Abstract

Research Aims: Islamic commercial banks are Islamic banks which in their activities provide services in payment traffic. Islamic commercial banks can operate as foreign exchange banks and non-foreign exchange banks. Foreign exchange bank is a bank that can carry out transactions abroad or related to foreign currencies as a whole, such as transfers abroad, collections abroad, opening letters of credit and so on. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of green banking on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and the concept of green banking in an Islamic perspective. Design/methodology/approach: This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive statistical approach, the research methodology used in this study is the method of documentation and literature study. Research Findings: The results of the study show that green banking has a positive effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. In the Islamic perspective, all Green Banking Indicators are in accordance with the Islamic perspective as well as the reinforcing arguments about protecting nature and preventing natural damage. Abstract

Research Aims: The purpose of the study was to determine literacy regarding sharia insurance and its relationship with the level of cooperation, commitment and loyalty to insurance companies. Design/methodology/approach: The approach used in this research is quantitative associative, with data analysis of Descriptive Statistics and Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) which is a matter of motivation and reason for a person in choosing and taking action, and what are the implications for a person's cooperative attitude, commitment and loyalty. The sample criteria required are as follows: people who use sharia insurance, people who have not used sharia insurance, people who are at least 20 years old with the assumption that respondents are capable of providing answers independently. Research Findings: Based on the test results, the literacy level of sharia insurance has positive and significant implications for cooperative attitudes, commitment, and loyalty to both customers and non-customers. Research limitation and implication: The implication is to find out how much influence literacy has in encouraging someone to choose to use sharia insurance. Abstract

Research Aims: Islamic banking has a function as a social agent. In carrying out their function as social agents, Islamic banks have the task of collecting and managing zakat funds. This study aims to determine the internal factors of Islamic banks that affect the acceptance of zakat in Islamic banks. Internal factors of Islamic banks are measured by bank size, mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing, buying and selling financing, and the Islamic performance index which is measured by profit sharing ratio, equitable distribution ratio, and Islamic vs non-Islamic income ratio. Methodology: The population of this study is Islamic banks in Indonesia for the period 2013-2021 with a total sample of 8 banks. The sampling technique is the purposive sampling method by taking data from the financial statements of Islamic banks. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Research Findings: The results showed that bank size and buying and selling financing had a positive effect on zakat receipts. Meanwhile, mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing, profit sharing ratio, equitable distribution ratio, and Islamic vs non-Islamic ratio do not affect zakat receipts. Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to analyze the effect of e-trust and e-service quality on loyalty through e-satisfaction of Islamic mobile banking users. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of trust and service quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction in the context of mobile banking. Design/methodology/approach: The sampling method used in this study was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected from 151 respondents who met the assessment criteria and were supposed to use mobile banking at least twice. This study used Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis techniques, which were estimated by SmartPLS 3.0. Research Findings: The results show that e-service quality and e-trust have a positive effect on e-satisfaction; e-trust and e-satisfaction have a positive effect on e-loyalty; e-service quality does not affect e-loyalty; e-satisfaction can mediate the relationship between e-service quality and e-trust to e-loyalty; age and gender cannot moderate the relationship between e-satisfaction and e-loyalty Keywords: e-trust, e-service quality, e-satisfaction, e-loyalty, age, gender, Islamic mobile banking

Abstract

Research Aims: Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) is a financial institution that conducts its activities based on sharia principles. Currently, BPRS is growing in Indonesia, with the development of BPRS, many new BPRS will appear and of course will lead to competition between BPRS and others. Location as a company's operational place has a strategic function because it can determine the achievement of a company, while personal selling is an important partner in world marketing communications. The sales promotion as a form to present the product. Design/methodology/approach: In this study using quantitative methods that aim to determine the effect of location, personal selling, and sales promotion on public interest in becoming customers at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga. For the purpose of this study, 110 samples were used from the community around the BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga head office, domiciled in a radius of 2 km from the BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga head office, using a purposive sampling technique.Put your text here (Cambria 10pt). Research Findings: Based on the results of the research that the location t test has no effect and is not significant because the t count < t table is -0.532 < 1.982. In personal selling based on the t test that personal selling has a positive and significant effect because the t count > t table is 2,000 > 1,982 and sales promotion based on the t test has a positive and significant effect because the t count > t table is 3,361 > 1,982

