<![CDATA[The results of this study aim to help analyze inventory management at Ayam Java food stalls. In this study, qualitative methods were used by conducting direct interviews with Ayam Java food stall owners to obtain data used in inventory calculations. Based on interviews, the owner of the food stall admitted that he had never done inventory management. Therefore, this study tries to calculate the cost of ordering and storage costs of Java Chicken food stalls using the EOQ method, to assist owners in managing their inventory. The results showed that the EOQ method can help java chicken food stalls in minimizing the cost of ordering supplies. The EOQ method also helps owners know the optimal number and frequency of bookings. This is proven after calculation, there is a significant difference in booking costs]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of the coffee business in Indonesia, particularly in major and minor cities, has attracted many entrepreneurs to open coffee shops. Customer impressions inside cafes are influenced by spatial arrangement, cafe image, and other factors such as products, services, and physical environment. Modern cafes offer a variety of food and beverages while creating a comfortable environment. The cafe's spatial arrangement plays a significant role in creating comfort and attraction that affect customer choices. This research focuses on Cafe EJ33 in Tarakan, North Kalimantan, which has a unique concept with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, including a VIP space. The study employs a survey method with 100 respondents to explore whether the cafe's image and spatial arrangement influence customer preferences at Cafe EJ33. The analysis results indicate a positive influence of the cafe's image on customer preferences, suggesting that Cafe EJ33 is perceived by respondents as a place that provides a positive experience and image. <![CDATA[This research aims to assess the effectiveness of inventory control applied by Mie Ayam Pahlawan in optimizing production costs and determining the economically optimal order quantity for raw materials, as well as minimizing the total inventory cost. The study employs a quantitative descriptive method, focusing on the company within a specific timeframe, gathering data and information relevant to the research objectives. Descriptive analysis techniques are utilized to analyze data related to raw material inventory control issues in efforts to reduce production costs, using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Period Order Quantity (POQ) methods. The findings indicate that the company can achieve cost savings by adopting the POQ method, where ordering costs are lower compared to the EOQ method or the current method employed by the company. The frequency of raw material purchases using the company's method is higher than the POQ method (Period Order Quantity).]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to test whether Brand Ambassador, Electronic Word Of Mouth, and Lifestyle have an influence on Purchase Decisions for Somethinc skincare in Yogyakarta City. This research took samples from consumers who purchased and used some type of skincare, aged 18 to 25 years, female and male, as well as students who live in the city of Yogyakarta. The method used uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were distributed online using Google Form. The number of respondents' data processed was 112 people which was obtained using the Hair formula, namely the number of indicators multiplied by 7. This research data was analyzed using multiple linear analysis and this processing was carried out using SPSS version 20. The results of this research show that the variables Brand Ambassador (X1), Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) and Lifestyle (X3) partially and simultaneously influence the Purchasing Decision variable (Y)]]>

<![CDATA[Location strategy is a critical factor in the success of a coffee shop business. The cafe / coffee shop business relies heavily on strategic locations to attract customers and maximize profitability. This article discusses various aspects of the location strategy for the coffee shop and external factors that affect visitor attraction to EJ33 Avenue in Tarakan City. This study aims to determine the effect of location strategy on buying interest EJJ3 Avenue in Tarakan. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample was taken using Purposive Sampling, namely sampling with certain considerations and based on the objectives of the researcher, which amounted to 0 respondents. The sample was filled by Tarakan City people who had visited, shopped, and knew about EJ33 Avenue in Tarakan City. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS testing 26. Based on the results of this study, the location strategy affects the interest in visiting EJ33 Avenue in Tarakan City. This is based on the results of tests conducted to see the indirect effect of the location on consumer buying interest EJ33 Avenue. Coffee shops can develop strong location strategies that can help them achieve long-term success. It can be concluded that consumer buying interest can arise due to the influence of the location offered by the coffee shop, thus attracting the interest of consumers to visit.]]>

