Abstract

Information systems are the process of collecting and processing transaction data and communicating data into information for decision-making. User Experience Design (UXD) is the process of developing a product to increase user satisfaction with a product by increasing usability, accessibility, and satisfaction provided in the interaction with a product or application. The main factor in the success of application developers depends on the user experience that users feel, therefore it is very important to make this a priority in developing designs. This method is able to make your design look neat, simple, intuitive, flexible, and attractive as well as provide a different experience to users of your product or service and make you look unique in front of other competitors. Modeling the inventory system uses a user centered design model with five stages, namely empethized, define problem statements, indentation, and prototype. The results of this study are in accordance with the needs of users in creating a web-based inventory information system that can overcome the problems faced by the school. The results of testing the inventory application using the blackbox testing model which has a value of 100% in accordance with testing the functionality of the system, and the test results using web quality 4.0 obtained a total score of 91.53%. Based on this, the Web Quality 4.0 test results have very good criteria.

Abstract

The goal is to produce an E-posyandu system application that can provide convenience in recording posyandu data and ease for the public to access information related to growth and development data for toddlers and babies. Problems in the process carried out at posyandu such as the process of processing and recording using written media have an impact on the recap process repeatedly, writing errors and presentation of reports that seem slow. The problem with the services provided in the form of toddler growth and development information is not yet fully available that can be seen by members or the public starting from target level information, Cards Towards Health, Weighed and Climbed still using the blackboard, thus impacting the limited scope of information. System development is carried out with an extreme programming method with an object-oriented system built using a Mysql database and has a back end display using a website and a toddler parent section using a mobile application as the front end. With this system, the public can see detailed information and information graphs of toddler growth and development data and can see nutritional information and specialist doctors. Based on the results of functional suitability testing, 96.92% of the results were obtained so that it can be concluded that respondents assessed that the system built has been successful and based on usability testing obtained by 82.33% it can be concluded according to respondents, namely Strongly Agree that the development is appropriate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the best customer from the customer loyalty indicator which will measure the extent to which customer loyalty is formed by the company's efforts. So that other customers become more motivated from the rewards given by the company for determining the best customer. The best customer decision support system assists companies in automation and computerization in determining the best customers based on criteria set by the company. The results of data collection obtained the criteria used in determining the best customer, namely total payments, purchase frequency, and type of payment. The results for determining the best customer for rank 1 were obtained by a customer named Sri Widianingsih with a final score of 3.04. Rank 2 was obtained by a customer with the name Ahmad Budiantoro with a final score of 2.9175. Rank 3 is obtained by a customer with the name Kusumaningrum with a final score of 2.5975.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to apply a manual inventory forecasting system with the moving average method in order to speed up the decision-making process and be able to minimize the error rate in calculating stock in the warehouse. The results of inventory forecasting in 2023 have an average of 192 for 116 BR animal feed items. Based on the results of calculating the average amount, a satisfaction level of 3,825 was obtained and if you follow the reference of Kaplan and Norton satisfaction level, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the level of user satisfaction with the inventory application is included in the satisfied category. So that the indications shown are positive from the PIECES model, namely users are satisfied with this inventory application.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama pada penelitian ini adalah kesulitan bagi sivitas yang ada di Prodi Sistem Informasi baik mahasiswa baru ataupun mahasiswa yang selama ini mengikuti kuliah daring untuk mencari ruangan dan gedung di lingkungan sistem Informasi, hal tersebut dikarenakan dari tahun 2020 sudah diberlakukan perkuliahan daring dan berakhir pada agustus 2022. Salah satu cara untuk memperkenalkan daerah kampus dapat menggunakan teknologi foto 360 yang mana pengguna dapat melihat bentuk digital dari gambar yang disiapkan. Penggunaan foto 360 dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk mengetahui hal baru, memudahkan tampilan Informasi secara visual dari tempat yang ada, membantu dalam menjangkau lokasi dan Informasi ruangan, serta dapat membuat pengguna seolah-olah berada di lokasi. Masalah lain yang ditemui adalah pengambilan gambar yang membutuhkan lensa fisheye untuk memproses gambar yang telah diambil agar menjadi lebih baik apabila tidak maka proses pembuatan foto 360 membutuhkan gambar yang lebih banyak. Penelitian ini membahas tentang cara penggunaan sumber daya minimal untuk menghasilkan foto 360 yang prosesnya disingkat dengan nama DOC-TaPiS, hal ini dilakukan agar pengunaan 360 Camera atau pun pemanfaatan lensa fisheye tidak lagi diperlukan. Sedangkan proses penggabungan foto (panorama) dengan menggunakan komputer atau perangkat lain juga tidak diperlukan lagi karena hasil akhir pengambilan smartphone adalah foto 360 dengan format yang dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini. Hal ini menjadikan penelitian yang dilakukan lebih unggul dari segi sumber daya yang digunakan sehingga menjadi lebih efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya
