Abstract

Cucian Gading Putih merupakan tempat penelitian yang penulis pilih yang beralamatkan di Jl. Melati No. 20, Labuhan dalam, Kecamatan Tanjung Senang, Bandar Lampung, adalah jasa cuci mobil yang menyediakan sebuah fasilitas yang dipakai untuk membersihkan mobil seperti mobil tronton, Puso, Bis, Coldesel, dan pribadi. Cucian Gading Putih merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi karena bermanfaat bagi kendaraan mobil agar tetap menjaga kebersihan mobil. Pendataan mobil dan transaksi pembayaran pada cucian gading belum terkomputerisasi dikarenakan terbatasnya teknologi yang masih konvensional dimana masih menggunakan lembaran kertas (form) menggunakan tulisan tangan sabagai media pencatatan data mobil. yaitu berupa data mobil masuk, Plat/No kendaraan mobil, nama tukang cuci, harga mobil, dan perhitungan gaji karyawan masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga pemrosesan data tidak berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien. Selanjutnya pada tahapan pengembangan sistem dengan  model prototype. Analisis perancangan meliputi Use Case, Activity diagram, Class Diagram . implementasi menggunakan alat seperti CSS sebagai desain tampilan antarmuka dan MSQL sebagai pengolahan database. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan peengujian BlackBox. Hasil  pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem informasi akuntansi jasa cuci mobil (studi kasus: Cucian Gading Putih) dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam transaksi, pembuatan laporan pendapatan, gaji dan menjadikan proses tersebut menjadi lebih efisien.

Abstract

This research is aimed at (1) finding out the description of the current cash system applied by the mosque; and (2) determining the proposed design of web based cash summary information system for the mosque. The results of the research are (1) It is found that the current cash system used by the mosque is the manual system conducted by the treasurer and treasurer assistant, starting from the existence of the mosque‟s cash receipt and expend evidences. These evidences then become the base of the records in the cash ledger. This cash ledger, functioning as the base for formulating the cash summary, is then rewritten in details into someinterconnected cash ledgers on three information whiteboards with the format: date, detail, amount debit and date, detail, amount credit, in order to show the transparant cash condition to the mosque‟s society;(2) The designed system tested by means of „Black- Box Testing‟ is the web based cash summary information system. This web programming application is engineered to accompany the manual system as a better alternative because it has some strengths in that, it has „Transaction Database‟ which can be processed to produce information with awesome characteristics, i.e. it is neatly ordered, strictly objective, transparant and easily accessible as the mosque‟s society can directly access the dynamic information through the web.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang memiliki krakteristik keberpihakan kepada ekonomi kerakyatan. Bulan September Tahun 2015 kegiatan proses bisnis informasi melalui aplikasi manajemen usaha yang terintegrasi telah diluncurkan oleh pemerintah dengan nama e-Koperasi. Penerapan E-Koperasi di seluruh Wilayah Indonesia diharapkan secara positif menghasilkan efesiensi dan transparansi pelaporan keuangan koperasi dapat terwujud segera. Permasalahannya adalah penerapan e-Koperasi memerlukan kesiapan pengguna oleh badan usaha koperasi itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan masukan berupa hasil analisis kesiapan pengguna dengan pendekatan Fishbone Analysis.Kata kunci: E-koperasi, Analisis Fishbone, Kesiapan

Abstract

This research aims to empirically investigate the influences of the personality factors towards the students’ intention to use the database software at the computerized accounting vocational colleges in Lampung province. In order to answer the hypotheses, this research applies a survey study with 301 computerized accounting vocational students. Based on these samples I test using structural equation modeling of AMOS™ (Analysis of Moment Structure) software.The result of the study indicates that the estimations of the regression weights coefficient, standardized regression weights and critical ratio, has led to the conclusion that statistically, the first hypothesis is not supported whereas the second hypothesis isstatistically supported. In conclusion, , based on the low score of the standardized regression wights coefficient, it can be concluded thus, that the students’ intention to use the database software at the computerized accounting vocational colleges in Lampung Province is relatively low.Key Words : personality, intention, database software

Abstract

Yatim Madani Orphanage does not yet have an integrated information system to support its data processing, for example data management for orphans and assistance. The process that has been carried out so far is still manual, such as recording data in books, and delivery of fund information, the institution only tells when there are donors visiting the Orphanage. From this research a website-based Donor Fund Management Information System is designed using crowdfunding method, with a donation site model that disseminates donation information through social media making it easier to make donation projects and publish funds needed

Abstract

This service activity in the form of electronic archiving training or e-filling is motivated by archiving activities carried out at the village office still using the traditional way, namely using paper. This method will cause many problems, so it is necessary to conduct electronic archiving training for village officials. The village office in Pekon Sukanegeri Jaya has been equipped with computer equipment and an internet network that can be used for electronic archive management. However, the skills and knowledge of village officials are still lacking, especially for archiving using Google Drive media. The purpose of implementing this service is that with the existence of electronic archiving training for village officials, it is hoped that archive management at the village office can be more organized and make it easier for village officials to re-search the archive files needed at any time.

