Abstract

تلخيص: مسابقة قراءة الكتب هي مسابقة لقراءة الكتب العربية الكلاسيكية التي تسمى عادة الكتاب الأصفر ثم ترجمتها وشرح محتوياتها. مسابقة قراءة الكتب الأصفر هذه ليست مجرد مسابقة للفوز باللقب، ولكنها أيضًا انتشار للقيم الإسلامية. كان الدافع وراء هذا البحث هو العدد الكبير من الطلاب من مندائيلنج ناتل الذين تمكنوا من الفوز في مسابقة قراءة الكتب، على المستويين الإقليمي والوطني. يتضح هذا من خلال إطلاق سراح منطقة كان مانديلينج ناتال البطل العام ست مرات على التوالي. تشارك مدرسة دار الإخلاص دائمًا في هذا الحدث وتمكن من تحقيق الإنجازات. لذلك ، فإن المؤلفين متحمسون لإجراء بحث بعنوان إدارات تدريب الطلبة لمسابقة قراءة الكتب بمعهد دار الإخلاص مندائيلنج ناتل. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف كيفية عملية تعلم قراءة الكتب (تراست) في مدرسة دار الإخلاص مندئيلينج ناتال ، سومطرة شمالية. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي طريقة أدبية ونوعية ، ويتم تنفيذ تقنيات جمع البيانات من خلال إجراء دراسة مراجعة للكتب والآداب والملاحظات والتقارير التي لها علاقة بالمشكلة التي يتم حلها ، ثم يتم إضافتها من خلال تضمين النتائج باختصار مقابلة مع الكائن قيد الدراسة. كلمات مفتاحية: إدارة، مسابقة، قراءة الكتب، ترست Abstrak: Musabaqoh Qira’atul Kutub merupakan lomba membaca kitab klasik berbahasa Arab yang biasa disebut dengan kitab kuning kemudian menerjemahkannya lalu menjelaskan isi yang terkandung. Lomba baca kitab kuning ini bukan sebatas lomba untuk memperebutkan juara, melainkan menjadi penyebaran nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini dimotivasi oleh banyaknya santri/santriati yang berasal dari Mandailing Natal yang berhasil memenangkan perlombaan qiroatul kutub, baik tingkat provinsi maupun nasional. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan keluarnya Kab. Mandailing Natal sebagai juara umum enam kali berturut. Ponpes Darul Ikhlas selalu ikut berpartisipasi dalam ajang tersebut dan berhasil mendapatkan prestasi. Oleh karena itu, penulis termotivasi untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul Manajemen Pembelajaran Kitab Kuning di PP Darul Ikhlas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana proses pembelajaran Qiroatul Kutub (Turast) di Pesanteren Darul Ikhlas Mandailing Natal Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan dan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan studi penelaahan terhadap buku-buku, literatur-literatur, catatan-catatan, dan laporan-laporan yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang dipecahkan, kemudian ditambah dengan menyertakan hasil wawancara singkat dengan objek yang diteliti. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving students' learning discipline. Learning is an important process for changing human behavior and includes everything that is thought and done. To measure whether someone has learned, it is necessary to compare the behavior before and after experiencing learning. Discipline is someone who learns to voluntarily follow the leader. Parents and teachers are leaders and children are students towards a better and more useful life. Using a quantitative approach with ex post facto research involving 60 students in even semesters at MTs Ma'arif Nu 04 Kladi Village, Cermee District, Bondowoso Regency. The results of this study are divided into three, namely, (1.) There is an influence of learning discipline (X) on student learning achievement (Y) at MTs Ma'arif nu 04 Kladi Village, Cermee Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year. From the research results obtained using the regression line analysis of variance formula yielding Ry (1,2) of 0.537 Which when consulted with the r table with N as many as 60 respondents and a significant level of 5% obtained 0.254 the calculation is intended to prove the major working hypothesis by using the test significant.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that is often found when students speak English. This phenomenon can be found in spontaneous speech, the researcher wants to know and describe the non-fluency in spontaneous speech used by fourth semester English students at UIN FAS Bengkulu. The form of research is a qualitative descriptive. It has the spontaneous speech object of the fourth semester English students of UIN FAS Bengkulu. Researchers collected data in several steps; first, he gave the topic to the students, the second the students were instructed to speak the given topic, the next time was 5 minutes, the last was recording the students speaking. After that, the researcher analyzed it in several steps; First, he transcribed the students' speech, classified the types of non-fluency, coded the non-fluency, analyzed all the data, interpreted and concluded. The results of this study indicate that there are still many students who make mistakes in speaking spontaneously. Students make more mistakes in repairing, especially in repetition. Paying attention to vocabulary changes in speech is very important to tell them how to speak well. The researcher concludes that in spontaneous speech that the four types of non-fluency (unfilled pause, filled pause, ritual speech unit, and correction) proposed by the fourth semester English students of UIN FAS Bengkulu by sentences in spontaneous speech. 1. There are 28 non-fluency in the unfilled pause, 2. There are 46 non-fluency in the filled pause, 3. There are 2 non-fluency in the ritual speech unit, 4. There are 57 non-fluency in the improvement. The researcher suggested that the students improve their speaking skills to make the right form of their speaking