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to determine the influence of personality and market considerations work on student career interests in Islamic financial institutions with motivation as a moderating variable. Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is a quantitative method. Population this research is a student of Islamic banking UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta with a sample of 146 people obtained by purposive sampling method. Data that used is primary data, using an online questionnaire/google form. Data that obtained were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique through SmartPLS software. Research Findings: The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of personality variables and labor market considerations on student career interests. Motivation able to moderate the relationship between labor market considerations and students' career interests. However, motivation is not able to moderate the relationship between personality and career interest student.

Abstract

Research Aims: Today's rapid technological development is a means for the banking industry to increase digital transactions. Bank Syariah Indonesia as one of the banking industries that was formed from the merger of three state-owned Islamic banks has also begun to develop a digital financial transaction system through its mobile banking services. In this study, the focus of the researcher refers to the purchase feature where the feature is already widely known and used by the wider community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the interest in using the purchase feature through the acceptance of the technology used in service mobile banking BSI's. Design/methodology/approach: The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents using purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were students and the general public who were both customers and users of mobile banking BSI's. The data analysis technique was carried out using the technique Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)through the Warp PLS 5.0 analysis tool. Reseach Findings: The results of the SEM analysis show that there is good interest in customers who use the purchase feature of mobile banking BSI's. The existence of this feature also makes it easier for customers to carry out each financial transaction and increases effectiveness and productivity. Research limitation and implication: The implications of this research are expected to be input for practitioners who take part in the Islamic banking industry to improve service quality to meet customer needs in terms of digital financial transactions.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to determine the effect of resilience and emotional intelligence during the pandemi Covid-19 at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yoyakarta through work engagement as an intervening variable. Design/methodology/approach: The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The population in this study were 38 employees of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews, and the data analysis tools used were multiple linear regression and path analysis using software IBM SPSS 25.0. Research Findings: The results of this study indicate that the resilience variable does not affect work engagement but does affect employee performance during the pandemi Covid-19, the emotional intelligence variable does affect work engagement but does not affect employee performance during the pandemi Covid-19, the work engagement variable affect employee performance during the pandemi Covid-19, and the work engagement variable was unable to mediate the effect of resilience on employee performance but was able to mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance during the pandemi Covid-19 at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research Aims: This study aims to determine whether lifestyle, religiosity, Islamic financial literacy, social environment, and brand image affect students' interest in saving in Islamic banks. This research is quantitative in nature to test the hypotheses that have been set previously. The population of this study are students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga majoring in Islamic banking, class of 2019-2021. Methodology: Sampling from this study using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The primary data in this study uses 85 questionnaires that can be processed. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25. Research Findings: The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, the variables of religiosity, social environment, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the intention to save, while the variables of lifestyle and Islamic financial literacy do not have a significant effect on the interest in saving of students in Islamic banks.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research Aims: This research aims to determine the adoption of Sharia Fintech services in the field of payment gateways using the UTAUT model with modifications to add knowledge of riba as a moderation variable. Design/methodology/approach: This research used an online survey method. The population this research are all users of Sharia payment gateway services. The sampling using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 116 respondents. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS using Smart PLS 3.3.3 software. Research Findings: The results of this research presented that Social Influence and Facilitating Condition have an effect in determining interest in using Sharia payment gateway services. Performance expectancy and effort expectancy have no effect on the interest in using Sharia payment gateway services. Meanwhile, in this research only in Effort Expectancy moderated by Knowledge About Riba.