Abstract

The production department of PT Sugar Labinta requires overtime to complete its work. This overtime work process requires procedures and calculations. One of the problems that is often faced is too many employees who work overtime (overtime) and limited resources to manage and calculate overtime pay. The staff section in calculating employee overtime pay must look at the employee overtime work order (SPKL) one by one so that it takes a long time, then input the employee overtime hours, basic salary, calculate overtime hours manually, and calculate overtime pay and total wages overtime, this requires accuracy so that if an error occurs it will be detrimental to employees and the calculation of overtime pay will be recalculated. This designed information system can make it easier for companies to calculate employee overtime wages and reduce errors in calculating overtime pay and validating overtime wage data. By using the extreme programming method, it can be more effective in the process because it can produce applications with a performance efficiency level of 75% of the planned target time. The results of the employee overtime wage accounting information system make it easier for the company to make journal reports on cash disbursements for employee overtime wages at PT Sugar Labinta.

Abstract

PT Indokom berdiri sejak tahun 1996 yang terdiri dari cabang PT Indokom Citra Persada, PT Indokom Samudra Persada, dan PT Indo American Seafood. PT Indokom Samudra Persada bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan pembekuan udang sejak tahun 2001 sampai sekarang. Dimana dalam proses pencatatan persediaan barang di logistik masih menggunakan lembar kerja spreadsheet, meskipun hasilnya sudah cukup baik namun dalam pengerjaannya masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan diantaranya dalam perhitungan biaya untuk penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang yang harus dihitung menggunakan rumus dilembar kerja spreadsheet. Dalam mengembangkan sistem penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan berorientasi objek yaitu metode waterfall, untuk metode pengembangan menggunakan metode pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan beberapa alat bantu dan teknik pengerjaan menggunakan UML yang terdiri dari use case, activity, class diagram, dan sequence. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah java dan database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Tujuan dengan dibangunnya sistem pengendalian internal dapat membantu dalam mengontrol persediaan bahan habis pakai sehingga tidak terjadi kekurangan stok barang saat departemen lain membutuhkan barang tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pengendalian internal yang dapat membantu dalam penginputan data, pencarian data serta membantu untuk mengetahui jumlah stok minimal.

Abstract

SMK Pangudi Luhur merupakan smk swasta yang berdiri di Seputih Mataram Lampung Tengah 2 maret 2000, SMK ini sangatlah baik perkembangannya dari tahun ke tahun, setiap tahunnya SMK ini meluluskan putra dan putri terbaik, setiap tahunnya hampir 500 siswa yang lulus di SMK. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh SMK Pangudi Luhur yaitu proses pencatatan aset masih menggunakan cara manual dengan mencatat di buku keuangan aset dan terdapat berupa bukti kwitansi atas pengeluaran tersebut. Sistem yang berjalan disekolah ini belum terkomputerisasi. Proses pencatatan aset dimulai ketika ada beberapa barang yang harus dibeli demi kelangsungan belajar peserta didik dimana dana tersebut diambil dari dana BOS yang diberikan pemerintah pada setiap tahun ajaran baru. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan aaplikasi terkomputerisasi pencatatan aset sekolah, sehingga memudahkan staf dalam pengelolaan data dan serta perhitungan keuangan tersebut dengan pendataan yang tepat.

Abstract

A teacher is a professional educator who educates, teaches a knowledge, guides, trains, provides assessments, and evaluates students. Teachers not only teach formal education, but also other education and can be an exemplary figure by their students. Teacher competencies as referred to in the law include pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence obtained through professional education. Google Sheets is a web-based software developed by Google, for creating tables, simple calculations, or data processing. Google spreadsheets have a shape and appearance that is not much different from Microsoft Excel. The conclusion that can be drawn from the implementation of the PKM of the Assisted Schools is that training activities in the form of using Google Sheets for financial statement management for teachers majoring in Accounting on April 14, 2022 were carried out well and the result was that teachers became more understanding of making financial reports using Google spreadsheets, so as to be able to provide knowledge and improve their ability to make financial reports.
