<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of online transportation services in Palemang City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a type of comparative causal research. The data used in the study are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique uses puruposive sampling technique. This study used a sample of 100 respondents who were people living in Palembang City. The data analysis used is by F test, T test, and multiple linear analysis. The results of test F show that the variable of service quality simultaneously affects the satisfaction of Maxim customers in Palembang City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value in commercial and sharia banks in Indonesia using good corporate governance as a moderator. This review included commercial and sharia banks still up in the air by the creator recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade (IDX) from the period 2018 to the period 2021, utilizing the Directed Relapse Examination (MRA) technique which is checked on from the fiscal summaries, by delivering 17 organizations as an example and tried utilizing with SPSS. The results obtained from the examination demonstrate the way that intellectual capital can have a significant effect on firm value and good corporate governance as a moderator can significantly strengthen the impact of intellectual capital on firm value, utilizing the A-VAIC model as an estimation. In order for commercial and sharia banks in Indonesia to increase the firm value, they need to develop an efficient method for fully disclosing intellectual capital, supported by the existence of good corporate governance as an efficient system that will attract stakeholders' attention. This study used the A-VAIC (Adjusted Value Added Intellectual Coefficient) as a measurement of intellectual capital efficiency.]]>

<![CDATA[Creativity is the ability in a person to form and provide novelty in the form of ways, ideas and ideas that can benefit the person himself and the surrounding environment. Independent nature, skills and also the ability to solve problems are emphasized in children's creativity. The formulation of the research problem this time is "How to develop children's creativity by using a color image creation using colored thread by children aged 5-6 years at RA Muslimat Al-washliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra?”, The purpose of this research is to develop children's creativity through a color game using thread media at the age of 5-6 years at RA Muslimat Al-ashliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra. This study uses descriptive qualitative research in which the research subjects are teachers and also students in class B. The data collection tools that the authors use in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that the researchers did for one month at RA Muslimat Al-washliyah Simangalam, South Kualuh District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra in developing the creativity of students through color games that are mediated with colored threads when carrying out learning activities and playing with threads in activities carried out to develop creativity in children. at the end of the activity developing children's creativity using these threads is considered effective because there are more children who develop according to expectations than children who have not yet developed.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the financial management applied to Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School Bakalan Suruhan Kidul. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The results of the study show that Darunnajah Bakalan Suruhan Kidul Islamic Boarding School has carried out financial management, although it is still carried out in a simple way, but it has been carried out in accordance with financial management functions which include: 1) planning, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation or reporting. From the results of the analysis of the research conducted, it can be concluded that in the financial management of the Darunnajah Bakalan Suruhan Kidul Islamic Boarding School, budget planning is carried out in consultation with caregivers, ustaz and ustazah and the board of the Islamic boarding school at the beginning of each school year. Implementation of financial management is carried out based on predetermined plans. Evaluation or reporting is carried out at the end of the school year in the form of an accountability report which is then reported to caregivers and senior boarding school officials.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to collect data that demonstrates how various financial ratios affect the development of a company's bottom line. Multiple ratios are used in the analysis, such as the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). This research covers the time period from 2017 to 2021 and is limited to manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Eight of these organizations make up the sample size for this study. The f-test and t-test are used to examine the hypotheses, and the multiple linear regression analysis model is used for data analysis in this study. This investigation suggests that neither the Current Ratio (CR), nor the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), nor the Total Asset Turnover (TAT) significantly affects the development of profits. However, the Net Profit Margin (NPM) is found to be a highly important predictor of future profits. Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) were used as independent variables in this investigation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the decline in the company's net profit value at PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. One of the causes of the decline in the company's net profit is the high costs incurred by the company. Increased net profit plays an important role in the prosperity of the company and investors. If the net profit value generated by the company has good performance, it will be glimpsed by investors as an initial consideration in choosing a company that will be given investment. Therefore, researchers raised the issue of the effect of working capital and operating costs on net income. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The data used in this study is secondary data, the data source is obtained from the quarterly financial statements of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk from the period March 2015-December 2022. The sample of this study amounted to 32 samples of quarterly financial statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that working capital has a positive relationship and partially has a significant effect on net income. Meanwhile, operating costs have a negative relationship and partially have a significant effect on net income.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews, product knowledge, and product quality on the decision to purchase scarlett whitening products for students at the "Veteran" National Development University, East Java. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java with a total sample of 98 respondents. The data collection method in this study uses a survey method and uses partial least squares as a data analysis tool. From the results of the study it was found that online customer reviews, product knowledge and product quality have a major influence on the decision to purchase scarlett whitening products, which means that the better the reviews, product knowledge, and also the quality of scarlett whitening products, the better the student's decision to make a purchase..]]>

<![CDATA[In the era of digital technology disruption, accounting students need to be prepared and have the skills to succeed in the accounting profession. This study aims to examine the impact of accounting skills, digital literacy, human literacy and career adaptability on job readiness. The data source used is primary data collected online through Google forms using the purposive sampling method. The population of this study took a sample of 325 respondents, namely active undergraduate accounting students in the island of Sumatra. The research technique used is the structural equation modelling (SEM) method based on the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool version 4.0. The results indicate that accounting skills variables, digital literacy variables, human literacy variables, and career adaptability variables have a positive and significant influence on job readiness in the era of digital technology disruption. Thus, the results of this study can show that accounting students on the island of Sumatra will be better prepared for their job readiness if supported by the understanding and skills of these students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine whether accountability, transparency and community participation have an influence on Village Fund Management in the Village Government of Nasal District 2023. The analysis tool in this research uses the help of the SmartPLS software program version 4.0 which consists of evaluating the outer model and inner model. This research is included in descriptive research and is clauseal. The population in this study is the Village Government of Nasal District. Sampling in this study used Nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling method so that 85 respondents were obtained from all village officials at the Nasal District Village Government. The results show that accountability has a significant effect in a positive direction on village fund management in the Village Government of Nasal District, Kaur Regency in 2023. Transparency has a significant effect in a positive direction on the management of village funds in the Village Government of Nasal District, Kaur Regency in 2023. Community participation has a significant effect in a positive direction on the management of village funds in the Village Government of Nasal District, Kaur Regency in 2023.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the employee performance evaluation system used at the PTPN II central workshop. This research includes data collection through interviews with managers and employees as well as analysis of relevant documents. The research results show that the current PTPN II Workshop employee performance appraisal system has several weaknesses, namely the lack of quality of employee performance appraisal in the areas of skills, personal, soft skills and hard skills. The evaluation process is not always objective, the assessment criteria are unclear and the comments provided are not systematic. Additionally, there is a need to improve employee training and development based on their performance appraisal. Recommendations include establishing clearer evaluation criteria, training managers to provide effective feedback, and improving the employee development system to determine the objectives of research on employee performance and quality in the areas of personal skills, soft skills and hard skills. It is hoped that this will help improve the quality of employee performance assessments and their contribution to the success of the PTPN II focus workshop. This study provides useful information for other organizations seeking to improve their employee performance appraisal systems and also provides guidance for improving overall human resource management.]]>