Abstract

Terjadinya pendemi Covid-19 ini memang merupakan sebuah musibah untuk berbagai sektor kehidupan. Terutama yang menjadi pusat perhatian adalah bidang pendidikan. Pandemi ini memaksa pemerintah untuk menetapkan kebijakan baru dalam pendidikan yaitu pembelajaran jarak jauh atau pembelajaran daring. Ternyata dengan adanya pembelajaran dari ini menimbulkan berbagai persepsi orang tua siswa. penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap persepsi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran daring di berbagai jenjang pendidikan pada pandemi Covid-19.metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan sempel atau responden sebanyak delapan responden wali murid dari empat jenjang pendidikan yaitu TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh berbagai persepsi dari orang tua siswa. persepsi tersebut meliputi proses pembelajaran, dampak pembelajaran, kesadaran siswa, harapan dan hikmah yang diperoleh dari pembelajaran dari ini. Hampir semua orang tua berharap untuk dapat pembelajaran tatap muka secara normal dengan gurunya, sehingga pembelajaran berjalan seperti sedia kala.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the industrial revolution 4.0 carried out in teaching and learning activities and to find out what challenges were faced by students of the Al-Qolam Islamic Institute of Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 7 lecturers and 12 students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAI Al-Qolam Malang. The data was taken from a questionnaire consisting of 8 questions with 2 choices, namely no and yes to determine the readiness of lecturers and students in facing the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that lecturers have a positive view of lecturers and students in facing the challenges of industry 4.0 at the Al-Qolam Islamic Institute. However, there are still obstacles and challenges faced by lecturers and students in learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 at the Al-Qolam Islamic Institute. Abstract

The reasoning is critical in all fields, but especially in mathematics. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the differences in students' mathematical reasoning abilities when they are exposed to learning that integrates society, science, the environment, technology, and collaborative mind mapping (ISSETCM2). This is a quasi-experiment with a population of 220 students and a sample size of 60 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling without replacement (without replacement). Mathematical reasoning tests based on essays and questionnaires assessing multiple intelligences. Validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity, and two-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that while students' mathematical reasoning abilities improved when ISSETCM2 learning was used, there was no difference in students' mathematical reasoning abilities when conventional learning was used. Furthermore, there was no difference in students' mathematical reasoning abilities when multiple intelligences were classified as high, medium, or low. There is no interaction between learning methods and students' mathematical reasoning abilities at the high, medium, or low multiple intelligence levels.

Abstract

This paper aims to review the leadership and improvement of education quality in Islamic boarding schools. To realize the objectives of boarding school, a leader who has the ability to answer various challenges, has a vision to come to the excellent boarding school, and the effort to achieve it with high energy and commitment. Leaders who always try to influence their subordinates through direct communication by emphasizing the importance of values, assumptions, commitments, and beliefs and have a determination to achieve the goals. Leaders act in a way to motivate and inspire subordinates through the giving of meaning and challenge to the duties of subordinates. The meaning of the quality of education is the suitability of the needs in education which one means to improve the quality of human resources as well as to produce changing of humans to become a perfect human beings with the noble character and good personality.
