RESLAJ: Religion Education Social Laa Roiba Journal is a scientific journal of the National Islamic Institute of Religion (IAI-N) Laa Roiba Bogor. Managed by the Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM) IAI-N Laa Roiba in colaboration witf Intelectual Association for Islamic Studies (IAFORIS) and Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah. The RESLAJ is published every June and December to support the development of research and studies on religious, educational, social, economic, and broadcasting issues of Islamic dakwah from various perspectives. <![CDATA[The rapid growth of the banking sector in Indonesia encourages intense competition between financial institutions. In this effort, banks must provide the best service (service excellent) to win the increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, improving service quality is crucial for banks to continue to compete and survive in this competitive banking industry. Providing superior banking services is the main key to ensuring the success of the mobile banking platform and meeting customer needs properly. This study aims to explore the effect of customer orientation, service quality, and customer satisfaction, on customer loyalty for mobile banking customers in JABODETABEK. This research is a quantitative study that uses a purposive sampling method and involves 188 female mobile banking users in JABODETABEK Indonesia. The results showed that the biggest influence, namely customer orientation, had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer orientation affects service quality. Service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Service quality does not affect customer satisfaction. The next result is that service quality does not mediate customer orientation and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction does not mediate service quality and customer loyalty. Future research is expected to use more specific respondents with different measurement techniques. Banks need to ensure that the mobile banking services provided achieve high-quality standards, including speed, reliability, security, and ease of use.]]>

<![CDATA[The Indonesian National Army (TNI) is a key element in maintaining national defense. However, challenges in the TNI's performance arise due to the need to modernize the main defense system equipment (alutsista) especially related to the condition of the NPS75 4x4 transport vehicle. One of the problems that often occurs is damage to wheel bearings, which can threaten personnel safety. Traditional methods such as listening to the sound of the engine and carrying out a physical inspection have been used before, but with the development of electronic technology, automatic devices can be created that monitor the condition of vehicle bearings using vibration detection. In this research, we propose the use of the Wemos D1 Mini which is connected to the driver's mobile phone via a WiFi network. This device uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method to classify damage to bearings based on learning data. The aim is to assist in automatically detecting and classifying bearing damage categories on NPS75 4x4 transport vehicles, so that timely and targeted maintenance actions can be taken.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out how the government internal control system (SPIP) is implemented in the Gorontalo city government. This research uses qualitative research methods, the data source used is primary data where this research uses in-depth interview data collection techniques based on the SPIP elements contained in Government Regulation Number 60 of 2008 concerning the government's internal control system. This research examines the control environment in the Gorontalo City Government, highlighting clear policies, high ethical values, and strong commitment in government management. Although significant steps have been taken, there are several aspects that require further attention. Evaluation of the organizational structure, improving communication, and adjusting roles and responsibilities were identified as potential solutions to improve internal control performance. In addition, the importance of information system security is also emphasized as the main focus for continued improvement. Nevertheless, the Gorontalo City Government shows a clear commitment to improving the control system by considering continuous evaluation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in government tasks. Steps such as risk evaluation, implementing controls, monitoring information systems, and improving communications and information technology infrastructure are proposed as an effort to improve control performance and increase coordination and access to relevant information in the Gorontalo City Government.]]>

The problem at CV Jaya Abadi Teknik is the decline in employee performance caused by a less assertive leadership style. Based on the problem of employee work commitment which has an impact on employee performance achievement which is still low, CV Jaya Abadi. This research is included in quantitative research. This research was conducted at CV Jaya Abadi Teknik. The population in this study were employees from CV Jaya Abadi Teknik. used in sampling is a non-probability sampling technique. The research results show that organizational culture is unable to encourage organizational commitment to employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Modern developments offer a variety of media that can be used as a means of conveying da'wah. One of them is the written media or the relevant bil-kalam method used throughout time to present da'wah messages. This research aims to identify the da'wah messages contained in the book "Tuhan, Maaf Aku Kurang Bersyukur" by Malik Al Mughis. This research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing content analysis techniques. Data was collected through documentation techniques. The findings of this research indicate that in the book Tuhan, Maaf Aku Kurang Bersyukur, there are da'wah messages, namely the aqidah message including faith in Allah in 4 messages, faith in the Book in 2 messages and faith in qada and qadar 2 messages. Moral messages include 11 messages of gratitude and sharia messages include 3 messages of prayer.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is an effort that seeks to convey information through guidance, direction and training both inside and outside educational institutions in order to educate students to contribute to their future lives. This involves the growth of knowledge, moral principles, and ethics such that higher levels of education reflect not only academic proficiency but also the capacity to acquire moral principles through appropriate education. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), use of social media, and emotional intelligence on the moral growth of MTs Miftahiyah Yasi Bangkalan students. Data was collected through the use of questionnaires and observations of 75 students. The findings of the regression analysis show that students' moral behavior is significantly influenced by the use of social media, emotional intelligence, and academic achievement in Islamic Religious Education. These findings expand our understanding of how Islamic religious teaching, social media, and emotional intelligence interact to shape students' moral growth in the digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[Kyouiku mama is the consept in Japanese society which means the mother of educators, a mother who seeks to form the character of her child through formal and nonformal education (physical, social and emotional). This research aims to describe the concept of kyouiku mama in the film Sakurairo no kaze ga saku directed by Junpei Matsumoto. The film is based on the true story of Satoshi Fukushima who has been a professor at the University of Tokyo’s Research Center for Advanced Science and becoming the first deafblind person. This research is a qualitative study with descriptive methods of analysis. The data collection is collected by tapping/recording techniques, Simak Bebas Libat Cakap” technique (Uninvolved Conversation Observation Technique) and through literature research. Record the dialogue and sort out the images which suit the problem. The results of the research show the concept of kyouiku mama which was successfully described by Reiko as the mother of Satoshi, a child with special needs/disabilities who are deaf-blind person. Reiko found a way to communicate with Satoshi by finger braille or 指点字/ yubi tenji.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to provide an overview of public complaint handling implementation at the Service Desk (SPK) of Penukal Abab Police Sector, using a qualitative approach. The informants in this study included the head of the SPK at Penukal Abab Police Sector and members of the community who filed police reports. Data analysis techniques involved data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. From the research conducted by the researcher, it was found that the community members who can file complaints at SPK Penukal Abab come from the Penukal and Abab Districts. The efficiency factors hindering public complaint services at SPK Penukal Abab include a lack of human resources, specifically officers handling public complaints at SPK Penukal Abab. The limited number of officers combined with a high volume of reports places a heavy workload on existing personnel, leading to suboptimal performance. Efforts that can be undertaken by SPK officers at Penukal Abab Police Sector to enhance the quality of public complaint services were also explored.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of technology and communication in this modern era influences the way da'i (preachers) convey da'wah messages to mad'u (listeners or recipients of da'wah). In this case, the use of various da'wah media, such as print, electronic and digital media, is a necessity as well as an effective strategy to attract the attention of mad'u. One effective method for conveying da'wah messages is through print media such as novels. Novels are unique in their literary sentences which are able to compete with other media in terms of popularity and effectiveness in conveying da'wah messages. This research aims to find out the da'wah messages contained in the novel "Ink Last" by Narandara. The research uses a qualitative content analysis method, with data taken from dialogue excerpts in the novel. The results of the research showed that there were 25 da'wah messages consisting of 4 aqidah messages (1 faith in Allah and 3 faith in qada and qadar), 8 messages regarding sharia including worship (7 prayers and 1 reading the Koran), and 13 messages regarding morals (6 morals towards Allah, 4 morals towards fellow humans, and 3 morals towards family).]]>
