Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, persepsi dukungan organisasi dan person job fit terhadap perilaku inovatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 karyawan UKM industri kreatif di Kabupaten Kebumen. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini dilakukan mengunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku berbagi pengatahuan, perspesi dukungan organisasi, dan person job fit berpengaruh positif terhadap periaku inovatif. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan adalah perilaku berbagi pengetahuan.

Abstract

Gerabah Gebangsari merupakan salah satu satu produk khas desa Gebangsari yang diwariskan secara turun temurun namun belum mampu meningkatkan perekonomian pengrajin sehingga banyak yang beralih ke usaha lain seperti buruh genteng dan batu bata, Minimnya pengetahuan srategi marketing dan kurangnya nilai ekonomis gerabah menyurutkan pengrajin untuk menekuni kerajinan gerabah ini, ditambah lagi adanya pandemi covid 19 yang saat ini melanda seluruh dunia. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pengrajin gerabah desa Gebangsari kecamatan Klirong Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu FGD, penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Target permasalahan prioritas yang segera ditangani dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah masalah strategi marketing. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sebagai upaya pemecahan atas permasalahan yang ada sehingga dapat membentuk masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomi melalui pengetahuan dan ketrampilan khususnya bidang marketing sehingga memperluas pasar dan volume penjualan serta efisiensi biaya produksi dan pemasaran. Output yang diberikan ke pengrajin berupa alat peraga marketing, banner dan alat putar gerabah elektronik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan (1) dapat menggali permasalahan permasalahan yang dihadapi pengrajin khususnya dibidang marketing yang akhirnya dapat menumbuhkan motivasi tinggi untuk pengembangan usaha produksi gerabah (2) menambah pengetahuan strategi marketing sehingga meningkatkan volume penjualan pasca pandemi covid 19. Kata kunci: Pengrajin, Gerabah, Strategi, Marketing ABSTRACT Gebangsari pottery is one of the typical products of Gebangsari village that has been passed down from generation to generation but has not been able to improve the craftsmen's economy. This condition makes many of craftsmen have switched to other businesses such as tile and brick. The lack of marketing strategies knowledge and the pottery economic value have discouraged craftsmen from pursuing this pottery craft. It is worsen by the current condition affected by the Covid-19 pandemic sweeping the entire world. Community service partners of this program were pottery craftsmen in Gebangsari, Klirong, Kebumen. The method used in this service was FGD namely counseling and mentoring. The immediately handled issue of this service activity are those related to marketing strategy. Purpose of this community service activity is as an effort to solve existing problems so that they can form an economically independent society through knowledge and skills. The existing problem to tackle is especially in the field of marketing so as to expand the market and sales volume as well as the efficiency of production and marketing costs. The outputs given to the craftsmen were in the form of marketing props, banners, and electronic earthenware rotary tools. The results show that the activities carried out (1) can explore the problems faced by craftsmen, especially in the marketing sector, which in turn can foster high motivation of pottery production business development and 2) increase marketing strategies knowledge in order to intensify sales volume after the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Gerabah Gebangsari merupakan salah satu satu produk khas desa Gebangsari yang diwariskan secara turun temurun namun belum mampu meningkatkan perekonomian warga masyarakat sehingga banyak yang beralih ke usaha bertani, berkebun atau bahkan banyak pengrajin usia produktif yang berpindah ke kota besar untuk mencari pekerjaan, minimnya pengetahuan srategi marketing juga kurangnya nilai ekonomis gerabah menyurutkan generasi muda untuk menekuni potensi kerajinan gerabah ini, ditambah lagi adanya pandemi covid 19 yang saat ini melanda seluruh dunia. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah seluruh pengrajin yang berada di desa Gebangsari kecamatan Klirong Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode pelaksanaan FGD dan pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan (1) Dapat menumbuhkan motivasi pengrajin dimasa pandemic covid-19 (2) menambah pengetahuan strategi marketing sehingga meningkatkan volume penjualan pasca pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Vocational or vocational education is an education that is different from general education. Vocational education is directed at forming graduates who have professional insight, which is something that is embedded in a person that influences his behavior, namely caring for quality (not just so), working quickly, precisely, and efficiently without or with the supervision of others, respecting time, and maintain reputation. The purpose of implementing Career Guidance in Schools is so that students can: (increase their knowledge of themselves (self-concept); increase their knowledge of the world of work; develop their attitudes and values in dealing with job choices in preparation for entering them; improve thinking skills so that they can make decisions. about positions that suit him and are available in the world of work, and master basic skills that are important in work, especially the ability to communicate, cooperate and take initiative. This service activity is carried out for 1 day using several methods, including lectures and questions and answers. This community service activity is to provide communication skills to participants as a provision for preparation for graduation so that participants develop their attitudes and values in facing employment choices or the choice of continuing to a higher level of education. The impact of this service activity provides participants with knowledge and skills about communication skills and career guidance so that participants are better prepared to choose work or continue to a higher level after graduating from school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD pasar Wonokriyo Gombong. Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah menurunnya kinerja pegawai yang disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 34 pegawai dengan metode sampel jenuh atau menggunakan keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda serta uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai R2 diperoleh 0,395 yang artinya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 39,5% terhadap kinerja dan sisanya 60,5% disebabkan oleh faktor lain

