,331 > Ftable 3,16 and the significance of 0,000 < alpha 0,05 so it can be concluded that the marketing mix and marketing strategy both together have a significant effect on the decision of purchasing treasury products at Bank BNI Medan Region.

Abstract

This study aimed at testing and analyzing the effect of Cash Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Firm Size (FS) on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in the Infrastructure, Utilities, And Transportation sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The research method applied in this study was quantitative research approach, the type of research was descriptive statistics, and the nature of the research was explanatory research. The population of this study was sixty six (66) companies in the Infrastructure, Utilities, And Transportation sector. By using sampling technique of purposive sampling technique, ten (10) companies in the Infrastructure sector, Utilities, And Transportation that met the criteria were taken as samples. The method of data analysis in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption. The results of this study indicated that simultaneously Cash Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Firm Size (FS) had no effect and were insignificant on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in the Infrastructure, Utilities, And Transportation sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period with the results of Fcount ≤ Ftable or 2.719 ≤ 2.81 and significance of 0.055 ≥ 0.05. Partially Cash Ratio (CR) and Firm Size (FS) had effect on and significantly affected the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), while the Net Profit Margin (NPM) had no effect and significantly affected the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained adjusted R2 value which showed the variation of the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) variable which could be explained by variations in the Cash Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Firm Size (FS) of 9.5% while as much as 90.5% was explained by variations in other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Restaurant Unclek Center Point Medan. This purpose was to determine Cash Receipts and Expenditures at Restaurant Unclek Center Point Medan. The research method used was data collection methods, namely library methods and field methods with documentation techniques and analytical methods, namely descriptive and analytical methods. deductive method. The results of the study concluded Restaurant Unclek Center Point Medan makes a list of the names of incoming and outgoing items such as cashier equipment and operational items to be recorded in petty cash or petty cash disbursements. Reports of cash receipts and disbursements are adjusted to cash in and out whether balance with expenditure on the remaining money. Each closing cashier recaps the results of sales (turnover) and capital (denominations that function to change guest spending money) in front of the manager and rechecked by the manager before being deposited to the bank. Any excess capital (remaining change in guest spending) is used as cashier's bonus money and processed into employee needs.

Abstract

Penempatan seseorang dalam struktur organisasi harus benar-benar selektif, sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki, karena hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja seseorang dan produktivitas organisasi.yang berwenang dalam menetukan system penepatan tersebut adalah seorang Pimpinan. Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu factor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi, karena kepemimpinan berkait dengan proses mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan seluruh anggota organisasi agar mereka bekerja untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam organisasi juga perlu ada kesatuan perintah, karena tanpa adanya kesatuan perintah akan menimbulkan kebingungan, keraguan dan menimbulkan pula tidak jelasnya tanggung jawabPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Penempatan Pegawai Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Toba Samosir.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Skretariat Daerah Kabupaten Toba Samosir yaitu sebanyak 93 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Sampling Jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel adal sejumlah populasi yaitu 93 orang. Hasil Penelitian dan Pembahasan dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai hubungan Penempatan Pegawai terhadap Efektivitas Kerja melalui pengujian statistik adalah 0,695 dikategorikan dalam tingkat hubungan Kuat. Persamaan regresi adalah Y= 4.738 + 0,570X, dapat dijelaskan bahwa jika Penempatan Pegawai (X) konstan atau X = 0, maka nilai Efektivitas Kinerja akan naik sebesar 0,570. Hasil thitung dalam penelitian ini adalah 9.232 dibandingkan dengan ttable 1,980 maka thitung>ttabel. Hipotesis penelitian ini diterima karena terbukti Penempatan Pegawai berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja.

Abstract

Employee performance can be influenced by many factors, including motivation, talent, interests, satisfaction, and experience, as well as factors that come from outside the individual employess such as supervision, salary, work environment, employment opportunities, and promotions. But this study is limited only to work environment factors and job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and explanatory research. This research was conducted at the Medan Tourism Polytechnic, with a population of 101 employess, taking research samples using the sloving formula, so the sample in this study amounted to 81 people. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and observation with questionnaire media. While the data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study are the influence of the Work Environment (X1) The Value of the t count of work environment is 2.486 and the value of t table is 1.664 the t count > t table (2.486>1.664) and the sig value<0.05 (0.015<0.05), so that the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tourism Polytechnic employees. There is the influence of job satisfaction (X2), the value of the titung variable job satisfaction is 4.135 and the t table value is 1.664, then the t count> t table (4.135>1.664) and the sig value <0.005 (0.000<0.005) so it can be concluded that work partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Medan Tourism Polytechnic. The results of the F test (Simultaneous Test) show that the value of F count is 35,025 with a significant level of 95% (=0.05) is 2.72 where (F count> F table) so that 35,025>2,72 and the sig value <0,05 (0,000< 0,05). This simultaneously there is a significant influence between work environment variables (X1) and the job satisfaction (X2) on the performance of Medan Tourism Polytechnic Employees.

Abstract

This research aimed at testing and analyzing the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) on Capital Structure in basic industry and chemicals companies which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 period. The research methodology used in this research was quantitative method with descriptive approach. The nature of this research was explanatory research. The population of this research was sixty six (66) basic industry and chemicals companies. By using sampling technique of purpose sampling, sixteen (16) basic industry and chemicals companies which met the criteria were taken as samples. The method of analyzing data applied in this research was double linear regression analysis with classic assumption test. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) simultaneously and significantly had effect on Capital Structure in basic industry and chemicals companies which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 period with the result of Fcount ≥ Ftable or significance of 19,146 ≥ 2,72 and 0.000 ≤ 0,05. Partially, Return on Assets (ROA) had negative and insignificant effect on Capital Structure. Current Ratio (CR) had negative and insignificant effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) had no effect and had insignificant effect on Capital Structure. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained adjusted R2 value which showed the variation of Capital Structure variable which could be explained by the variation of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) variables as much as 0.377 or equivalent with 37.7% meanwhile the rest as much as 62.3% was explained by the variation of other variations.
