Abstract

The growing awareness of the global community in creating and maintaining healthy air quality, encouraging various institutions and companies to implement environmental management system. Through proper supervision and control, environment with clean air condition will improve the productivity of employees in the workplace and reduce the number of absentee employees with ill reasons that can hinder the production process in the company. Environmental management system implemented at PT. Inter World Steel Mills Indonesia, encouraging the company to better air control quality in the work environment. To support the ongoing environmental management system, an Arduino-based air monitoring and control device is established which can detect air pollution and control it with air filtration and inform air quality level through short message service to related parties. The aim of this research is to determine the air quality levels and then improve the air quality that will have a positive impact on the environment and health of employees.

Abstract

Medical record play important role in order to improve hospital healthcare quality. Medical record must provide proper, fast, and relevant data. Current medical records documentation is manual based in mean the documents are available in notes and document maps. There is no integration among the document, and it can caused a misunderstanding among hospital stakeholder such as doctor or nurse and also duplicated data. QR code is one of alternative to handle completeness file, searching document, and store all document. The combination between QR code, web and mobile platform can handle the problem faced by hospital stakeholder. In testing phase, the proposed system can handle medical record problem in RS. St. Elisabeth. Average of respondent, more than 50% state that sistem is good to handle tracking record, completeness file, and store.

Abstract

Patients with mental illness (schizophrenia) are quite large. According to the results of Basic Health Research in 2015, there is 0.467 percent of the population in Indonesia, in other hands, 1.093.150 Indonesians were suffered from schizophrenia, if schizophrenia does not get attention and appropriate treatment, it will be very bad for the patient. Community stigma about mental disorder often leads schizophrenia patients to be too late taken to a health facility. People believed that schizophrenia is caused by mystical things so that the first treatment is brought the patients to alternative medications. The development of a very rapid computer nowadays makes us easily build a web-based expert system. This expert system is trying to find a satisfactory solution as an expert does. The system was developed to diagnose the schizophrenic mental disorder and the diagnosis was done by analyzing the inputs symptoms, in the form of checklists of what people were felt, then choosing the density of its severity. The results of the diagnosis provide an outcome, i.e. the names of the disease along with the possible percentage value generated based on the selected symptoms. This research intended to build an expert system using PHP and MySQL programming language to store its database, while the inference method using forward chaining is the process of tracing that begins by displaying a data set or convincing facts to the final conclusion. This research resulted a diagnosis schizophrenic mental disorder expert system that is capable to early diagnosing schizophrenic disorder, based on the symptoms that have been selected by the user with a simple appearance that is easy to understand and can be accessed by many users.

Abstract

The rise of internet usage especially in social media such as Twitter make a possibility to analyze an existing conversations and derived it to various conversation theme. The data was obtained from the Twitter conversation using text mining that is a "national exam" using the National #ujian, #unas, and #ujianan hastags. Twitter API was used to extract tweet data. This research use the naive bayesian access method to view communication forms based on users and applications. Based on calculation this research obtain a 0.278 result that most of Twitter users (users) are being from @kabarDiknas. The data that used in this research are taken from is a twitter conversation about the “ujian nasional” in 2016.

Abstract

Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) is one of network attack technique which increased every year, especially in both of intensity and volume. DDoS attacks are still one of the world's major Internet threats and become a major problem of cyber-world security. Research in this paper aims to establish a new approach on network packets classification, which can be a basis for framework development on Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack detection systems. The proposed approach to solving the problem on network packet classification is by combining statistical data quantification methods with neural network methods. Based on the test, it is found that the average percentage of neural network classification accuracy against network data packet is 92.99%.

Abstract

World currency market trading has become one of the many types of work that has been done by the public due to the convenience offered, big profits and the flexibility of time and place in trading. This study aims to predict the movement of EUR / USD currency trends using data mining techniques combined with neural network algorithms compared by linear regression algorithm that can be used as one of the references for traders as an open trading position. Attributes were used in this study namely Open (Opening Price), Close (Closing Price), Highest (Highest Price), Lowest (Lowest Price), for time frame price used is with time frame 1 day and the time period is taken from 3 January 2011 to 15 November 2016. The result of this research is Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) percentage number as well as additional label prediction result that obtained after validation using sliding windows validation. Best result obtained from testing phase using neural network algorithm which uses 0.006 and 0.003 windowing which results is equal to testing phase that does not use windowing. In other hands, testing phase on linear regression algorithm using windowing resulted in 0.007 and testing phase that does not use windowing that is equal to 0.004. T-test showed that neural network has insignificant result compared with linear regression. T-test result value is 1.00 for testing with windowing and 0.077 for windowless test.

Abstract

Folklore is an oral tradition story passed down from generation to generation in the life of society. But today, folklore is less popular than abroad cinema which is packed with interesting form. In the Lampung region there is many people who do not know the folklore story about Lampung. In fact, folklore has a moral value, and also as a cultural heritage of the region. The purpose of this research is to design and build an educational game application of Lampung folklore to increase the interest of children and society to know and read Lampung folklore which is a cultural heritage that must be preserved. The development of educational folklore game application constructed from web and mobile platforms. The testing method that is done on aspects of Usability, Functionality, Portability, and Efficiency. Based on the results of usability testing on 5th and 6th grade elementary students using a questionnaire obtained 92.44% results, the functionality tested by 2 experts in the field of software engineering obtained 100% results, portability performed on the smartphone android version of gingerbread until marshmallow obtained 80% , and testing efficiency using Testdroid gets 15% average CPU usage results and an average memory of 175 MB.

Abstract

Software testing phase is one of a critical element in determining the quality of a software. These tests include design, specification, and coding. This study aims to test the digital office software at Lampung State Polytechnic. The testing process is done to determine the level of error that occurs in the software. The test used a black box testing Boundary Value Analysis. Boundary Value Analysis is a type of test case by determine the normal value, minimum value and maximum value of the tested data. The applications resulted from this research are capable to handling data, both normal and abnormal data with a 91, 67% success rate.

Abstract

Information technology are two things that can not be separated at this time, it is seen from the process to obtain information that can be obtained quickly, precisely, and accurately supported by technological progress is increasingly sophisticated. Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal is one of the educational institutions that have a complete system in data processing, which requires all data to be well processed, stored neatly and easily traced. The purpose of this research is to develop academic information system at Politiknik Harapan Bersama Tegal by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) model as model development that made. The final result of this research is a web-based acadeic information system that can provide optimization of Service Plan study cards and students of Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal.

Abstract

In this modern era of photography, many facilities including software or hardware can be used as a tool to produce better images and so on falsified images. This research aimed to simulate falsified image detection, utilizing developed error level analysis method. The output of this research is a decision whether an image is authentic one or falsified one. From the testing phase, it can be concluded that the developed method error level analysis method resulted a good detection accuracy.
