Abstract

The economic situation now in Indonesia is experiencing weakness due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. The people at that time were restricted in all their movements to travel, to manage business and so on. So that, it causes the economy of the community and the country declines. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts made by the government to boost the country's economy. One of them is empowering MSMEs in society. MSMEs are micro, small and medium enterprises that can be used to reduce unemployment, improve the economy in society and overcome poverty. The method used in writing this articles relates to the dialectic of descriptive-qualitative research through library research. The result of this article shows that MSMEs are a good way to improve social welfare and assist in gaining a good national security. Due to a prosperous society, the country's economy will be safe and grows fast, making the country developed country in all aspects. Keywords: Welfare, MSMEs and National Resilience.

Abstract

One of the transportation options in the city of Bogor is the Trans Pakuan Bus, sometimes referred to as the Ragit Transit Bus. It began operations on June 3, 2007, travels 14 kilometers in roughly 45 minutes, and serves the Baranangsiang Bubulak corridor. This line has 16 stops total. Instead of using dedicated lanes, this city bus operates Type 34 buses. The term "literature review" refers to a group of tasks or actions associated with library data collection techniques, such as gathering and organizing sources used in earlier studies. The implementation of the Trans Pakuan Bogor Bus policy is discussed in this study utilizing a research measurement tool made up of six indicators. These indicators include the scope and goals of the policy, available resources, the traits of agents and implementers, the attitudes of implementers, the organizational communication between implementer activities, and the external social, economic, and political conditions. Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of social media, online customer reviews and digital payments on the buying interest of Tiktok marketplace users in Surakarta. The research method uses a quantitative approach, in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all Surakarta City residents who had made purchases on the Tiktok application and a total sample of 100 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination with the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that social media, online customer reviews and digital payments have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Purchase intention can be explained by social media variables, online customer reviews and digital payments of 63.6%, while the rest is explained by other variables, for example, content marketing, brund trust, social media influencers, product reviews and others. Abstract

This study is entitled "Islamic Economic Analysis of Consumptive Behavior of Students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business Uin Alauddin Makassar." The data source used is primary data, namely information that comes from direct observation at the research location after conducting observations and interviews. Meanwhile, secondary sources are data obtained from documentation or literature studies to complement primary data. Data collection was carried out by field research through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that generally, students are more likely to behave consumptively than those who do not based on the three forms of consumptive behavior, namely in terms of food, shopping for "fashion" appearances, and ways to fill free time such as shopping malls, and others. The review of Islamic Economics has not been properly implemented by students, as from the data obtained that some student expenses are greater than reporting, students often buy food and then don't finish it or buy things that are not really needed, this kind of thing is classified as a waste which is prohibited in Islam. Therefore it takes awareness from everyone, especially students to apply consumption behavior that has been taught in Islam. Keywords : consumptive economy.

Abstract

Baradatu Waterpark Tourism Object 2017 to 2021 visitor data fluctuates. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find a suitable marketing strategy for Baradatu Waterpark. This study uses the SWOT analysis method. Systematically examine the strengths and weaknesses of the company's internal factors, as well as opportunities and threats from the company's environment. Based on the Cartesian SWOT diagram analysis, the strategy that must be applied in this situation is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy) related to the industry where there are leaders called market challengers and the order is as follows. To support a growth-oriented strategy, Baradatu Waterpark is supported by an SO strategy. The SO strategy can be implemented like this: (2) Reduce ticket prices and offer discounts to visitors to please them. (3) Providing innovation in both games and water parks. Abstract

