Abstract

Technical guidance for creative cadets is one solution to the problems faced by cadets, namely not being able to recognize their abilities, having business ideas, choosing the right business, and the ability to communicate well. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding, skills, and motivation to Karang Taruna members in developing their creative potential optimally. The method of implementing this activity is technical guidance to members of the cadet reef of Sudajaya Hilir Village. The partner in this bimtek activity is the Sudajaya Hilir Village Subdistrict. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to the participants before and after the delivery of the material, and the result was that the comprehension ability of the participants increased by 42.5%.

Abstract

Technical guidance on KUB financial management is one solution to the problems faced by KUB members, namely the lack of understanding related to the basic principles of financial management, practical steps in financial planning and management, and the implementation of technology to support accurate financial recording and reporting. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding to MSMEs of KUB members regarding accurate financial reporting. The method of implementing this activity is technical guidance to MSME members of KUB Kelurahan Jaya Mekar. The partner in this bimtek activity is Lurah Keluraha Jaya Mekar. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to the participants before and after the delivery of the material, and the result was that the comprehension ability of the participants increased by 41%.

The method of implementing this activity is technical guidance to SMEs Karang Taruna, Kelurahan Jaya Mekar. The partner in this bimtek activity is Lurah Keluraha Jaya Mekar. The evaluation was carried out by the direct practice of using marketing applications to Bimtek participants after delivering the material, and the result was that the ability and understanding of the participants increased by 41.66%.

Abstract

The empowerment of orderly PKK administration is one solution to the problems faced by PKK members, namely the lack of understanding related to PKK administrative order. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and skills of PKK members of Limus Nunggal Village regarding PKK administration. The method of implementing this activity is empowerment for PKK members of Limus Nunggal Village. The partner in this empowerment activity is the Limus Nunggal Village Subdistrict. The evaluation was carried out by doing direct practice and bimtek before and after the delivery of the material, and the result was that the comprehension ability and skills of the participants increased by 36.25%.

Abstract

The webinar on the role of the retail community in increasing national economic resilience during the pandemic is one solution to the problems faced by the retail industry and the wider community, namely the lack of understanding regarding the strategies that must be taken to survive during the pandemic. The purpose of this activity is to increase understanding of the strategies implemented by the retail community in contributing to national resilience during the pandemic. The method of implementing this activity is a webinar for students, retail communities, high school students in Sukabumi City, and the general public. Partners in this webinar activity are the retail management study program, the Dikumindag of Sukabumi City, and the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sukabumi Regency. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to webinar participants before and after delivering the material, and the result was that the comprehension ability of the participants increased by 38.14%.

Abstract

Business communication training is one solution to the problems faced by MSMEs, namely lack of communication skills, effective marketing understanding, limited resources, lack of communication skills in the online world, difficulties in building business networks, lack of integrated communication strategies, and handling customer complaints. The purpose of this activity is to improve skills and understanding of MSMEs related to effective communication strategies. The method of implementing this activity is training for MSMEs in the Sukamekar Village environment of Sukabumi Regency. The partners in this training activity are the Cooperative and SME Office of Sukabumi Regency. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to trainees before and after delivering the material, and the result was that the ability and understanding of the participants increased by 39.29%.

Abstract

Assistance in making a cooperative business master number is one solution to the problems faced by the Tora Wajasakti Agro Cooperative, Warung Kiara District, Sukabumi Regency, namely the absence of a Cooperative NIB. The purpose of this activity is to assist in the creation of a Cooperative NIB by what is stated in the Notary Decree and Cooperative Master Number (NIK). The method of implementing this activity is assistance to the management of the Tora Wajasakti Agro Cooperative in making the Cooperative NIB. The partner in this mentoring activity is the Tora Wajasakti Agro Cooperative, Warung Kiara District, Sukabumi Regency.
