Abstract

This study aimed at studying and analyzing the price and quality of service to customer satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan. The phenomena at PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan were the product prices fixed was more expensive compared to its competitors, the quality of the company's services was not good and could not satisfy consumers. The research method used was quantitative. The type of research was quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research was descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection was done by interviews and questionnaires. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were consumers who bought products at PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan from January to December 2018. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling, so the sample was taken using one hundred (100) people. The results of the study showed that the price and quality of service were significant for consumer satisfaction at PT. Fastfood Indonesia Medan. From the results of the analysis of the factors that influenced customer satisfaction, it could be seen that between the two variables analyzed, the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction was the quality of service variable. This was proved by the results of the calculation of each variable (t test) in which the t test was t test on service quality variables. The conclusions in this study were the service quality variable rejected H0 and accepted H1. Thus, partially showed that prices and service quality were satisfyingly ans significantly positive to customer satisfaction of PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan. Simultaneously the price variable and service quality variable were satisfyingly and significantly positive to the customer satisfaction of PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining and analyzing the influence of prices and promotions on the purchase decision of Gtman products at PT. Jasa Ricky Abadi. The phenomena of product prices fixed at PT. Jasa Ricky Abadi were more expensive compared to its competitors and promotions that were less satisfying to consumers. The research method used was quantitative approach. The type of research was quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The data collection was done by interviews and questionnaires. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was consumers who bought products at PT. Jasa Ricky Abadi from January to December 2017. The technique of determining the sample in this study was simple random sampling, so that the sample used amounted to 144 people. The results showed that prices and promotions had significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Jasa Ricky Abadi. The results of the analysis of the factors that influenced purchasing decisions showed that between the two variables analyzed, the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions was the price variable. This was proved by the results of the calculation of each variable (t test), where t test was on price variable. The conclusion in this research was that the price variable rejected H0 and accepted H1. Abstract

Price and promotion have very important purpose in attracting customers and it should be noticed by the company. The customer's decision will be a factor highly preferred, especially on corporate profits in the long term to help address a greater responsibility in the future. This research was conducted at PT. Salim Primary Ivomas Lubukpakam with the amount of samples taken in this study of 100 people. The research applied quantitative research methods. Simultaneously the research results showed that price and promotion had positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (35 676> 3:35) with a significant level of 0.000> 0.05. Abstract

Employee performance is the employees’ level of success in carrying out their duties. Factors that influence employee performance are training and communication. Training is a process of improving employee work skills to help achieve company goals. Communication is the delivery or exchange of information from the sender to the recipient, both verbally, in writing and using communication tools. PDAM Tirtanadi Medan is a water supply company specialized in the area of ​​Medan and its surroundings. The research method applied was quantitative approach. The type of research was quantitative descriptive. Data collection was done by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used multiple linear regression. The population was all employees of 68 people. Determination of samples in the study using saturated samples, and to test the validity 30 respondents were taken from other branch companies. The results showed that training and communication simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a determinant coefficient of 0.812 or 81.2%, while the remaining 18.8% was influenced by other factors. The conclusion of the study was that simultaneously and partially training and communication had significant effect on the performance of employees at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan.

Abstract

Competence is a fundamental characteristic possessed by someone who has a direct influence on, or can predict good work performance. Competence is needed in improving the quality of human resources in advancing the company. Besides, training competencies can affect the company’s progress. That is why companies need to provide training to their employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and training on employees’ job satisfaction at Martha Friska Hospital. The analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The study population was 212 employees with a sample of 138 respondents.
