The results obtained from a preliminary study of 7 postpartum mothers, there were 4 postpartum mothers who experienced blistered nipples and 3 postpartum mothers who did not experience sore nipples due to applying the correct breastfeeding technique. This study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge about the correct breastfeeding technique and the incidence of blisters in postpartum mothers at BPM Siti Sujalmi, Jatinom, Klaten. This research method used analytic descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique with a total sample of 51 postpartum mothers. The results showed the p value 0.035 <0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge of correct breastfeeding techniques and the incidence of nipple blisters in postpartum mothers at BPM Siti Sujalmi, Jatinom, Klaten. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge of correct breastfeeding techniques and the incidence of blistered nipples in postpartum mothers. Suggestions for postpartum mothers can increase their knowledge of correct breastfeeding techniques by paying attention to the attachment and position of the baby while breastfeeding so that the nipple is not chafed.

Abstract

Failure in the breastfeeding process often occurs because of several problems that arise in post-partum mothers, including the lack of fluency in the milk found in cases of breast milk damaging. Dams of ASI (Breast Engagement) are caused by increased venous flow from lymph in the breast which causes a feeling of fever, redness, swelling and hardening. One of the treatments that can be done to improve lactation problems and make it easier for babies to suck breast milk is by using oketani massage. Oketani massage can stimulate the strength of the pectoralis muscles to increase milk production and help the consistency of the breasts to become elastic. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between oketani massage and increased milk production in mothers with breast congestion. The method used is literature study. The research results were obtained from several sources of research data. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between oketani massage and the amount of milk production in post partum mothers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cadres' motivation and posyandu services for toddlers in the Polanharjo Klaten area. The research method used was descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 50 posyandu cadres in Kapungan village and Polanharjo Klaten village. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling, the instrument used was the Kendall tau data analysis questionnaire. The results of the characteristics of the respondents included cadres age 41-50 years, education was mostly high school, most of the respondents' occupation was IRT. The study showed that there were high cadres of motivation (42%) and the posyandu services for toddlers were sufficient (84%).
