Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of price perception, brand equity, product quality on purchasing decisions. The subject of this research is the Vario 150 CC product which was carried out in Kebumen district. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents who used Vario 150 CC motorbikes using incidential techniques. The research results show that: partially price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, partially brand equity influences purchasing decisions, partially product quality influences purchasing decisions, and simultaneously price perception, brand equity and product quality jointly influence purchasing decisions, it can be concluded that together the variables of price perception, brand equity and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work loyalty, work environment and communication on organizational citizenship behavior in non-medical personnel at PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital, Kebumen Regency. The population and sample in this study were all non-medical employees at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital, totaling 50 people. The data analysis method uses validity, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that loyalty, work environment and communication have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the role of customer satisfaction as an intervening variable between service quality and customer value on repurchase intention among Honda AHASS Kebumen workshop customers. The population of this research is the customers of the AHASS Honda workshop on Jl. Kusuma No. 14 Kebumen with 100 customers. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and statistical analysis techniques including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis and path analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 24.0 program. The results of the research show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and customer satisfaction has an effect on repurchase intention and customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer value on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of investment decisions proxied by PER, profitability proxied by NPM, dividend policy proxied by DPR on company value proxied by PBV in Consumer Goods Industrial Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period. . The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The research results show that investment decisions (PER) have no significant effect on dividend policy (DPR), profitability (NPM) have a significant effect on dividend policy (DPR), investment decisions (PER) have a significant effect on firm value (PBV), profitability (NPM) significant effect on company value (NPM), dividend policy (DPR) has a significant effect on company value (PBV), investment decisions (PER) on company value (PBV) through dividend policy (DPR) shows that investment decisions have no effect on company value through dividend policy, profitability (NPM) on company value (PBV) through dividend policy (DPR) shows that profitability has no effect on company value through dividend policy

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of mining sector companies listed on the IDX on the LQ-45 index for the 2019-2021 period. Measurement of liquidity ratios uses the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio proxies. Meanwhile, profitability ratios are used as ROA, ROE and NPM proxies. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using secondary data sources obtained from the websites of each mining company. The results of the research show that the ADRO company has liquidity conditions from the quick ratio and cash ratio (categorized as very good), but the current ratio (categorized as poor). At the ANTM company the liquidity conditions from the current ratio and quick ratio (categorized as poor), but the cash ratio ( categorized as very good). For INCO, ITMG and PTBA companies, liquidity conditions in terms of current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio (categorized as very good). Meanwhile, from the general profitability ratios of ROA, ROE and NPM for the 2019-2021 period in all mining sector companies ADRO, ANTM, INCO, ITMG and PTBA (in the poor category), this is because sales, income and sales prices have decreased so that profits decreased but did not result in losses.
