Abstract

This research aims to find and analyze how accounting is used in MSMEs and the issues or problems they face. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, the population is MSMEs located around Potorono Edupark as the research location with 30 samples of MSME actors. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the T Test, the research results show that accounting knowledge does not have a significant influence, entrepreneurial personality has a significant influence and educational background also has a significant influence on the development of MSMEs. So it can be concluded that MSME business owners should keep records to support their business because apart from being important for business, the application of accounting can also be used by MSME owners in making decisions.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important things in an institution because it plays a role in improving the quality of human resources. There are several factors that can influence performance, including organizational culture, work involvement and organizational commitment. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of work involvement and organizational commitment in mediating organizational culture and employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of regional II PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. The sampling technique in this research used the Slovin formula and a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results of this research indicate that organizational culture influences employee performance. Organizational culture influences work engagement. Organizational culture influences organizational commitment. Work involvement influences employee performance. Organizational commitment influences employee performance. Work engagement is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and promotion on luxury crime purchasing decisions with trust as a mediating variable. The population of this research is all residents of Sergai Regency who have purchased Luxcrime. The sample for this research was 180 respondents. Data analysis used in this research was carried out using the alternative Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the research show: 1) product quality influences the decision to purchase luxcrime, 2) promotion influences the decision to purchase luxcrime, 3) trust influences the decision to purchase luxcrime, 4) product quality influences consumer confidence in luxcrime, 5) promotion influences consumer confidence in luxcrime , 6) trust mediates the influence of product quality on luxury crime purchasing decisions, 7) trust mediates the influence of promotions on luxury crime purchasing decisions in the Sergai district community

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. BPR BKK Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan secara kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 105 responden dari karyawan yang telah bekerja dalam perusahaan PT. BPR BKK Boyolali minimal 2 tahun kerja. Pengujian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 26. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti yaitu Self efficacy (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y), dan Employee Engagament (Z). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, self efficacy terhadap organizational citizenship bahavior melalui employee engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui employee engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Customer perception of experience quality, including direct interaction and environmental quality, is crucial. A positive consumer journey is vital for understanding consumer desires during shopping, influenced by communal activation, co-creation, and currency. There is research to suggest that consumer experience may not have a significant impact on revisit, suggesting other variables affect consumer journeys and revisits. This study examines Conversation's role in influencing consumer journeys and revisits. Data from 102 respondents were collected and tested, demonstrating the feasibility of analysis using SmartPLS 0.3 and 0.4. The respondent selection technique that uses non-probability sampling tends to use purposive sampling. This study concludes the following 1) The roles of communal activation, co-creation, and currency have not been able to help create a consumer journey for Shopee customers. 2) The mediating role of the consumer journey for communal activation, co-creation, and currency has not been able to make consumers revisit. 3) The role of conversation as a mediator for communal activation, co-creation, and currency on revisit with the mediation of the consumer journey has not been able to support revisits by Shopee customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ease of use, sales promotion, and trust on repurchase intention in Shopee live streaming. The population in this study is all Shopee application users who make repeat purchases on Shopee live streaming, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this study uses quantitative methods with the help of SmartPLS ver. 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and trust also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention in Shopee live streaming.

Abstract

Digital technology rapid user growth over the years gives opportunity for new startup to join this market. In financial industry, cashless payment system become more popular and one of them is mobile wallet. Mobile wallet is gaining popularity during the Covid-19 pandemic and still growing until this day as a new mode of payment system due to it’s simplicity and QR-code based scan-to-pay method that gains millions of user in Indonesia. However, there is still some scepticism among users about it’s safety and merit that can cause hindrance on their intention to adopt it. Thus, this study intends to find out aspects that could trigger user intention on adapting Gopay, the most well known mobile wallet in Indonesia as a payment system. Extended-TAM model consist of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust is used as a primary theory. Primary data is collected by an online-based survey to 114 respondents then analyzed with PLS-SEM (SmartPLS 4.1.0.2). The analysis indicate that perceived usefulness and trust impacts behavioral intention significantly, while perceived ease of use shows no influence towards behavioral intention.