<![CDATA[Background : Nurses are the most important human resource in hospitals in terms of carrying out various efforts aimed at optimizing the quality of nurse skills and providing health service to the community. One of the good performance of nurses is influence by the level of enthusiasm or motivation of nurses at work. High motivation can be supported through the competence that nurses have and adequate working condition to make work easier. Objective : Improve the work motivation of nurses by analyzing the influence of competence on the work motivation of nurses, analyzing the hospital facilities on the work motivation of nurses, and analyzing the influence competence and hospital facilities towards work motivation of nurses at RSGM Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama). Materials and Methods : Research is a correlational research using a quantitative approach, descriptive-inferential statistical analysis method, and data analysis technique of correlation and regression in both single and multiple. The sample in this research was dental nurses at RSGM Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) in total of 50 people. Sample was performed using non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Research Result : Indicate that the competence of nurses has an positive and significant influence to the level of work motivation of nurses at RSGM Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) and hospital facilities have a positive and significant influence on the work motivation of nurses at RSGM Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) as well. Conclusion : Competence and hospital facilities simultaneously and significantly have an influence on the work motivation of nurses at RSGM Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama).]]>

<![CDATA[Forecasting is an estimation of future events based on systematically compiled past data using certain methods. Forecasting is necessary as a basis for planning, therefore an appropriate forecasting method is needed to see a lower level of error so that inventory planning can be optimal and efficient. This study aims to find a more suitable method to be used at Hermul Jaya Clothing Store to determine the predicted amount of stock in the store. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and POM QM application to calculate the inventory forecast of uniform stores based on two indicators, namely Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average and Expponential Smoothing. From the results of this study, the stock inventory at Hermul Jaya Uniform Store is not yet effective because stock purchases or inventory are made without prior planning or it can be said that this store does not use forecasting methods]]>

<![CDATA[Wakaf was the economic base of the Mamluk dynasty. Wakaf undergoes transformation with the needs of the times because wakaf has a higher value of flexibility compared to zakat, one of which is the use of productive wakafs, like money wakaf. One of the innovations of the money waqf is the presence of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk where the urgency of the publication of CWLS among other things strengthens the financial economic capacity of the Shariah, strengthens management of the national wahaf institutions, supports the achievement of SDGs, and encourages social investment. This research uses a kind of library research method by gathering data from a variety of literature. The CWLS can prove that even though the wahaf value is not high, it still brings tremendous benefits. From the first publication of the Wakaf chapter to the present day, the CWLS results have contributed significantly to the economic sector or other sectors, such as post-pandemic economic recovery, development and provision of health facilities, empowerment of farmers, and various other tools programmes. CWLS could be a leading product in the future and a reserve for Indonesian economic development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the queuing system and service efficiency at the Bank BJB sub-branch office in West Bandung Regency, focusing on enhancing customer service operations. With the significant increase in banking sector customers in Indonesia, including a growth in accounts in both conventional and digital financial institutions, the banking industry faces challenges in maintaining speed and efficiency in customer service. Long queues and time-consuming services have led to customer dissatisfaction and reduced operational efficiency.The research examines the current performance of the queuing system and teller service time, analyzing the root causes of prolonged waiting and service times, and developing strategies to optimize these times. The Bank BJB KCP serves a varied customer base, with complex banking requirements that often lead to longer service times. The queuing system employs a multi-channel, single-phase model, and the tellers offer several services, each with its own service level agreement.Observational data collected over 12 working days revealed the busiest hours and performance metrics, indicating high congestion during peak hours. Root cause analysis, considering both teller and customer perspectives, identified key issues contributing to the queuing system's inefficiency. The study's findings aim to enhance the overall customer service efficiency at Bank BJB KCP.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of the successful implementation of the PPUBU (Business Entity Wage Receiving Workers) and PBPU (Non-Wage Receiving Workers) systems in the health service system. This system is relevant because of the important role of workers in supporting the continuity of health services in various business entities. The research method used is a descriptive and quantitative analysis approach involving participants from workers who are members of the PPUBU and PBPU systems in the health sector. Data collection was carried out through surveys, interviews and observations, with a focus on critical aspects of successful system implementation.The research results show that the successful implementation of the PPUBU and PBPU systems has a positive effect on the quality of health services.
