Abstract

In today's digital era, cats are one of the most popular pets in the community. Cats are cute and adorable animals and can even be believed to relieve stress and reduce tension after doing daily activities. As the number of people who keep cats increases, of course, this has an impact on the sale of cat feed which is quite increasing where many people are in the cat feed business because it is a promising business. Types of cat feed consist of dry feed and wet feed that can be sold both online and offline.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency from a review of digital marketing and the quality of human resources. This research uses an explanatory method with a population of MSME actors in Demak Regency and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of digital marketing on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (2) There is an influence on the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (3) There is an influence of digital marketing and the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. The contribution of digital marketing and human resources variables to the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency is 66.40%, while 33.60% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing and the quality of human resources are important factors influencing the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. Digital marketing can help MSMEs to reach a wider market and increase sales, while the quality of human resources can help MSMEs to develop innovative and quality products and services. Recommendations that can be given to improve MSME development in Demak Regency are: (1) The government and related agencies need to provide training and assistance to MSMEs to improve digital marketing capabilities and quality human resources. (2) MSMEs need to utilize digital technology to market their products and services. (3) MSMEs need to improve the quality of their products and services in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market

Abstract

Product quality is a key factor in influencing consumer satisfaction. The study is aimed at investigating and analyzing the impact of product quality on consumer satisfaction levels in the clothing industry. The study uses survey and interview methods to collect data from 54 responden involved in the purchase of products at King's Wire Shops in Semarang. Data analysis results show that product quality has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for companies in their efforts to improve consumer satisfaction through improved product quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of marketing digitalization for Bana Chip Lumer culinary SMEs from an Islamic economic perspective. The research was conducted by conducting interviews with the business owner, Andriani Safira, to gain insight into the use of social media and online ordering platforms in marketing Bana Chip Lumer products. The research results show that digitalization of marketing has had a positive impact on these SMEs, such as increasing product visibility, increasing sales, and expanding geographic reach. Apart from that, digital marketing also supports Islamic economic principles, such as justice, transparency and sustainability. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of digital marketing for culinary SMEs in achieving success and running a business in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the online single submission system risk based approach at Dimas investment integrated one door service of Tanjungpinang city, based on the type of data, this research includes quantitative research, data collection techniques used in the form of literature studies. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the online single submission risk-based approach system has gone well. This can be seen from several aspects. First, in terms of organization, PTSP has prepared an implementation team whose task is to assist businesses in the process of inputting and verifying information when errors occur. Second, in terms of interpretation, the PTSP has succeeded in directing business actors to follow the stages in OSS-RBA.. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the risk-based approach online single submission system has been successful in facilitating business actors in obtaining business licenses through OSS-RBA.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in Pegadaian Pesero Branch Gubug district of Grobogan. The design of this research uses a quantitative approach. Samples are taken by random sampling. The method of analysis used is to test the product moment hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that this Product Quality has a positive impact on Customer Satisfaction, as well as on the Quality of Service has a negative impact on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, both Product Quality and Service Quality together have a positive effect on the Customer satisfaction in Pegadaian Pesero Branch Gubug district of Grobogan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determination of selling prices to increase sales at Sentra Tahu Berkah Jaya. Sentral Tahu Berkah Jaya is one of the businesses engaged in the production of tofu which has been established since 2003 located in Ganjar Agung, West Metro Metro City. The type of research used is case study research with observation and interview methods. The data processed is data in the form of basic price records such as raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs. While the data analysis techniques used in the research are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) conclusion making. The results of the study show that the tofu production process has a major effect on determining the selling price.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of cake sales with a consignment sales mechanism at Al-Khidmah Nurzaman Store in Cendrawasih Market Metro Lampung. The research used a field study method with interview data collection techniques. The results showed that the level of cake sales with the consignment system was higher than regular sales. The consignment sales rate grew 56% while regular sales were only 44%. The commission sharing system between cake owners (pengamanat) and shop owners (commissioners) is adjusted based on the agreement, which is 10-20% of the selling price per product. The consignment system is effective for both parties because the commissioner does not need additional capital and the pengamanat can expand marketing, although the pengamanat must apply specific criteria to avoid losses due to damage or unsold products.
