Abstract

Cooperative membership management assistance is one solution to the problems faced by the Gakom Cooperative, namely the lack of knowledge related to cooperative members as assets, the dual identity of cooperative members as owners and customers, member participation as owners, member participation as customers, and cooperative membership management. The purpose of this activity is to improve understanding and skills related to effective cooperative membership management. The method of implementing this activity is assistance to the management of the West Sumatra Gakom cooperative online using the Zoom meeting application. The partner in this mentoring activity is the Gambir Anam Koto Mandiri Cooperative in West Sumatra. The evaluation was carried out by assigning tasks to the cooperative management, namely recording cooperative members as assets, recording the identity of cooperative members as owners and customers, distinguishing the role of member participation as owners with member participation as customers, and moving membership recording from manual to computerized, with an increase of 65%.

Abstract

Financial statement preparation training is one solution to the problems faced by Handcraft Sukabumi MSMEs, namely the lack of knowledge related to the preparation of financial statements regarding balance sheets, working capital, profit and loss, changes in capital, and cash flow. The purpose of this activity is to improve participants' knowledge and skills in preparing financial statements. The method of implementing this activity is training for MSMEs Hancraft Sukabumi, Tangkil Village, Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency. The partner of this training activity is MSME Handcraft Sukabumi. Evaluation of activities was carried out by giving questionnaires to trainees before and after delivering the material, and the result was that participants' knowledge and skills increased by 36%.

Abstract

Conflict management training for the community is one solution to the problems faced by RT and RW Cisaat Village, namely the lack of understanding related to disagreements related to the values of community harmony, good communication procedures in community life, emotional control, lack of conflict management skills, and cultural and different values in the community. The purpose of this activity is to increase understanding of RT and RW Cisaat Village related to managing conflicts well in the community. The method of implementing this activity is training for RT and RW Cisaat Village, Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency. The partner in this training activity is the Cisaat Village Community Empowerment Institute. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to trainees before and after delivering the material, and as a result, the comprehension ability of the participants increased by 40.84%.

Abstract

Training with the theme of the role of SMEs in improving national economic resilience is one solution to the problems faced by SMEs, namely the lack of understanding regarding the role and contribution of SMEs in increasing national economic resilience. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of SMEs regarding the role of SMEs in increasing national economic resilience. The method of implementing this activity is training for SMEs of Potorono Tourism Village. The partner in this training activity is the Head of Potorono Tourism Village. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to trainees before and after delivering the material, and the result was that the comprehension ability of the participants increased by 42.5%.
