Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Comparison of Health Levels of BUMN and BUSN Banks Using a Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) Approach. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the financial statements of BUMN and BUSN. Samples taken were 6 banks (3 BUMN Banks and 3 BUSN Banks) with purposive sampling method. The data obtained is then processed using the calculation of each variable based on the RBBR approach which refers to Circular Letter of OJK No.14/SEOJK.03/2017 covering components: Risk profile (using NPL ratio, LDR), Governance, Rentability (using ROA, ROE) and Capital (using CAR ratio).The results of the study show that in 2013-2017 the total composite ranking score of the entire BUMN Bank variable was higher than the BUSN Bank. The composite variable total score of ROA and ROE of BUMN banks is higher than BUSN. Total NPL, LDR, and GCG composite rating scores of BUSN Banks are higher than BUMN Banks. In the total composite rating score, the CAR variable of the BUMN Bank and BUSN Bank gets the same score.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of Profitability Ratios, Market Value Ratios, Leverage Ratios, and Activity Ratios on Profit Growth with Firm Size as Moderation Variable by using the Basic Sector and Chemical Manufacturing company objects listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted for five consecutive years, from 2015 to 2019 which included 11 sample companies, which were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and residual test for moderating variables. The results showed that only the Market Value Ratio had a partial effect with a significant value of 0.013, while the Profitability Ratio, Leverage Ratio, and Activity Ratio had no significant effect on profit growth, while for the company size variable as a moderating variable only the activity ratio was significant and with the presence of variables. moderation can strengthen or weaken the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image either together or partially or to know the variables that affect consumer purchasing decisions. Independent variables used in this study are brand image (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Price (X3) while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision (Y). The research method used in this research is quantitative research method by using sample of 50 respondents of STIE Mandala Jember Students. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing is done by using computer software SPSS 20 for windows. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, motivation and work environment on teacher performance with work communication as moderation at SMK PGRI 1 Giri Banyuwangi. The data analyzed came from 35 teacher respondents in SMK PGRI 1 Giri Banyuwangi. Data analysis tools with multiple linear regression and multiple linear regression moderation variables with the interaction test method (MRA). The results of linear regression indicate that partially Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect on Teacher Performance, Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and the Work Environment has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. Line 2 linear regression with the addition of the independent variable Work Communication shows that partially Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect on Teacher Performance, Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Work Environment has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Work Communication has no significant effect on Teacher Performance. The results of the moderation regression show that work communication partially moderates the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Teacher Performance, Work Communication moderates the effect of motivation on Teacher Performance and Work Communication moderates weakens the influence of the Work Environment on Teacher Performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously the variables of competence, commitment and work environment on the performance of PKBM managers Kab.Bondowoso, as well as to determine the ability of competency variables, organizational commitment and work environment in explaining performance variables. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents. The analysis technique used is linear regression using SPSS 22.0. The results of data analysis showed that partially the competency, commitment and work environment variables had a significant effect on the performance of the PKBM managers in the District. Bondowoso. Simultaneously competence, commitment and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of PKBM managers Kab. Bondowoso. variable competency, work commitment and work environment have a contribution of 74.0% to the performance variable and the remaining 26.0% is influenced by other factors not included in the study. Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is a product, price, place and promotion influence on saving decisions through reputation as an intervening variable. The population in this study are bank customers who have joined more than one month to more than two years BNI kcp Bank. Univ. Jember The sampling technique in this study uses the accidental sampling approach. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The analysis method used is the path analysis method using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study show that the marketing mix has an effect on reputation, and reputation has an effect on saving decisions. Products, prices and promotions affect the decision to save while the place / location has no effect on the decision to save. From the results of the path analysis, reputation is only able to be an intervening variable on the place / location variable on saving decisions. Abstract

Entities both business and public, will improve the quality of service with dimensions that are well applied so that it becomes the key to success in the business and public sector. Good quality service will provide customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the key to business success. Related research to discuss and analyze the effect of services quality based on Information Technology to customer satisfaction of the Regional Water Supply Company of Bondowoso Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population of this study is active customers in the service area of ​​the Regional Water Supply Company of Bondowoso Regency with a total sample of 100 people and accidental sampling. For data analysis, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be stated that simultaneously Information Technology (IT) based service quality variables consisting of Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, Empaty and Responsiveness affect customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Partially, the variable quality of service based on Information Technology (IT) consisting of Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, and Responsiveness affects customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Where as the variable quality of service based on Information Technology (IT) measured by Empathy partially did not affect customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Variables in service quality based on Information Technology (IT) as measured by reliability are the dominant variables in influencing the level of customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Abstract

This study aims to compare bank performance of Indonesia banks and Thailand banks by using RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, and Capital). The data that used is financial statements during 2010 to 2014. The sample method used in this study is purposive sampling. The whole samples are consist of 6 banks in Indonesia and 6 banks in Thailand. The descriptive test used to know mean, min, and max value each ratio in Indonesia and Thailand banks. Kolmogorov-smirnov test is used to test the normality of data distribution. Moreover, the hypothesis examination is used multivariat analysis of variance (MANOVA). The result showed that Indonesia banks better than Thailand banks for NPL, IRR, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO and CAR. Whereas, Thailand banks better than Indonesia banks in LDR and GCG. Simultaneously testing performed on RGEC indicators show that there are different between Indonesia banks and Thailand banks.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi pembiayaan salam dengan pendekatan hybird contract untuk mendukung bisnis pertanian.Jenis penelitian ini adalah konstruktif kualitatif. Analisa data yang digunakan mengikuti konsep yang diberikan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan salam bil wakalah adalah salah satu konsep inovasi dari produk pembiayaan salam, secara global inovasi pembiayaan salam ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Di dalam prinsip-prinsip Islam melarang adanya bunga, spekulasi yang disengaja, ketidakjelasan dan manipulatif dalam transaksi. Pembiayaan salam bil wakalah ini masih perlu dibedah secara rinci tentang skema dan langkah-langkah sebelum atau setelah perjanjian kontrak, jadi jika berbeda dengan standar kontrak pembiayaan salam yang diatur dalam fatwa DSN-MUI, maka harus dibedah secara detail, apakah ada unsur riba, gharar, dan maysir

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at Environment Agency of Bondowoso Regency with total sample of 100 employees. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with t test analysis tools and F test. The analysis process using SPSS statistical software. Hypothesis test results show that compensation consisting of basic salary, commission, incentive, structural allowance, overtime pay, social security, recognition and responsibility both partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees. The contribution of variable compensation to employee performance is very dominant as evidenced by the coefficient of determinant 0.98%.
