Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency is one of the areas in East Java Province which has the potential for natural and non-natural disasters. So this disaster needs to be overcome with the role of the Sidoarjo Regency BPBD in efforts to deal with the impact of the disaster. So the Sidoarjo Regency BPBD created the Sidoarjo Response Application 'Sigap' which functions for the community if a disaster occurs or is affected by a disaster in the community. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The focus of this author's research is the effectiveness of the Sidoarjo Response 'Sigap' application in disaster management in Sidoarjo Regency. The results of this research explain that the Sidoarjo Regency BPBD has carried out its role in efforts to increase the effectiveness of the Sigap Application according to its duties and functions, namely: 1). System Quality 2). Information quality 3). Service Quality. There are obstacles or obstacles to research, namely the activities of village communities, but these obstacles can be minimized through the decision of the District BPBD. Sidoarjo. Supporting Factors are the involvement of all elements of Sidoarjo Regency society in participating in activities provided by agencies related to the Effectiveness of the Sigap Application in Disaster Management in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

Behavior, interaction, and aculturation of intercultural communication in students of Communication Sciences University of Binadarma and University of Cultural Sciences Selangor Malaysia are the subject of this research. Using student exchange programmes to enhance mutual cultural understanding and understanding, this intercultural communication is facilitated through introduction, adaptation, symbolic interactionalism, and cultural accuracy. The author hopes to improve inter-cultural communication through methods such as cultural identification, adaption, and accuration. The writer uses qualitative methods and performs interviews with several students of Selangor University Malaysia to answer various questions. The results of this study show that his friends of different cultures have very intense intercultural communication. In places like cafés, lobbies, halls, classrooms, seats, and campus courts, people show their culture. Readers get literature about intercultural communication with new students who have cultural differences because the same cases happen every year. This is the benefit of this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to evaluate and explain the role of Village-Owned Enterprises in developing the Sumber Gempong tourist destination. The theoretical framework applied in this research includes three indicator components, namely motivation, encouragement, and dynamism. The results of the research show that the village government plays an important role in the development of the Sumber Gempong tourist attraction in Trawas sub-district, Mojokerto district, in accordance with established indicators. First, there is a motivator needed to ensure the sustainability of tourism businesses, and the role of Bumdes as a motivator involves encouraging the community to be active in managing these natural tourist attractions. Second, the government's role as a facilitator is achieved through providing a supportive environment for the community and implementing optimal development to improve regional development. Third, the government's role as a dynamist includes encouraging the community to participate in the development process and maintaining the dynamics of regional development.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the concept and management of the Alifa swimming pool and how the Alifa swimming pool implements the sharia system in it. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with swimming pool managers, one swimming pool employee and two swimming pool visitors. Secondary data was obtained through literature related to the concept and management of swimming pools. The results of this research show that the concept and management of the Alifa swimming pool is quite good in terms of sharia. Even though the Alifa swimming pool still has one swimming pool and there are no separate swimming pools for men and women, the Alifa swimming pool has a schedule for non-Muslim men and women. Compared to other conventional swimming pools, the Alifa swimming pool looks quite comfortable. However, there needs to be improvement in the management of the Alifa swimming pool so that it meets all halal aspects, as regulated in the DSN-MUI, for example separating swimming pools between men and women and providing proper and closed worship facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of green products on customer satisfaction, the influence of brand image on customer satisfaction, the influence of green products on customer loyalty, the influence of brand image on customer loyalty, the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the influence of green products on customer loyalty through customers. Satisfaction and the Influence of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction among Oriflame Product Consumers in Surabaya. The population in this research is Oriflame Product Consumers in Surabaya. The sample used was 100 taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software version 4.0. The research results show that Green Product (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Z). Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Z). Green Product (X1) has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Customer Satisfaction (Z) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Green Product (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) through Customer Satisfaction (Z). Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) through Customer Satisfaction (Z).

Abstract

The population of this research is Crystalin drinking water Costumers who live in Gresik. The sample used was 100 taken using purposive sampling technique. Abstract

As a place of worship for Muslims and a place of study for other religions, mosques are buildings that really need to be considered in mitigating fire disasters. Apart from that, there is not much research that discusses fire safety in mosque buildings. So, this research was carried out in which the main focus of the research was on the fire safety of mosque buildings through scenario simulations of different facade shapes, namely in scenario 1 using the existing conditions with the first layer of the facade. Furthermore, in scenario 2, using the outermost facade layer according to the existing conditions and removing the first layer of the facade, namely the walls covering the inner area of the mosque, and scenario 3 uses the author's facade design in the form of calligraphy. The simulation was carried out using fire simulation software, namely PyroSim. In the scenario studied the heat release rate/area was 750 kW/m² which lasted for 300 seconds. In the scenario described, it shows that scenario 3 has a longer ASSET (Available Safe Egress Time), namely at visibility it takes 300> seconds and at temperature 300 seconds. This facade has a more powerful air flow than the other two scenarios so that smoke and temperature can be minimized through this air flow

Abstract

The formation of Islamic morals in children requires a significant role from the family as the smallest unit in society. In this context, the perspective of akhlaq becomes the main foundation that guides families in guiding children towards behavior that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study design to explore the role of the family in the formation of Islamic morals in children, taking into account the perspective of akhlaq. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with family members and direct observation of family interactions. The results show that the family has a central role in the formation of children's Islamic morals, with the values of akhlaq being the main guideline in this process. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of family and the perspective of the creed of akhlaq in the formation of Islamic morals in children.

Abstract

In the context of education, the success of an institution is not only determined by the quality of curriculum and teaching, but also by adequate working environment conditions. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of workstation design with a participatory ergonomics approach on employee productivity in the teachers' room and principal's room. The result of this study is that there is an influence of workstation design elements, layout and physical environment on the application of Participatory Ergonomics in improving employee productivity of SMK Az-Zawiyah Tanjung Batu. This is because the sig t value of the workstation design variable is 0,007 < α = 0,05, the layout variable is 0,012 < α = 0,05, and the physical environment variable is 0,009 < α = 0,05. There is a joint influence (simultaneously) elements of workstation design, layout, and physical environment on employee productivity SMK Az-Zawiyah Tanjung Batu this is because the sig value F variable workstation design, layout, and physical environment amounted to < 0,001 < α = 0,05.

Abstract

The activity of the Enforcer Achievement Competition is to realize creative and highly competitive Sidoarjo scouts. The form of activities of the Enforcer Achievement Competition is the General Competition and Optional Competition. In conducting LPP activities requires good and correct organizational communication. The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational communication carried out in the LPP committee management where the communication can provide reciprocity so that the message is successfully conveyed so that the LPP committee can carry out its duties and achieve common goals. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews conducted with ten informants with the condition that the LPP committee informant. The result of organizational communication research on the management of the LPP committee is that the communication that occurs runs smoothly and effectively. Organizational communication is carried out openly so that all committees can provide ideas or ideas and all committees can work together harmoniously and all LPP administrators can provide information and manage important information in the organization that makes them able to understand the messages conveyed so that they can make decisions together with the LPP committee in order to achieve the desired goals together. The benefit of this research is to improve organizational communication among Sidoarjo DKC Scout administrators in achieving organizational goals.
