Abstract

Shari'ah banking is increasingly recognized in the community from day to day. Not only for Muslims, but also for those who are non-Muslims. Shari'ah banking opportunities in the future are very large. Given, there are many components that support the creation of sound and reliable shari'ah banking. The various supporting components need to be put to good use. The opportunity exists, no matter how small, it will contribute to the development of shari'ah banking. However, the opportunity to become an established shari'ah banking company cannot be separated from various challenges. Whether they come from within, or come from outside. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect earnings persistence with accrual reliability as an intervening variable at industrial companies that listed on the Stock Exchange Thailand in 2015-2019. The data that used in this research is secondary data. The research method that reseacher used is path analysis with SPSS version 24. Based on data analysis, the conclusion of this study are there is no significant effect of the independent variables (sales volatility, cash flow volatility, good corporate governance, debt level and company size) on accrual reliability. While the independent variable that affects earnings persistence are sales volatility and company size. The results of the path analysis are the accrual reliability variable can be used as an intervening variable of cash flow volatility, good corporate governance, and debt level on earnings persistence. While sales volatility and company size, accrual realibility can not used as intervening variable to earning persistence. Abstract

To achieve organizational goals requires a good performance from its employees. Employee performance factors are strongly influenced by the work environment, work facilities and employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Work Environment, Work facilities and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency DPRD either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were 65 civil servants with civil servant status in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency as many as 65 people who were determined using saturated sampling techniques, where all populations were sampled. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the level of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS for Windows program. The partial test results for the influence of work environment variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant influence of work environment on employee performance. For the influence of work facilities variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work facilities on employee performance. And for the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous testing results, it can be concluded that the work environment, work facilities, and work motivation are proven to have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, motivation and work environment on teacher performance with work communication as moderation at SMK PGRI 1 Giri Banyuwangi. The data analyzed came from 35 teacher respondents in SMK PGRI 1 Giri Banyuwangi. Data analysis tools with multiple linear regression and multiple linear regression moderation variables with the interaction test method (MRA). The results of linear regression indicate that partially Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect on Teacher Performance, Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and the Work Environment has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. Line 2 linear regression with the addition of the independent variable Work Communication shows that partially Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect on Teacher Performance, Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Work Environment has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Work Communication has no significant effect on Teacher Performance. The results of the moderation regression show that work communication partially moderates the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Teacher Performance, Work Communication moderates the effect of motivation on Teacher Performance and Work Communication moderates weakens the influence of the Work Environment on Teacher Performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the different effects of changes in Non-Taxable Income (PTKP) regulations on the growth rate of the number of Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) and income tax article 21 (PPh 21) in the Jember KPP. The data used in this study are secondary data collected from KPP Pratama Jember period 2008-2018. Data processing methods using Descriptive Statistics, Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) and Multivariate Analysis Of Variance (MANOVA) with SPSS analysis tool version 20. The results of the study show that there are different effects of changes in Non-Taxable Income (PTKP) significantly impacting the growth rate Personal Taxpayers (WPOP) because the rate of growth is increasing and the level of income tax article 21 (PPh 21) because the amount of revenue is increasing. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of SOP, reward system, training and work environment on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Willis Jember. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from respondents' responses to the questionnaire. Samples taken as many as 40 respondents with sampling techniques using probability sampling, namely by purposive sampling method. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS analysis tool, this analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and statistical test through t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study show that the factors of the application of SOP, reward systems, training and work environment simultaneously affect work productivity, whereas if partially the factors for the application of SOP and training have no significant effect on work productivity, but for reward system factors and work environments have a significant towards work productivity.