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge sharing behavior, perceptions of organizational support and person job fit on innovative behavior. The sample of this study was 150 employees of creative industry SMEs in Kebumen Regency. Hypothesis testing of this study was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that knowledge sharing behavior, organizational support perspectives, and person job fit have a positive effect on innovative behavior. The variable that has the most dominant influence is knowledge sharing behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job insecurity, job burnout and role conflict on job stress. This research was conducted on employees of Pt.Sinarmas Multifinance Kebumen Branch. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 33 respondents of employees of PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Kebumen Branch. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and coefficient of determination. The analysis technique used is using SPSS version 25 analysis program for Windows. The results obtained in this study indicate that the variables of job insecurity, job burnout, role conflict have a significant effect on job stress. The job insecurity variable has a significant effect on job stress, the job burnout variable has a significant effect on job stress, and the role conflict variable has a significant effect on job stress.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the relationship between self-leadership and innovative behavior in the workplace with self-efficacy and optimism as mediating variables. This study used a convenience sampling method involving 121 Mathematics Teachers in Kebumen District with 121 teachers as respondents. Data were analyzed using quantitatively using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that self-leadership, optimism, and self-efficacy affected innovative behavior, while self-leadership affected optimism and self-efficacy. Besides, optimism and self-efficacy could mediate the relationship between self-leadership and innovative behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the model of acceptance of halal food products among non-Muslims in Indonesia. The proposed acceptance model is built through the collaboration of various combinations of theories such as Action Reaction Theory (TRA), Planned Behavior Theory (TPB), and Triandis Model (Triandm). This combination produces a new construct of acceptance model through the variables of inner perspective, the credibility of the halal logo, and habits as latent variables, while the acculturation variable as a mediating variable.The research was conducted in Indonesia with 317 respondents taken using non-probability sampling technique through purposive sampling method in 24 provinces. The proposed model shows positive and significant results. The inner perspective as a construct that represents a combination of norm variables in TRA and TPB, as well as social variables in TRIANDM shows positive results on acceptance and also positive on acculturation. Likewise with the credibility of the halal logo and the habit of convincing with a positive relationship to acculturation, but in relation to acceptance, the habit shows an insignificant value. Acculturation is a very decisive variable in this study, besides having a significant influence on customer acceptance it is also a mediation for other constructs.The findings in this study indicate the alignment of the model in the propositions tested. The research results also prove the theoretical alignment of several combinations of theories. Finally, because it was not found in previous research in a similar study, this research can be a pioneer in formulating an appropriate model of acceptance for non-Muslim consumers in Indonesia towards halal food.

Abstract

The disruptive era requires all business units to adapt to changes in business models, so as not to be disrupted by digitalization which destroys new business models so that they are able to maintain competitive advantages. In fact, modern retail with the availability of shared resources makes it easier to adapt, compared to traditional retail which has limited shared resources. Another way used by traditional retailers to continue to adapt to the disruptive era is by joining a community that is willing to provide development in the digitalization of the retail business ecosystem. The ability of traditional retail partners to create added value in the digital network business ecosystem in Kebumen Regency is still not optimal. Some of the reasons include pure partnership initiatives coming from corporate partners, the mindset of retail partners is different, the resources owned by retail partners are different (there is no standardization), and the activity links carried out by retail partners are different. Some of the added values created by traditional retail partners include finding guaranteed affordable prices, the opportunity to complete products at outlets, the store atmosphere being neat, clean and bright, involvement in supporting Government policy programs, and an increase in the number of customers and turnover that goes hand in hand with increase in profits