The study was conducted at Er Coffee. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the store atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction at Er Coffee Pekanbaru. Store atmosphere as an independent variable (X1) and service quality as an independent variable (X2) and customer satisfaction as a dependent variable (Y). The problem in this study is that there is fluctuation in the realization of the number of consumers, this is accompanied by the café business increasing every year as can be seen from the data of café competitors. The sample of this study was taken as many as 97 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained from the questionnaire results using the Accidental Sampling technique and then processed to be tested with statistics through the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study show that the results of testing the store atmosphere t test hypothesis on consumer satisfaction, namely t count (8,568) > t table (1,661) means that store atmophere affects consumer satisfaction. Second, the quality of service to customer satisfaction obtained a calculated value (8,279) > t table (1,661) meaning that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction. F store atmosphere test results and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely F count (58,131) > Ftabel (3.09). This means that simultaneously the store atmosphere and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Er Coffee Pekanbaru Keywords : store atmosphere, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether self-efficacy and marketing strategy affect the performance of Islamic insurance agents PT. Sinarmas Kisaran partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with self-efficacy and marketing strategy as independent variables and agent performance as the dependent variable. The sampling technique is a saturated sample, all agents are used as a sample totaling 48 people. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test), Multiple Linear Test and Hypothesis Test (t test, F test, R2 test. Based on the statistical test results it can be concluded that partially Self Efficacy has an effect but not significant on the performance of the insurance agent PT Sinarmas Kisaran with a t-count value of 0.493 <t table (1.6772) and a significance of 0.624 > 0.05. Partially the Marketing Strategy has an effect on the performance of the insurance agent PT. Sinarmas Kisaran with a magnitude tcount value of 6.728> t table (1, 6772) and significance at 0.000 <0.05 Simultaneously Self Efficacy and Marketing Strategy affect the performance of insurance agents PT Sinarmas Kisaran with fcount value 44.760 > F table 2.81 or a significant value produced 0.000 <level of significant 0.05. R Square value of 0.665 this means that the influence of Self Efficacy (X1) and Government Strategy the target (X2) simultaneously affects performance (Y) is 66.50%. Abstract

The level of success in a country can be described by the rate of its economic growth which can be assessed from many aspects such as the value of export activities and import activities which have some influence on the trade balance in a country. Globalization and the era of free trade provide many opportunities for export companies to enter the world market as well as demand the readiness of a company to compete. Theories on international trade are proven to explain several personal business behaviors that are closely related to international trade activities. With good economic growth it will increase national income, people will be more prosperous in terms of the economy. In the last decade, there have been many studies stating that export activities can boost the growth of an economy because they can generate foreign exchange that can be used to finance internal sector development. This problem can arise when the relationship in the economy of a country with other countries both bilaterally and multilaterally so that it can cause several problems that can interfere with the course of international trade so that it can run smoothly, so to overcome some problems it is necessary to find a solution immediately, this is to improve the quality of life of the community. Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of resolving claims for the Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera product and to review it from the Maqashid Syariah aspect. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely research that provides an overview of the situation being studied in the form of a narrative description. The conclusion of this study is that the settlement of Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims is in accordance with the specified conception which consists of notification of claims, submission of claim files, investigation of claim files, and payment of claims. Then in the process of settlement of Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims in terms of maqashid sharia aspects, PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia Medan branch has realized maqashid sharia in the aspects of hifzh ad-din (property protection) and social benefit. The forms of hifzh ad-din (property protection) in the settlement process for Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims at PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia Medan branch are: the false. Second, the management of claim funds in the form of tabarru funds is issued with sharia values ​​and does not contain elements of usury. Third, the administration of fund claims can be quickly provided to customers because the investigation of claims submission is carried out in a fast, responsive and strict procedure so that handling feels safe for customers and the company. And fourth, claims for payment of funds are made by transferring to each customer's account, so there is no need to worry about fraud or elements of gharar. However, the hifzh ad-din (property protection) aspect in the claim settlement process cannot be separated from other aspects of maqashid sharia which include hifzh ad-din (religious protection), hifzh an-nafs (life protection), hifzh al-aql (protection of reason) and hifzh an-nasl (protection of offspring) because all aspects of maqashid sharia influence one another. In the realization of the benefit of the existing maqasyid sharia values, the level lies at the first level, namely dharuriyat. Abstract

A business policy strategy is an important element that must be carefully formulated and studied by a company so that it does not cause multiple interpretations and is in accordance with the objectives of establishing a business or company. Reviewing this statement, the authors compiled a study using descriptive qualitative research methods with PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri as the unit of analysis within a certain period of time (cross action). The goal is that the reader can understand in more detail about the business policy strategy, and PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri can get to know the business policy strategy it has and understand what impact it will have from implementing the business policy strategy so that the company can have options whether to maintain a business policy strategy that is owned or renovate and add new business policy strategies. As for the results of his research, there are several business policy strategies that should be maintained and there are also business policies that require improvement at the implementation and formulation stages.
